To achieve predictable growth in an AI agency, you must systemize client results by creating a centralized database (like Supabase) that serves as the source of truth, connecting payment processing (Stripe), CRM systems (GoHighLevel), and fulfillment automation. This system ensures that when a client pays, their information is automatically synchronized across all platforms, enabling AI agents to execute consistent fulfillment workflows without manual intervention. The key is establishing a 'magic link' onboarding system that captures all client information in one place, allowing automated agents to build websites, funnels, and other deliverables based on standardized templates and skills.

Day 52: How to Systemize Client Results for Predictable Growth | LiveAdded:
So, I am saying, oh, the bit rate's a little bit low. I think something's running on my GPU right now. What's good, boys? Welcome to the stream. Okay, [ __ ] is lagging.
Let's get everything set up. I have nothing set up right now.
All right. All right.
Let's get this pulled down a little bit.
Why is Capco opening?
>> Orchestrator ready for your review.
Okay, there we go.
All right, I just went live.
>> Orchestrator ready.
>> Content agent for the title and the thumbnail are working properly.
>> What is running on my computer right now?
Orchestrator ready for your review.
Well, how do we just now have that issue? What changed? It was just working.
Uh, kick off a team of agents to get Aiden's sub account integrated with our iron suite.
My GPU is about to explode, boys. What's good, Sid? What's good? What's good? is good.
Um, pull in all the go high level skills.
Some reason my computer's about to explode.
Make sure everything is chilling.
It's going to be super laggy.
I don't know what's going on with my computer right now. I've got a lot of things running on Claude.
Um, so sorry about that.
Let's see if the agent is working.
The agent is not working.
Um, Let's see here.
What's good, Lloyd?
Speed cubing. Is that Rubik's cube?
Speed cubing.
What's goody? What's goody?
Oh my god.
Yo, find out why my computer's lagging so bad and fix it.
Something might be running on my um Yeah, it's my GPU.
>> Orchestrator ready for your review.
find out what's taking all the space on my GPU. It's making my stream lag and my voice dictation is messed up.
Yeah, my graphics card is completely maxed out right now.
That's done.

That's amazing. What's good, Sean? Yeah, dude. It's been pretty crazy.
This is the most money I've made in my entire life. And we're just getting started.
Welcome in. Welcome in. Uh let's do a poll.
Have you liked the stream and joined the community?
Okay.
A separate agent messed with our photo scoring agent that you kicked off because it was taking up all the VRAM on my GPU.
Can you fix this? I'm live streaming right now.
Uh, go high level. Elaborate on what that is for me, please. Um, I have a cousin who's been trying to get me to build with him, but I have no clue. get me to build. Yeah, I mean, go high level is foundational. I would recommend just joining the um I'd recommend joining the school community. I can't really do a a go high. There's too much to go high level to go over on the uh surface, but there's the the stack section and the school community. There's a whole section on go high level um on the stack and there's probably something in outreach as well for how everything ties together with go high level. So I definitely recommend joining the community but like I can't teach go high level. It's too much of an onion. So many layers.
So many so many layers.
Um orchestrator ready for your review.
I have a Okay, a lot.
What else do we have on this repo as far as work needs to be done?
Oh [ __ ] Okay. Okay. What about my mobile app? Why isn't that loading?
And fudge.
Stream's going to start lagging again.
What the [ __ ] Orchestrator ready for your review.

That was my block of rebuilding the S detector plainly detect workflows trigger config without UI.
What service you selling done for you?
Uh meta ads, client acquisition, funnel building, etc. Uh what's good, Larry?
Um, let me ask my cloud.
Someone that uses our go high level SDK says, "Trigger schema fetch. His SDK has update only triggers but no get. How does he inspect the workflows trigger config without UI? Give a response to this based off of the updates we've had in the go high level SDK skills and [ __ ] What's good? Welcome in, Larry Hughes.

I tried to call somebody. It's just perma ringing. No sound. Speaker isn't working.
Is there any way you could test this end to end to join your school group? It's pending. All right, I'll check it out.

Do you run code email right now for our clients, not oursel? We do have clients that we've acquired from code email. I just turned it off yesterday though cuz we're going >> ready for your review.
>> What's good writer? What's good nullified?
What's good boys? How we doing? How we doing?
>> Oh [ __ ] Okay.
Hey control.
How much you charge for your clients? I feel like stream I really like the streams. I think this is the new meta with all the AI slop out there. Yeah, I like the streams too. I enjoy doing this.
>> Orchestrator ready for your review.
>> Um for code email I mean how much you charge for that? We charge, you know, like 2.5K for cold email, but we don't offer it anymore.
Uh, but we do 2.5K a month for cold email management.
Our core offer for meta ads is a 2.5K setup fee video or it was, it's not anymore. It's it's much more than that now. Um, But yeah, that's how much we charge for 40 mil or we did. We don't really offer it.
You're only at 11400. What? Bro, you're crushing it. I appreciate you, dog.
Appreciate you. Appreciate you.
Yeah, it's been uh it's been pretty crazy. Lots of unlocks.
Lots of unlocks in the past 3 months, dude. It's really just been 3 months. So much can change.
Your life could change so much. It is crazy, bro. I just can't even believe this [ __ ] sometimes, man.
I really can't believe this [ __ ] sometimes. Want to run metads for your agency? Probably 30 30 35 bucks. If you can't afford at least $25 a day, I probably wouldn't even do it yet. I'd probably say you just need to do a cold outreach.
Bare minimum, probably $25.
I wouldn't go under 25. It needs to sting a little. Just a little bit when you're starting out.
as much as you can afford to lose.
Honestly, you're just paying for data.
Ideally, probably, you know, $50 a day, but I still don't know too much about meta. I'm just I'm just getting in into all the meta very deeply. What's good, Ignas? What's good, baby? How we doing, brother?
M what decision do we make about possibly back filling?
It's just me kind of working live on the positioning like what are we doing? I need a whole plan here. Uh what were you doing before the agency? I was working customer service uh for insurance and and the IRS.
Customer service >> ready for your review.
>> Absolute [ __ ] terrible. I wanted to I really not really really bad work.
Really not fun or fulfilling work. Um getting 8% positive reply rates on SMS.
Holy [ __ ] Nullified. What's your copy?
I personally am running a cold email agency and doing 25 setup with performance base or pay per lead. Would you recommend that kind of model? Yes, bro. I love it, Ryder. I love it. I absolutely love it. I think that's the only way to do a cold email agency.
I love it.
Payer lead is the only way to do cold email. I was doing paper booking and I tell people this all the time. It's like, bro, I was so dumb. We have so many clients on paper booking. We don't make any money from those guys.
We make more money with that offer.
