This propertyy's only been on the market 2 days as I upload this video. So, it was built in 2025, it states. So, let's check it out and see how much property we're getting for our money in Greenville, Tennessee. So, there's the outline of the 10 acre parcel. Very nice. Look at this. Tucked back in the trees. So, with 10 acres, hopefully we're getting a well, the septic, and utilities, but we'll read on here in a minute. So there's what we see of a tiny house on the property and your driveway with a beautiful post and rail fence split rail. So the tiny house has a shingle roof.

Okay, now we're going to check out this one in Turtle Town. Look at this little white church. You could convert that in into convert this, I should say, into a house. And uh this one's $150,000 sitting on 6.19 acres of land. So again, the well, the septic, the utilities, and uh 146 Croft Chapel Road in Turtletown, Tennessee 37391.

[00:16:15]So Turtle Town is in Pulk County. Let's check it out. $150,000. This is really pretty.
