[00:03:37]Basically, this conversation was about malpractice and I had my mom's and dad's support at first and then they said no when the doctor came in and I had told them I was goodbyes to them.

[00:03:50]I had to understand after uh playing earlier conversation later in this day on Tuesday August 18th 2020 with my dad had who said he would be more for the malpractice if I would to shut up and not tell them what's coming.

[00:04:28]However, I really don't want to include my providers who are helping me because that could scare them, but I also want them to know hey, you're not part of this but you are going to be investigated because Andy's not getting my needs met.

[00:06:49]They're People Inc. They help people with autism. It would not be a benefit for them to be helping me because I was referred there by Trinity Medical Group to try to get me services through them while they wait for OPWDD or reassess me for my needs.

[00:07:07]However, being that they are technically my provider, they could be legally responsible for me getting hit by car on Friday, and they could all even though they just got in my care, just had my appointment not even a month ago.

[00:07:28]Less than a month ago. It was end of July. I had my first appointment with Dr. Murray.

[00:07:35]I'm not saying anything bad. My guardian waiting to be had said, "Hey, this is something I feel your doctor is doing in his best interest to protect his reputation. He's a a resident. He's also under another doctor. It's also a place where you can get services through for group home, day program, you name it, and can get services because they're part of People Inc. They can assist and advocate for you." Which obviously wasn't a issue of getting help from them because they're affiliated yet but they also can advocate for my needs.

[00:08:21]Also, I'm going to unsafe unhealthy living situation. Yet again, Dr. Fastenella, Trinity Medical Group, another wonderful doctor, had discharged me because of the similar issue.

[00:08:38]The reason for his discharge, and I can get it recorded phone call if I wanted to. I don't want to right now. It'll be handed to my lawyer to all my phone calls and then entirely of every phone call interaction regardless because Dr. Fastenella's office said point blank, my overall physical and medical needs and emotional needs are not being met independently.

[00:09:05]It would be best suited in a supervised living environment such as a group home.

[00:09:12]The group home such as People Inc. and Elmwood Health Center could help you get the services through them.

[00:09:20]By the way, I'm going to go into my emails, lengthy of them. Got to find the one from that I sent to Joanne Latice and um Lynette in February. I believe it was February 8th, if I remember right based on reviewing that e- same email just recently, that's clearly stated ECMC's referral to People Inc. for day program and group home.

[00:09:52]There's a connection here, even though my primary my guardian waiting to be is being independent as possible in this decision, while that you wait for the approval of his associate lawyers, which is his co-workers, and his the partner lawyers. He has to have a 2/3 approval for pro bono of pro bono only becoming my legal guardian. He also has to have 100% support of his partners, which are the management part of Jeffrey Friedman to help me.

[00:11:23]And was told and uh all the service providers that both Erie County and Niagara County offers an all maids TSI Stell uh DePaul um Ciminelli Mission cannot help me. Actually, the only help I was offered last year was by TSI through what's called scattered unsupervised un uh unsupervised how uh apartments where they'll help me cover the cost of my apartment.

[00:12:09]Our supervised group homes cannot help you. Having autism, we can offer you this through the Office of Mental Health.

[00:12:16]We cannot help people with autism in a supervised group home as it is not the type of help you need. You need to go through OPWDD.

[00:12:25]We would be liable in allowing you to have a HUD super unsupervised a HUD-funded unsupervised apartment that you would have to get your aids through another agency which is not being set up and will be putting yourself in potential danger and harm."

[00:13:38]I called 911 at on Saturday evening after the rainstorm and the thunderstorms had passed because people were shooting fireworks very close by. There is no housing complex that close that's across the street from my, you know, or private, you know, property such as residence.

[00:14:00]Found out they were on they were unlawfully trespassing in the field across the street shooting out those fireworks. And they were possibly some of field of people that had been harassing me. Matter of fact, on the way when putting myself in danger on the way to Walmart.

She's also never called me or talked to me for very long time and I had and I had received a call while in the ER. She talks to me not even 2 minutes. You know who I'm talking about. Don't even want to say your name because I am frustrated with why you allow your friends or the people you know to do that and why your one friend told me things that I'm going to be asking you, why are you doing this? Why are you doing this when you know who's doing it?

Wow, that's where that came from that person that was helping me. Community advocates is why I should not trust people on Facebook or YouTube with my medical records to try to advocate for me.