>> Ready for your review >> on one client than the entire aggregate of the rest of our clients, which is like 90% of them on Oh my god. Don't even get me started how many mistakes I've made, but we're all the wiser. Chilling today, low-key, but grinding hard tomorrow. Hell yeah, dude.
Appreciate you tuning in on your chill day, bro. It's good to see you. Good to see you. Meta campaign built. So, we got Claude building out the meta campaigns, $25 a day. CBO targeting uh the service area they submitted on the onboarding form.
We got A2P agent doing good stuff over here. It's filling out the A2P wizard from Go High Level. So, we got Claw just onboarding clients right here, boys. You can't make this [ __ ] up.
It's a beautiful thing. It's a beautiful thing. Okay.
Okay. Yeah. pull the transcripts so you can get a good idea for all these. We're going to burn some tokens and make it sequential. So even if we skipped a few days here and there like we have done, just make it 1 2 3 4 5, you know, all pretty and then yeah, just pull the transcripts and come up with something. Don't push anything unless I approve it though.
Genuinely booked 15 appointments today and my campaigns just went live. Uncle Jay. Oh my god. Nullified. Let's freaking go, baby. That's what I like to see. Let's go, dude. 15 appointments.
Yo, let me get some W's in the chat for nullified, bro. What the sh Oh my god, brother. Make sure to get your pre-all selling dialed in. Make sure to, you know, get them boys to show. Oh my god, dude. That's what I love to see. What's good, Carson King?
What's good, baby? Close three clients this month, bro. 18. You're crushing it.
I'm just wondering how much you charge per lead and what qualifies as leads.
Uh, just positive reply, dude. Uh, positive reply and I would probably do like $50 depending on your niche.
Um, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Let's go, dude. We get some W's in the chat for my boy Nullified. Oh my god. Absolute killer.
Yeah. What's that offer though?
Road model.
Hey, why do I see so many people saying uh 40 48% of you said you haven't liked the stream and joined the community?
Come on, boys. What are we doing? What are we doing?
Orchestrator ready for your review.
You know what I would do for 50 appointments in one day? Yeah, bro. That's crazy.
That is crazy, dude.
Hey, for you guys who are in the school community, I have a new poll on the uh the chat uh in the in the community.
It's uh looking for feedback. So, I want you guys, if you've gone through the free content, kind of rate the free content, share your thoughts. A lot of good feedback so far. I appreciate you, David. Appreciate Elliot for leaving the feedback. If you've gone through the free community, definitely leave your feedback so we can make it better for all the boys. Oh [ __ ] Okay.
Thought you wouldn't do live for a minute, bro. I didn't think I'd do live for a minute, too. But we've got some things cooking that's going to make it um we've got some things cooking that are going to make it kind of all play in together. I'm still formulating a new content strategy. We probably won't be doing um I'll probably just change the packaging on the live. It it was it was more of an alignment issue and I've got a lot of work done today. So, we'll probably just do more late night streams because I've been working all day and I got a lot of really good work done.
So, I just had to go into the cave and kind of like rethink about content, rethink about streaming as a whole. And I missed you guys. Come on now.
Oh, come on now. I missed you boys.
Couldn't stay gone for too long.
Dude, that's the power of cold SMS though. nullified. I'm telling you, dog.
I'll tell you, he he's he's he's he's felt the power.
Welcome in the community, Jack. Welcome in. Welcome in. I've watched your video on going one niche, one offer. My question is for you is a cold email agency space. I feel like I could serve so many different niches. What do you think about that? Don't do it. It's a trap. You have to niche down. You can serve so many, but you have to just pick one. You have to pick like financial services, insurance, SAS, you know, just one that's really uh mortgage brokers.
Just pick any of They all work and you can get really dialed in and you can speak their language. You have to speak their language. It's going to help in your sales process, your sales motion, everything like that. Um, how did you know your wives, the woman's you needed, bro? Um, high school. We've been together for 5 years.
So, I got lucky. Got very, very lucky.
And yeah, I would not be where I'm at today at all without her.
Like getting getting cuffed is the is the um is the business meta dog.
Oh, I'm going to do some uh I can't stand up. I'm in my undies. But I want to do some curls or something.
It's hot [ __ ] in here, though. Let me get some more. Let me get some hype music on. I'm about to fall asleep, bro.
What is this?
I close this noncopyright.
I was just trying to take it slow till I remember who my uncle is.
D. I have a girlfriend. Thinking about leaving her low key. If you're thinking about leaving her, you probably should.
Have you played with Hermes Agent before? Yes, I have. Hermes agent is really good when you have I can see Hermes agent being really good for cold email, but I haven't played around with it enough. We actually use Hermes Agent to give our cold email stats for all of our clients. So, I'll go ahead and show you real quick what that looks like. Um, you know, instantly orchestrator ready for your review.
>> Let me show you what this looks like.
>> Yeah. So, this is uh Hermes agent right here.
This is Hermes agent for our our instantly campaigns, everything like that.
And we also use it to kick off some other workflows, sign clients, too. I'm finally back, bro. Let's go, boys. You guys are crushing it. You guys are absolutely crushing it. I love it. I love it. Okay, this is not non-copyright. Oh, is it? Okay, it probably is.
All right, let's get some curls in here.
Let's get some curls in here.
Do some lat raises, too.
Oh, [ __ ] your link. Oh [ __ ] that's the first engagement that we got from uh this campaign that just went live.
Pretty good. Pretty good engagement already.
Why are you doing that?
I need some water.
So dope. It's been super helpful. Hermes is changing the game for me. I'll have to go research each company and write the email about every five every 500 emails. One book call. Hell yeah, dude.
What's your niche?
You got to pick a niche, dude. You got to pick a niche. I lowkey thought that instant notification was for me.
>> Orchestrator ready for your review.
>> Sorry for messing with your dopamine receptors, dog.
generally curious. How are AI agents actually helping you run your agency?
Figuring all this out and trying to understand where it's making the biggest difference. Everywhere. It's everywhere, bro. It's so hard for me to explain this.
Um I I cannot explain this to you, but you can look at these videos on my channel to see exactly how we're running everything. Each one of these um videos is a whiteboard on how I use AI in my agency.
What's up, baby?
>> What's up?
>> I'm live.
>> I did all the dishes.
>> Nice.
>> Outside.
>> Right now, I'm too broad. Maybe doing different agency owners, accountants, and different SAS services. You got a niche. You got a niche.
>> Niche down. You'll get better results.
There's so many SAS businesses. There's so many agencies. There's no reason for you not to be niche. Like, your your TAM is massive.
Just pick a big ass ham and commit to it. Dog food it by doing cold email for yourself. That's how we scaled to we scaled to uh 13 clients in one month just from going niche.
