They have their lucky handcuffs. Sometimes they have engraved things on there or something and they just want to keep their handcuffs cuz they know they're in working order.

[00:08:15]>> Alonso left to go to the doctor's appointment today and the moment he left his psychotic son came in the room and ripped me out of my [ __ ] bed and locked me out of the house. in which time he and another very large drug dealing man stood in front of the door and physically assaulted me in front of the neighborhood people. And then when the police came and told them whatever they wanted and I'll believe them and I'm getting charged with battery.

[00:08:47]>> Ripping me out of my bed and physically dragging me to leave the home.

[00:08:55]standing in front of the door being much larger and much bigger than me as I try to go in the house because there's seven to 10 people downstairs screaming at me telling me what a [ __ ] poor and crackhead I am which is ridiculous.

[00:09:13]>> I don't know if 10 people are yelling what a [ __ ] crackhead you are. Maybe there's just a moment of inner reflection. Maybe you just want to take a look at why 10 people are saying that.

[00:09:23]I'm not saying she is. I'm not saying she isn't. So, and this is what's called a secure interview room that she's in right now. It looks like a holding cell of some sort, but the purpose of it is like transitory. It's so they have a place to sit that's safe, you know, they can't get access to any anything that can harm anybody while the officers either prepare their paperwork or uh wait for some kind of transport to a permanent, you know, a jail, a booking, something like that.

[00:09:52]>> Okay. Aside from ripping you out of the bed and dragging you outside, did he >> frequently assaulted me before? Yeah, previously. He's also been discussing with my family. He's also stolen money from me. He's also lied and manipulated.

[00:10:06]He also doesn't do anything and is never home. But you could call the other tenants, which I asked your police officers to do and that wasn't done. So, have anybody spoken to Alonsor or attempted to make contact with the actual person whose police the police is under?

[00:10:24]>> I'm I'm just getting here now. So, I'm trying to find out what's going on with you. And then what is how do you know Alfonso? How are you two related?

[00:10:33]>> Doesn't see how that pertains to the situation. He's a friend.

[00:10:36]>> Okay. So, Alfonso is a friend and you live with with him.

[00:10:39]>> Yeah. And he used to be a friend. Matter of fact, he we he used to date and when I broke up with him, this is when all the problems started.

She was in Tim's father's bed this morning and ripped out of there to be kicked out of that residence without Tim's father being there. And she used to date Tim.

[00:11:23]>> This was like the justice system is really great. And guess what? If I tomorrow from my daughter's custody because of this, >> no. Okay. I don't think you do.

He's going to kick us out of the house because he really has to do just like he was screaming at me, you know, across the way telling me that he's [snorts] he's getting everything he wants by me going to jail. And his dad, he's going to have him thinking because he's crazy, which is not the case by any means. Tim is the issue which is why we need to speak to the two there's three of us right that were there two of us have one story and one person has another >> okay >> I also have video evidence of this him being physically abusive and verbally aggressive and [ __ ] breaking [ __ ] in our house so I will also be reporting that to the justice system >> okay THANK YOU WANTED to add that um Tim was strangling me on the steps outside to prevent me from returning to the home.

She keeps saying that, you know, she keeps saying the height and weight of whomever she had this altercation with and she's, you know, keeps saying that's the reason why this is some kind of assault and she's being mistreated. Uh, she's laying perfectly horizontal though. I mean, she could be a level if she wanted to get a job on a construction site.

They're taking her to jail at 5:25, as you can see on the camera here, and she's starting to think, well, that means the first arignment judge is probably going home, so I'm probably going to have to stay overnight now. Uh, I'm going to have to see a judge in the morning. She's probably doing that kind of math.

It's not that she was really worried about getting out. It was that she was worried about getting there in time to get dinner. That's a wrinkle I hadn't thought of.

[00:19:52]And that way I can really experience consequences, right?

[00:19:57]>> She talks like, you know, the volume on your TV is at 7 when the comfortable level is 10. and she's uh you can't really hear her, but what she's saying is this is going to delay her to get to her hearing in the morning for her daughter and it's going to have significant consequences because there's some kind of like custody hearing or something to that effect. And this is kind of this is the consequences of being an adult. This is what happens when you make bad decisions. Bad things happen.

Like in most cases, something gives one side away, like a camera, a video, or or somebody trips up on a changed story or something just a detail that doesn't fit. But here, both people had injuries, both had a version, and the officers had to weigh which account the physical evidence supported before anybody's story could be fully checked out. Some cases end with an answer. This one ended with a decision.
