[00:00:00]But, um, you know, we've we've really focused in on the genetic side of things. Um, to to be honest with you, first of all, it was a a couple of Lambexes that we went to that, um, really sort of changed our direction around that lamb survival and the focus in on that and how we could do that.

[00:00:16]What were the What were the things that we could use? Really using ASBVs to to make sure that we're making really smart decisions around our genetics. We had really clear focus on on what that looked like and what we wanted to see.

[00:00:30]So, it was all those things, I think, that all come together. Certainly, um, the the real kick up the bum was that and, um, a couple of Lambexes that cuz we we went home and we had a look at, you know, what our waste was and what does that mean for our turnover and all of those things. Yeah, so and and probably haven't stopped learning since then. So, we've been, um, you know, on this journey of making sure that you we've got the best knowledge and, um, research around, you know, what how can we improve this because I think that waste is is huge. Yeah, yeah. No, 100% it has been horrible in South Australia for a couple of years, really. There was no other really words. You can't really sugarcoat it much better than that.