I deleted the campaign though. I'll show you the copy. Actually, I don't think I did delete the campaign. I I don't have them instantly open, but um La Pearla Company, just watch these videos. I There's It does everything. I I just cannot explain how crazy it is. Um It is overwhelming. It is overwhelming, but it's just there's just too many.
Like if I just started blasting out every single thing that I use AI for, which is everything, you're going to be even more paralyzed. I'm just I'm just letting you know like it's too much.
Just start at marketing. Start at lead generation for yourself. I'll tell you this. Uh for lead generation, we have AI scrape the list, enrich the list, verify the list, push it to instantly, push it to high level, whatever you like. There's just it does everything.
It does everything. What's your what's your niche? Uh, it's agencies now. Yeah, I genuinely don't understand why you left SMS for what you do. I'm genally booking 10 appointments a day with SMS.
Why I switch to Meta? [ __ ] will cost way more than 10 appointments a day cuz I'm switching to agencies lowkey. So, I can't SMS agencies. They're not on Google. Um, it's it's a more long-term play, but no, I would not have switched.
Uh, I would not have switched.
M. Oh my god. Nolified snitched. See, I can just tell like that's I love it. I love it. I love it. I love it. I love it.
I love it. I'm lowkey going to be sending 100,000 emails a month coming up. Got the warming. Are you doing SMTP, Ryder?
There's no way you're not doing SMTP. I also want to know your deliverability per um inbox reg provider like Google, Microsoft, everything like that because I've run SMTP before.
100,000 emails a month. Okay. Oh, a month. Okay. Okay.
So, I'm actually moving. If you stream really late, I might come back. And if not, I hope you have a great night. All right, brother. I um probably won't stream late. I will not stream late. I will be gone. So, you have a good night, Ignos.
Um, how do you even do cold SMS outreach? Uh, isn't there TCPA laws and [ __ ] Consult a lawyer. Uh, or join the school community. I'm going premium inboxes and eating the cost. Then I have permutation that does applies to everything. So, I'm really not doing that much work. I just show up for the calls and close them. Hell yeah, dude.
Premium inbox is on top, baby. Premium inboxes on top.
Uh, shameless plug. If you guys want premium inboxes for yourself to run cold email like me and Ryder or Ryder and I, I should say, use code Jin inbox at checkout for premium inboxes. The best email inbox provider.
They're amazing. I've been using them for so long.
I got you, dude. Yeah, I think we're all using Whisper Flow at this point or some kind of version.
orchestrator ready for your review.
>> Yeah, they'll be making bank off me low key. That's the beautiful thing about lead generation, baby. That's the beautiful thing.
That's the beautiful thing. You can spend as much if you have a good money model and and and your infrastructure is good.
Yeah, you can just because you just make more back, bro. You just make more back.
Those inboxes are dirt cheap and you could just you you literally just bought like an an HLMG and you could just spray and just print money, bro. Like I love code outreach. I love code outreach code email. Like we have we have sent so many emails.
We've sent so many emails.
Did he not submit that on his onboarding form?
Come on now.
Simple ROI. Yeah, it's literally just lead arbitrage. It's just it's just uh it's just the arbitrage.
Orchestrator ready for your review.
Premium inboxes is the absolute best.
Premium inbox is the absolute best. I've tried I've tried Zapmail. I've tried uh cheap inboxes. I've tried, you know, all of them. Not all of them, obviously.
There's a million of them, but premium inbox support absolute peak.
Their onboarding peak. You can you can you could provision inboxes through their API. I mean, their their support is just amazing.
Yes. How did you not have this context prior to this is should be pretty standardized crystallized face.
Still loading dashboard ready for your review.
No, they don't offer domains. Use uh Cloudflare for domains. All this information is in the classroom on the stack instantly. Premium inbox Cloudflare and how they wire together.
Crazy how everyone either has using cold email or cold SMS. I'm over here cranking out cold calls every day. Yeah, cold calls are brutal.
Cold calls are brutal. Uh we've never cold called really. Hey yo, Jason, what's good? Uh, curious how you pre-warm the leads before the call. I'm good for them to book the call, but my no-show rate is a bit high, I feel like.
Um, you need sequences, rider, you need uh pre-all sequences. Do you use go high level?
Yeah, don't use puzzling.
I don't know anything about puzzle inbox, but just use premium inboxes. Uh if you use if you use go high level, you should be setting up uh post appointment booking pre-sale and nurture like value emails targeted towards your niche. You should have no show recovery. Um there's also a way you can connect your instantly inbound to your go high level to where you can reply in the thread to that specific inbox.
Um but that's a little higher high level >> orchestrator ready for your review. Not really something I can explain over the live. You vibe coded your own CRM right now. That works too. That works too, but go high level is the [ __ ] Go high level is the [ __ ] Um 50 cold calls a day versus 5k 40 emails a day. You do the math. Yeah, cold call works for me. I think once you get a hang of it, it's better than anything. [ __ ] no. I just hard disagree.
That is so [ __ ] Cold calling is so outdated, dude.
for uh for a lean team and no I can't I can't mess with that I can't have this this this cold unless you unless you have literally no money to spend on marketing and that's your only option like I'll never say that say cold calling is bad for that but like as soon as you get your first client you should kiss cold calling goodbye bro just do some do some big volume outreach. I'll get on it. I feel like there's thousand things to do right now, dude. It's never going to change, bro.
There's always going to be a thousand thing to do.
>> That's the game, brother. That's why we play.
>> Orchestrator ready for your review.
>> That's the game.
Do we have avatar and ICP docs for who we're trying to help that we could target to like what they would click on?
Does is this in alignment?
My life is a joke right now. 18 finals tomorrow for school. Made like 5K last month.
Bro, you got to drop out, dude. What are you still doing in school?
What are you still doing in school, dog?
What are you still doing at school? Bro, what the what are you doing? What What are we doing?
What is the software called? The one on the screen now. Plane.so.
Plane.so.
Uh, it's a project manager. You, it's open source, so you can host it yourself. I have it running on my server right now. But what's good, Kai? What's good?
What's good, boys?
Appreciate that. My bad. No, dude.
Anytime. Any All questions are welcome.
All questions are welcome. Plane.so.
>> Orchestrator. See what they say, dude.
What the [ __ ] is school, bro? Are we still doing school in 2026?
Are we still considering school? Come on. Anyone watching this channel? No, this is not my first business. I've had so many businesses, bro. I can't even count on one hand how many businesses I've had. This is the only thing I Hey, you saw that nullified. You saw that, bro? Oh, you saw that, bro. Oh, it's coming up, boy. It's coming up, boy.
Yeah.
