[00:00:02]Gynecomastia isn't just fat. It is breast tissue, [music] which is sitting right under the nipple. So, when you're doing your chest workouts, you're doing those flies, you're doing those presses, you are building muscle, but that tissue, it doesn't move. Exercise does not get rid of that tissue. And sometimes, honestly, the muscle growth makes it more noticeable, not less. This is why I see a lot of guys coming in for a consultation. They're really [music] fit. They're really lean. But, the tissue is still noticeable. This is because training was never the problem.

[00:00:30]The only thing that gets rid of this is surgery. And for most men, it's a very straightforward procedure. But, you have to know what you're dealing with. You [music] can't out-train this one.
