[00:00:24]I talked to Rafie and kind of reminiscing on certain And he brought up the fact that you remember Tatiana, right?

[00:00:37]>> Yeah, I remember Tati. So Tatiana, long story short, she went through a similar thing that you went through and talked about and I handled things wrong, but I was being a protector, but I I kind of confronted the her uncle and and kind of pushed her into a whirlwind and it backfired. So this conversation with Rocky's kind of just touching on that and reminded me to be very mindful and handle things with the white white gloves that are important to me. And I want you to know that your story is very important because your story is my story. I got and I just want to make sure I'm not being offensive or pushy or I want to just dig deeper into who you are and our trauma is a part of makes us who we are. So can I ask you two questions certain things?

[00:01:43]Um, I know we going to Chicago and I know it it's a a danger danger zone for you. You know, I'm going to be there for you. I just want to know like your relationship with your mother with her not believing you.

[00:02:03]How are you? How do you feel like that would >> Why are you asking this? Because of the interaction that we had on the phone and it was weird.

[00:02:10]>> Yeah, very weird.

[00:02:12]You picked that up, huh?

[00:02:16]Well, I'll give you the short long answer.

[00:02:22]Um, we had a family friend to come live with us. He was my uncle and um he was my dad's friend, but we knew him as uncle. and he end up touching me.

[00:02:42]So, I went to the closest person to me, which is my mother, and I told her exactly what happened and how it happened.

[00:02:54]and uh she didn't believe me, so I got scared and I started acting out a little bit and then I went to go tell my aunt.

[00:03:11]I didn't know what else to do.

[00:03:14]And then my aunt, she did believe me a little bit, but I thought that she would at least like fight for me or something.

[00:03:22]She didn't.

[00:03:24]She knew and she didn't fight for me the way that I felt at that time that adult should fight for me.

[00:03:31]So then she ended up moving to the DR with the job. And when she left me, I felt like I had nobody. So then I spiraled. I started getting in trouble, fighting every day. I got kicked out of schools. Then I went to alternative school.

[00:03:45]I got kicked out of the alternative schools. I went to something what they called a a Renaissance Academy.

[00:03:53]Then I got to one last fight and that fight put me in juke. My mom and dad couldn't take it no more. My aunt said, "Bring it, give it to me." So I moved to the DR. And then when I got to the DR, that was tough, especially with the whole language barrier thing and all that. Savannah, I have a teacher.

[00:04:19]She's my favorite teacher.

[00:04:22]And she ended up becoming my EUA.

[00:04:25]And she introduced me to her grandson. And her grandson was named Estabbon.

[00:04:33]Estabbon used to fight my battles for me and just used to protect me, >> baby.

[00:04:43]So that's why I would never give up on Estabbon and you know yada yada yada yada yada moving forward.