Come on. Don't play with me, dog. It's your first business. No, I used to do uh I was in I tried to do YouTube like full-time when I was a noob, like 18. I didn't know what I was doing. Thought you could just post videos and make money. Um, got into NFT gaming, lost a whole summer's salary in that. got into trying to grow mushrooms to sell locally at like farmers market and restaurants. Uh said I don't want to grow mushrooms anymore.
This is taking all my time. I'll just I'll just uh do drop shipping or branded uh mushroom selling. So I bought the inventory from China, had it in Amazon MCF. Tried to do some drop shipping and run that up through Tik Tok shop uh with organic. Tried to do some organic branded uh ecom. That didn't work. lost probably around 10K in all the mushroom endeavors total and then tried to do some meme coins. Barely got out alive on the meme coins and like and trying to trade Bitcoin futures, but I made a lot of money back with some affiliate plays with Bloom and some of these trading stuff. Um, and then did some email marketing for other ecom brands.
And then I'm like, dude, none of this is working. I got on a call with uh one of my mentors and he was like, yo, AI agency, you ever heard of that? And I was like, okay, boom. And this is the only thing that worked. That's the TLDDR. Uh, you saw any improvements in pickup rates after you got that Telenic Tyler? I have not used it yet.
It works, but I'm using it because we are, you know, trying to get the ads live for our clients and our agency. Uh, video and images, a mix of both. Images are better for retargeting, but video is good for you, basically all the metrics across the board. Um, video is the best like ready for your >> video is like the only thing you want to be doing pretty much. Uh, for reacher, for your reacher with email verification, do you handle catch all domains? Do you run them through a million verifier for your reacher with email ver? No, no, no. We I I double do the reacher and we also do email enrichment with reacher.
Um we don't use million verifier. I just run reacher and we get about 3% max bounce rates. I really think you should watch those videos I put you on earlier because I go through that entire system uh for how to like generate a good high quality list and it includes reacher and all that stuff. But I run it through my server. I run it through this computer.
I run it through my laptop. And I have like 17 20 reacher instances that have like asynchronous concurrency.
Um, so there's a lot of lot of lot of [ __ ] going on there. It's email verification open source tool.
Nice. But seems like a lot of experience. Oh, for sure. A lot of experience. I'm two years into my lead genen agency for cleaning businesses, but I'm not able to get above 7K MR. Um, well, it's probably because you don't have a predictable client acquisition system. Uh, predictable, scalable client acquisition system. What are you doing to get clients, Stephen?
Uh, yeah, it's all locally hosted.
That's what I'm running right now. But a lot of things a lot of times it says the emails are catch all risky. Yeah, this Yeah, you just got to use the good ones.
That's that's the really important thing about cold email is having a big old TAM because a lot of them are going to be catchall risky and we do not run those.
I I reverify them though. What's up, Lo Jay? I only had four contacts daily to day four SMS and it's still warm replies, but I bought a headset to warm call because go high level app is buggy for calls. Uh no it's not. We we we call off go high level. We haven't had any issue.
I need to do some email. I need to do some ID verification for this client.
So, give me a second, boys.
Let's not try to show my undies on stream. Hold up here.
Give me a second.
Bought a headset daily to the day for SMS.
And bro really acts like he has clients.
Oh my god. Yeah, guys. I'm laring.
Wouldn't that be crazy?
Damn, my hand shaky.
All right, here we go.
favorite YouTuber right now. Um, that wouldn't be crazy to be honest. I mean, who are you guys watching, bro?
There's only like I feel like it's really easy to tell who's laring. Um, who's my favorite YouTuber right now for business? Favorite business YouTuber?
probably. Um, let's see. Let's see. Let's see.
There's so many good YouTubers, bro. See what my history is.
Um, dude, Horoszi, honestly, Nick Nick is Nick's old stuff is really good.
Nick's Nick's kind of selling the news right now. And I feel like Nick is is very like broad market like media at this point.
Like Nick's Nick's uh other channel.
Yeah. No, I know what you're talking about. Um he was in the live the other day. Charlie Morgan bottom of funnel is really good. Charlie Morgan top of funnel is kind of dog [ __ ] Um, Nick's arrive his daily upload channel really good for an AI type agency, but I don't think like it's just not not for lead genen. I don't think people trying to sell lead genen should watch this ride.
Um, let's see who's good.
I mean, obviously Horoszi Horoszi top of funnel stuff is really good. I would say Charlie Morgan's bottom of funnel stuff is better than Charlie uh Hormosy's top of funnel stuff.
Um, I've been liking uh predictive history though outside of business history is good.
You know, there's not that many great YouTubers top funnel.
Closed my first guy on cold call and he gave me his credit card in 5 minutes.
10,000 per month, baby. Jesus Christ.
GG.
Um that wouldn't be crazy, especially let's go. the first builder on Friday on a 5% per closed job. I need a better onboarding to get them engaged. Stick to it. Yeah, your onboarding, dude. We've had people pay us and then ghost. So, your onboarding flow really needs to be dialed this the hell in. We run code email campaigns. Pretty basic stuff. And I'm based in Germany, so basic personalization works fine. I mean, yeah, if it works, it works.
You in for a ride once you buy his course finally. Yeah. Charlie Morgan has the best business Charlie Morgan's business course changed my life forever.
Um, it's Jack channels. It's Jack channel solid.
Leen J has good nuggets of of tools, but he's kind of starting to sell the news on the top of funnel sauce.
Yeah.
Charlie Morgan's free courses and real.
Yeah, a lot of his free courses his his uh higher level paid course when you even have time to watch videos. I don't really watch that many videos. That's why I didn't really name any.
Wait, bro. He has plans. I saw his GBP.
What?
Wait, you saw Iron Automations GBP?
Dude, did you look at Iron Automations?
Uh, like 200 people on free school or something. Yeah. Yeah. Legion J cringe out even the name. I mean, Legen J is Yeah. I mean, I don't really watch YouTube. I find YouTube channels and I scrape their channels. So, I don't really even watch.
Like, if you guys are still watching videos in 2026, there's an issue here.
Unless you were like really like starting something completely new, you just need to be doing something. And when you need some kind of niche information for your agent to continue, you need to just have your agent search a query on YouTube, parse out the top 10 ranked videos, and then have your agent do everything. Uh, Owen. Oh, are you talking about Oh, Owen is Owen is good as [ __ ] dude. Owen is good. Owen is very good. I forgot about Owen.
I'd probably say for for this niche, Owen is up there, but I wouldn't get too caught up. Owen sells the lifestyle.
Owen sells I don't know. I don't I think his information is pretty good, but uh he I think I think Owen's good. Uh I have my claw pull the API and watch all the videos for me. No. Dead ass. Have you heard of Mr. Checkmate? No.
