So with the occlusion bands, I don't have to go as heavy for me to segregate those natural growth hormones that we are aiming for whenever we're lifting and trying to grow weights, I mean legs, growing muscles.
So they restrict the blood flow there and the cells will swell up just like if you were doing very very heavy lifting. This is my other biohacking hack for lifting heavy with 20% of my max rep weight. I do the same as my maximum. So the trick is you got to pump it a little bit more. So example 30 reps then 15 15 or 20 reps 10 10 10. So that's how it mimics the same natural growth hormone that you would have if you were just to do heavy lifting. So this is perfect for people that are just trying to grow muscles but without having to lift so heavy yet. This is not I mean strength trainers can use it but it won't be beneficial for their strength. It will be more for aesthetics meaning it is more for seeing the muscles grow instead of building that strength. Although you're still building strength but it won't be like for strength competitors.

So, occlusion bands, that's what I'm wearing. I know a lot of people are asking. This restrict the blood flow, meaning it keeps the cells swelling, swelling, swelling. Just like if you were doing heavy weights, if you were to do your max PR with 100 pounds, with 20 lbs, you will do the same in the sense of hormonal sense. and muscle um cell swelling like if you were doing your max PR. So, it's not for strength trainers.
It is more for aesthetics muscle growth.