Owens offers 5K though.
Yeah. Yeah. Owen's good.
Owen's good. I've learned I've learned a good amount from Owen.
Okay, I got to do some face verification.
>> Bro, hello.
I'm looking at the camera.
>> All right, Orchestrator ready for your review.
>> No, I just watched his his topofunnel stuff. What's the tool that you're using in your share screen? It's called plane.so.
All right. So, we just verified this client's A2P. We're gonna have Claude finish walking through that. A2P uh verification with Persona is completed. Continue onboarding.
Um [ __ ] [ __ ] [ __ ] [ __ ] [ __ ] Let's uh How do you get your leads list for cold email?
I use Prospeo API. Oh my god. Oh no, no, no, no. I mean, it depends on the uh depends on the on the niche. I I if you still have a lot of different niches, so it's going to vary very it's it's going to vary. You got to that's why you got to niche down because there's a best way for for each niche.
Uh but Prospayo is probably good.
doing guest email, scrape all the websites. Is that the way you would do it? Scrape all the websites, guest emails. Yeah, that's part of my flow.
I've never used Prospeo. I I've kind of just used Ample Leads. That scrapes Apollo. I I don't really do too much in cold email that much anymore, but I I scrape LinkedIn sales nav stuff like that. But um yeah, I I use Apollo scrapers for the most part.
Okay. So, there's nothing created in here yet.
There's also nothing in the campaign yet. So, build out the campaign with the CBO $25 budget. Actually, $70 budget and make the campaign budget $70 once you build it. Ask me any questions if needed.
We're going to have to build this out.
Let me put my idea up.
>> Orchestrator ready for your review.
>> Oh, dude. I'm starving.
What y'all eat today?
What do you do with your money? Invest it all?
Yeah, I DCA. I DCA weekly in the S&P 500 index. 10% of my portfolio goes into Bitcoin. I have two houses right now.
Um, just buying assets really.
Do you front ad spend? No, my clients buy the ads.
I don't even see anything built out. I just checked the the front end on this.
Am I tripping?
Yeah, Charlie. Only his paid stuff is good.
There's some good stuff.
I haven't gone through the free the free course in his school, but his pay stuff is top of the line, two houses in this economy.
I mean, dude, there's real estate.
>> Orchestrator ready for your review.
>> Real estate is really easy if you have a good there's so many different strategies you can use. You just got to know about it.
starting affiliate lead. Jen, any advice? No, I've never done any affiliate besides like Tik Tok shop, so I really don't know.
got like 39K DCA into an account right now. Robin Hood. Hell yeah, dude. We got a DCA. I need to up my DCA. Honestly, been making a little bit more money recently, so I need to probably up update that.
I've been meaning to up my DCA.
I'll probably double the allocation.
Charlie paid offer is expensive. Yeah, it's like 9 to 12k somewhere around there.
Hey.
Hey. Hey.
Josh said he only wants to target commercial like HOA and residential lawn maintenance. and stuff like recurring revenue. Can we update the funnel?
What's the difference between AI lead gen and regular lead genen agency?
You just use AI to make everything better. Like AI image ads, AI video ads, AI workflows that onboard clients.
It helps you productize and it helps it's just like yeah, it's just a productization mechanism.
I run this whole I run this entire business off of Claude.
It's all Clawude.
Let's see here. Off, bro. What the [ __ ] Perma loading still.
Nice, dude. That's so funny.
We got to have the stripe link ready, bro. You got to take payment on call.
There should only be four tiles every single time. Update this. Crystallize it. Go.
Claude is lowkey my girlfriend right now. So that's all your time, dude. Real You do two call closes? No, one call. We push for one call close. I mean, obviously they're not all going to be one call, but we do we do bam fam if they need to. When you guys take payment on call, do you send a link or put their card info for them? Put their card info for them.
We pull that [ __ ] up and we're screen sharing and we're like, "Okay, let's fill this out right now." And then they see their credit. It's It's the Kai Stone method. It's the Kai Stone method.
Super engaging. I make some tutorials or whatever. Make a funnel, Lo. Make a funnel. I'm going just copy you to get 5K a month. Hell yeah, dude. You only need two clients to get to 5K a month with this offer. I mean, dude, if I would have just if I was just known about this offer, I've gone through so much glass eating to finally come up with a business model that is just like my dream business.
This [ __ ] is so easy.
Do not send an onboarding call after closing the sale and send them to an agreement first. Uh we we do a contract and payment on the call. We do contract and payment on call. Orchestrator ready for your review.
>> Even record email agency. Would you one call? Yes. Yes. One call.
>> Dude, you guys are selling like orchestrator ready for your review.
>> 83k like upfront. Like that's literally like that's impulse >> not imp. I mean if your sales process is good I mean dude there's no reason they should ever you like no take that take that [ __ ] payment on call.
Kaisone method is what I just described.
Like you pull up Stripe, you're sharing your screen, you're like, "What's your first name, last name? Okay, your billing address." And they see the payment that you see that they're going to have to put their credit. They're going to give you their their credit card. And then they are just like, you know, you take the you take their card.
Wait, should I actually start copying this guy? What time you start streaming every day? I don't commit to daily streaming, but I've been streaming a little bit later.
Just got to get lucky, maybe. I don't know.
Yeah, let's go. I'm going to do Dude.
Dude, you have to take payment on call.
You have to take payment on call. If you do not take payment on call, say goodbye to that client, bro. When as soon as they get on that on the call is as interested as they're ever going to be.
Where do I start besides your course and videos? Uh, by doing cold like got a lot of expertise with AI. If you have a budget, if you have a budget, do cold SMS, cold email depending on your niche.
Go through the school community, kind of see the tech stack, start playing with go high level. There's just too much [ __ ] that I could point you to. Like, you just have to come up with an offer.
Pick a niche. Pick an offer. Pick one way to fulfill on that.
Do you point your clients to the stream or not? No, they're uh old heads.
They're they're they're blue collar old heads right now. That's kind of why we're uh pivoting.
Yeah. Um yeah, if you guys actually want to kind of accelerate your learning and [ __ ] you can join the Iron Vault. We do weekly calls. You also get access to all the previous call recordings and there's also some higher ticket mentorship, higher touch stuff.
>> Orchestrator ready for your review. in the school communities pinpost and um for more established agencies, we can build out an entire client acquisition system for you. It's a new offer that we're trying to build out and we're launching meta ads for right now.
How are you generating leads? Or better yet, how can I generate leads for my niche? What's your niche?
Said it's continuing. ghosted after I wouldn't be sitting in the stream looking my Yeah. No, you got to take payment on call.
You got to take payment on call.
Um, yep.
Yeah, that's exactly what I do. That's my entire offer.
Or it was. We're changing it. We're changing uh avatar.
How do you price? You just do retainer.
Uh Nullifi just said my pricing.
We're actually scaling our first uh guy that we got on this his campaign right now. We're upping his budget and uh scaling that campaign cuz CPMs are pretty good.
Um what would you do for the one call close? Two things come to my mind instantly. Uh pre-qualify um on your set call. I don't know how you do I don't know if you do end to end booking on the cold email. Um but you should have like flows after they book like are you the decision maker? You know, pre-handle those objections and qualify them before they get on the call. If you don't kill those objections pre- call, they're going to come up because it's their way out. You have to kill those early um like upstream and then it'll it'll be a smoother downstream. You could also do an offer that incentivizes them to close on the call, which is like, you know, clients that we work best with take action fast. Like if you want to do this, we'll wave our setup. We'll wave a portion of our setup fee or something like that. Just incentivize them. I would handle it upstream like pre-all though. What are you changing it to? Um, we're still building it out. We're still building it out.
It's a done for you like funnel. It's it's a done for you offer similar to how we've done for agencies.
Um but it's only for like very established agencies.
No, it's me and my cousin.
Me and my cousin run this business.
My cousin does all the sales.
I do the marketing and product marketing fulfillment.
All right. Go ahead and run the back fill. That's it.
Give me the local host link so we can get a faster feedback loop.
There we go.
What's going on with this?
Oh, [ __ ] Check out the icons. That shit's ugly as [ __ ] And the image that you put on the funnel is ugly. Run through this [ __ ] end to end. Use end to end test. Use playright CLI skill.
Pull in any other adjacent skills that would help. Any questions?
enemy.
Um, You post your setting calls. Yeah.
When I used to do setting calls. Um, here it is right here. Appointment setting warm leads.
My bad, bro. The niche is musicians and performers. Oh, hell no. Oh, hell no.
This video right here.
I'm setting warm leads right here.
Yes. Yes. Ryder.
Yes.
And then just give them a notification and tell them it's their responsibility to convert this interest. You're a marketer. You can't close them or like do any like pre-qualifi I mean like you're not going to do a pre-qualification call for them or like you can add some like per qualified interest lead would be like in your free school as credibility value. True. Maybe maybe I should.
Yeah, these are like super valuable for noobs just like seeing first client first client onboarding appointment setting when I was I'm still dog [ __ ] at appointment setting to be fair cuz I just don't do it. But these videos are heaters.
This video is a heater. This video is a heater. This video is a heater. This one's a heater.
All three of these are heaters.
My attention span is [ __ ] Put a movie in the bottom right. True. I should be doing that.
Uncle, I'm really thinking about switching from 297 a month to $8.97 a month plus weed adspend and adding Mad with the Kaisone like what you did. What do you think the pricing structure?
Pick a retainer or pick per lead. Don't do both.
Don't do like Why are you adding? No, no, no.
Or have a low ticket retainer. That's too That's That's not a good offer.
That's just too much.
Just copy my offer, bro.
And then pick whatever setup do you want.
I got something.
Damn.
Okay.
Damn, bro. My freaking I'm so hot.
It's so hot in here, bro. I'm about to pass out.
Oh my god. How are you not watching Invisible, bro? Finish Invincible. You need to get off this business and you should go watch some Invincible, dog.
You say we're changing your pricing. No, we're not. We're increasing our pricing and we're targeting a different avatar.
Got bro got 15 bookings in one day and all of a sudden wants to swap offers offer changes, not the copy. True.
What are you doing grinding, David? You need to finish Invincible before you grind, dog. That's a top priority.
Oh my god. I wish I could rewatch that [ __ ] How do I max this [ __ ] out this year?
How much do I need?
IRS limit on Roth IRA for 2026 7500 7500 minus I've got what six more months by four oh I can do that I can do that I can do that.
Should I do free pricing? The setup fees here to lose certain amount of emails like say 10,000 email a month, something like that. And uh honestly, I'm not too sure. I didn't I didn't scale the the email agency up that much. We literally got like all of our clients in one month. What's good, Tierney? Good, good, good, bro. How you been? How you been?
I'm I'm not too sure. I would look into like guys who are actually have a cold email agency that they've scaled. Uh get cloud to update your Apple calendar is peak show your progress and creates momentum.
I don't use my phone though. Like I don't use my phone.
>> All right, we're going to max our Roth this year.
Oh yeah, cuz some need like 5k a month, some like 10k a month, and some 50k.
Yeah, I have no idea, bro. I'm sorry.
I'm on a max. Whatever calendar you use, but it's time blocking if you do that, dude. I I wish I did not go full balls deep into this ecosystem. And it creates my to-do for the next day. Yeah, I'm just [ __ ] winging this [ __ ] Oh my god, bro. Why is this [ __ ] not working?
grown man trying to retire one day.
Oh no. What's going on? My computer on my computer.
Where's the market at right now?
Actually, doesn't matter. But just interested.
Where we at?
Oh my god. You [ __ ] kidding me right now, dude. We're at war and this is alltime high. Am I What? Are we serious?
Are we serious?
What's the goal? Uh, I'm onboarding.
I've been onboarding clients all day.
I'm building up funnels on my other screen. I had to stop showing you guys everything. I keep getting freaking funnel hacked by some of you nerds on stream. So, you guys lost all privilege on showing the actual funnels and [ __ ] But what do I expect? What do I expect?
So, I can't show you guys what I'm actually working on, but building out funnels, testing. It's It's that skill. Did you see that skill in that post I made today, David, on um on the Iron Vault? The go live checklist, bro. Dude, this [ __ ] is [ __ ] fire. I would definitely, if you haven't seen this already, download that.
and check it out. It's pretty insane if I do say so. My humble self is with cold email. No, Meta ads.
Meta ads. Uh, just been onboarding clients all day, dude. It's been really boring, but you got to do what you got to do.
So, I made that skill with it.
Got claw driving this.
I'm getting cloud fatigue. I don't know how you read cloud responses all day.
Maybe I need rules for it to format it differently. Yes, yes, yes.
I have that written in the MD. Just just update your cloud MD.
I have it very concise. I vive coded a a talking dictation thing for it. No way.
No way. Uh you're definitely going to need to be more concise then. How much of it did you profit on your setup fee?
And did you calculate your MR? because right now you say it's like 11K or something. Um, and do you and how do you calculate your MR? So my MR is like all the set it's like all revenue. It's not necessarily like subscriptionbased monthly recurring revenue. It's kind of a projection model where you do setup fee rolling last 30 days. Um, and then yeah, there's like a it's a cloud script. It's a claude script that I made. It's a Python script. every time a title generated that pulls the Stripe API, does like the last 30 days, averages it out, and does some cool stuff on the back end, but it's not like uh it's it's we do performance, so it varies. We're performance like across the board, our legacy code email agency, like I told you earlier, and then with our per lead, so it's kind of a rolling back fill of 30 days.
Yeah, I I I thought it was going to be easier than than it was, but it ended up being like really hard to get a good gauge on how to like actually calculate the MR and basically just came up with like aggregate revenue collected divided by 30 days and then it just keeps rolling every day, I think.
It's pretty accurate projection though.
You're running static or video ads. Any examples? I'm running both. Uh not for for myself right now. I'm building out client accounts. I can show you those What's up, Len Haven homeowners? Are your flower beds looking tired?
I mean, I didn't think the flower beds would be that much of a difference, but they actually are. Spiced up came out, did the whole thing. Yeah.
I mean, I didn't >> That's my AI video ad with uh Seed Dance, I think, or cleaning 3.0, I can't remember.
But yeah, let's go CMC.
You're trolling me. It's still infinitely loading. Use browser automation SOP framework and skill to verify this before coming back to me.
Damn, it's hot.
All right. HTP register by Claude. Sweet.
Okay. By phone number [ __ ] Okay. Phone number. Oh my god.
I need to get off here. Okay. Where? Why is my voice dictation lagging? Hello.
Is it getting picked up? What the [ __ ] My terminal's bugging, bro. Please don't crash my terminal, man.
Oh no.
Oh no. My terminal's bugging, dude.
Oh man. Yo. Yo, mess with this music.
Hold up.
What?
Sure.
Um, all right. The algorithm is liking this.
So hopefully you guys fulfillment.
>> I'm going to go um eat dinner with the code works in our agency end to end >> everything in business. You guys should watch this though if you haven't.
>> So you're going to see the onboarding and fulfillment funnel that we have built out. I hope you enjoy it. Let's get started. So payment connected you the Stripe hits your account and as soon as the Stripe hits your account, we have the Stripe. So let's get the funnel built out. Let's get the funnel built out right here.
Everything is a funnel.
So everything is Stripe.
And then once a payment hits your account, there's two sources of truth that exist here in your database, maybe three. Actually, there's three places where this guy lives. Now, so up here, you have your sales and you have C L O S E and you take payment on a call.
And then instantly you are thrown into the fulfillment fulfillment onboarding results.
So this is what we're going to cover here. And I recommend you guys highly take payment on call. And there's three p places technical data wise where this person where this prospect where this client is going to live. They're going to live in your superbase.
And guys, if you take away one thing from this, take away that superbase never leaves your workflows. It never leaves your business pipeline. In the age of AI, in the age of clawed agents, everything is superbase. Your source of truth is superbase. Your go high level syncs to superbase. Everything. This is your source of truth and they already live in this database because they were No, I'm not shirtless on client calls because they were already in the they were a lead once in your cold outbound over here. They were already in here, but now they need to go into your your uh clients table. So you now have a you have a superbase table of clients and in that table I'm not going to show this one obviously um you have their their go highle location ID.
You have their GHL private integration token.
You have their Stripe customer ID.
So, these are things that as soon as you take payment on the call, Stripe is writing to this client's table. As soon as they take payment on the call, you have your customer ID in here. That's that's the the customer ID.
And then you have all their business details um from GHL.
So they exist as a client or a contact.
They have a GHL contact ID. So this uh we could put contact ID. They have all their custom fields.
And from here you have a record in go high level. You have a record in superbase. You have a record in stripe.
And all this has to exist and it already exists for stripe. It gets it gets put in here. But you also need to write to here and then you need to bring the go high level over here. This is what your back end is going to look like. So once the Stripe payment is connected, you have a Stripe web hook.
And from the Stripe web hook, this is your trigger.
And from there, this is actually not going to look like this isn't going to be a funnel. This isn't going to be a funnel. This is going to be a automation. This is going to be an automation. Um, you have your Stripe web hook. We're we're going to node we're going to node uh nodematize this. You have your Stripe web hook. You have a right to clients superbase.
You have a generate magic link.
So, let's stop here. You have a generate magic link. What is a magic link? Some of you guys will be familiar with what a magic link is, but it's basically a link that is dedicated to a specific record in your database. So, this magic link is only for that client. So, what you're able to do here is on um onboard right here.
What you're able to do here is every time a new client is generated, their link to this onboarding form gets unlocked and they have a welcome to Iron Automations insert name. This is how you're able to personalize your onboarding, make it feel really pristine, and you have a VSSL here.
There's usually a VSSL here selling them on their buyer remorse. And this is a super important aspect of your onboarding fulfillment because everyone has buyer remorse when they buy. Your job with your onboarding form and your onboarding experience, the emails, the SMS, everything that happens one second after they pay has to be perfect. This is going to affect your churn. This is going to affect their perceived value that they get out of your your entire business as a pipeline.
And this onboarding magic generation link happens in the Python level. So as soon as this trigger which is a stripe web hook, what happens here is it writes to the superbase and from stripe you get a lot of the data like uh like company name, a phone number, email.
And what this is trying to do here is match these two records.
So from Stripe and go high level, they're trying to match because what you're able to do is your your your sales guy doesn't even have to think about doing anything in the pipeline for go high level. Let me say that again. Once you have this automation set up on take payment stripe web hook, your sales guy doesn't have to have hygiene in the go highle pipeline.
So this is what happens. it matches. It tries to match on go high level from this information right here that they take in stripe.
If it matches, you have an upsert command which is in the go high level API documentations where they're either going to be found which happens most of the time if you have good data and you're making sure that the clients give you the actual email and the actual phone number and your records are clean.
It's going to get matched or it's going to get upserted. Either way, the same result is happening where they're going to be moved into the closed one stage in your go high level pipeline. So, I'm going to pull this up real quick from booked. They're going to go from booked as soon as payment is taken to the close one pipeline stage and they're going to put in the close one status, right? And then they're going to get an onboarding link generated.
They're going to get their onboarding workflows that are native to go high level sent out to them. They're going to get the email. They're going to get the SMS.
You're going to deliver that magic onboarding link to that contact to that information that um Stripe passes through. So, their email, their phone number that they put in Stripe. They're going to get that welcome into Iron Automations. Here's your onboarding link. And your onboarding link isn't just a shitty form. It's an experience.
You have a video welcoming them in. You say, "This is what this form is going to look like. If you take your time on this, this is going to help us accelerate the dream outcome you want to have happen." So in this onboarding form, I'm not going to go through it, but it's just everything that you need.
So their services to put on their website. It's going to be their service area. You have an IMAP. You have an I iframe Google map integration, which Claude Code and Vive Code. I've showed this on the channel before. You guys are probably not going to be able to find it. Um, but you have that iframe Google Maps thing. You have the services they want to offer. They have what they actually want to push. How to add you as a manager in their Google business profile. There's going to be how to add them as a manager in their meta account on their business profile as people. You have Loom videos in here. You have a you have an automated onboarding machine and this is how you get out of the weeds and working in the business and working on the business. So that's key here. So that magic link is going to send them to this funnel and they have the go high pipeline moved. They get put into your onboarding and fulfillment pipeline and then you have your onboarding fulfillment pipeline here. So you can track this so you can stay on top of your project management. From there, that magic link, you have the funnel.
So you have your onboarding funnel.
Everything is a funnel. And that's going to kind of go over uh gen info.
That's going to go over biz info, EIN for A2P. Super important you collect this. take like you guys need to like write this down if you're doing anything A2P related you need their business info their billing address everything like that that you get in that onboarding flow their service area uh services you're going to want their uh if they have a domain you already have a domain you know this is going to look like I'm not just going to walk you through my entire onboarding form uh but you know what you need to collect And every time someone goes through this, you'll know and they'll get better and better over time. And you also set this up with Post Hog. Um, this is what we track our site analytics. You can see the journey they actually took. Uh, pictures as well, pics of their business. Um, and then you have Post Hog. You can see how they went through it. I'm not going to go through Post Hog in this video, but yeah, from there you have the funnel. from after they complete the funnel, all that information goes here. So, all that information gets written back into the customers table. Now, guys, listen up real quick. That just happened really fast. You're you're looking at the funnel. All this information, golden information, golden information that gets wrote to your clients.base schema to your clients. Superbase table. And this is where things get interesting.
You can point your claude agent, your Hermes agent. You can run it as a schedule. You can have another trigger here. And this is what happens for us.
Every time that stripe web hook goes on, it writes the superbase table. And then you instantly from this information, you got Hermes and it's going out. It's building the site. It's building the funnel because you've already collected everything you need in order for these agents to build out the perfect site. You have their business information. You have their services. You have their service area which is going to have you build out something like this. This is actually the onboarding flow that we have for our clients. And the onboarding form captures this. Hermes agent goes and builds. All their images that they uploaded during your onboarding funnel get fed to the agent. their logo. I didn't mention the logo, but they feed their logo in that as well. They have their business information. What more do you need, guys? When you go to do this [ __ ] manually, you're taking all this information, but if you have a process, it's going to read from that superbase and it's going to [ __ ] oneshot it because you have Python, you have examples of how you've done this in the past that you can feed it.
And all this is prompt engineering. This is all a skill. And I will I will tie back into this real quick. This is how all this is on. This is how all this is automated, boys. Pay attention. I want you to pay attention. You have the site.
You have the funnel. You have A2P verification skill.
And what these Hermes agents and openclaw agents are able to do. How does this Okay, you're probably thinking, how does this actually happen? So you're like, what the [ __ ] Okay, this happens and this happens. Um, Hermes agent is Yes. Yes, Jessie. It happens. This This is real. This is real. Um, so what happens here? How does this actually happen? I'm going to explain this right now. And this is [ __ ] soft. So, pay attention. What the How are you able to get these deliverables consistently? You use agents and they always forget. It's how it's because they're skills. And not just any skills. It says Hermes or OpenClaw as the orchestrator.
not the builder. And there's there's a few things to happen here. So, you don't want the agent building out all these sites. This is a template. This is a template. And templates can be automated through Python. Python is code. You can get the bare bones automation done of a site like this in Python and code instantly. You don't need the agent to build out a site deterministically. That is where you go wrong. So, what happens here? Hermes is is really good. Hermes is really good, but this is kind of late game, you guys. This is late game. Don't forget about this [ __ ] Don't worry about Hermes until you've solved this [ __ ] Just as a quick reminder, you guys wanted to see this. But how this actually works is there is a command um let's let's split this in half. There is a command that lets you do something like slashp claude and then you can pass in a skill. So slash a2p skill slash site skill slashfunnel skill. Now, what this does, this is in the claw documentation or the open claw documentation. You have to feed this to your agent. What this is doing is launching a terminal instance, guys. I'm going to say that again. This is launching a terminal instance, the terminal that I use daily to do this [ __ ] manually for a lot of stuff. It's going to launch a terminal instance and it's going to inject a real opus 4.7 agent and it's going to have these skills. By the way, you get these skills if you sign up for Iron Vault. Shameless plug. But it's going to open a terminal agent. It's going to say, it's going to do this. It's going to go into the funnels repo that you have set up. This is not hard. It's going to do this command. It's going to do this. And it's going to do uh prime. It's going to inject that skill that you want to have happen. Skills are the SOPs to how you get [ __ ] done consistently and reliably.
So, you're going to have this framework, this Hermes agent, launch a terminal and pre-inject a skill, and then Claude is going to do that [ __ ] in the background.
Look at how that just happened. If you've caught that, you're up to speed.
If not, then I can't really help you.
But that's how this is working on the back end. That skill is going to say, "Oh, yeah. Okay, Claude, build out this template 80% Python.
And then in this skill, so this is all layers orchestrator ready for your review.
>> In the skill, you're going to want to take and this is all prompt. This is English. This is not code. As far as the skill, you're gonna want to take this superbase data.
You're gonna want to take the Superbase data clients.app, whatever the [ __ ] it's called, and then build the rest.
Use X browser automation framework.
to check work.
And this right here is how you get consistent, scalable delivery for your fulfillment. Take this a step further further. Meta ads.
And y'all wanted to go over sales.
meta ads, reads from the services, from the onboarding.
All of this is possible because you've automated your onboarding and you're writing to the source of truth meta ads.
Now you've got Higsfield API.
You've got seed dance 2.0.
You've got GPT, Image 2.
You've got these [ __ ] creative studios that can do the same thing.
You go into your your repo. I don't know why I'm doing a pie or what is it? What [ __ ] called? Root. Um, you go into your iron media repo. Oh my god.
And you say the skill. You do your best.
>> Oh my god.
>> And you use the same framework.
You go. This skill looks like this.
This skill says use these APIs, you know, check this database, use Yeah. Sorry. are ready for your review.
>> There's an iron sweet. Yeah, I was out I was uh downstairs eating some chili for Denny.

What's good, baby? Let's go, dude.
Now the real work begins.

question. I have a full-time job. I'm trying to start my agency. Would you recommend running ads? I've been cold calling. Got a couple clients, but I feel like I should be further than I am.
Um, >> orchestrator ready for your review.
>> No, I would not start at ads. I would start at cold outreach like uh cold email or cold SMS depending on your niche. What's your budget? What's your niche? What's your offer? And I can probably point you in the right direction.
