[00:00:00]What's up, guys? Good morning. I feel like I haven't seen you in forever. Hold up. Let me open this up. There we go. Oh my god. I was about to go like this and be like, it's currently and I forgot my Apple Watch and I'm about to work out.

[00:00:13]Dang it. I guess I just won't track my progress this morning. But it's currently 8:00 in the morning, guys. I made it to my clubhouse because I'm going to get a quick lift in. I usually go to Gold's Gym just cuz they have a sauna. It's bigger. But honestly, I have to go to work here in a bit and I'm not running cuz I ran yesterday. So, the little community gym will do. But yeah, guys, today's an exciting day. Today is wing Wednesday. I feel like you guys don't even know what that is, but we started opening Wednesdays. Not the past two Wednesdays cuz that's when all of Ozo's thing was going on. So, I stayed home to take care of him and help the fam out, take care of him. Come along in a day in the life with me of a food truck dad and also new character unlocked later on, guys. my little brother, one of my little twin brothers will actually be coming to help me. I offered them both, my twin brothers, a summer job and they both said yes. One of them actually, David, he started on Saturday, this past Saturday. He killed it. He did such a good job. So now my other twin brother, Daniel, is going to help me today. He already helped me last year one day. It was like uh Mexican Heritage Month in September. He helped me for one day, so he's kind of familiar. But yeah, guys, I'm really excited to bond with my brothers. I initially told him that it was okay because I was going to hire help regardless, right? Like I need a part-time person. I figured they were so busy with soccer, tournaments, traveling cuz they travel out of sometimes out of state for some games, but also Mexico.

[00:01:38]They go to Mexico. They're for their summer break, but they said, "No, I rather help my brother out." And honestly, that is so kind and I appreciate them so much. I love them so much. So hopefully, I know the first few vlogs are going to be a little bit shy, but I'll just show you guys them a little bit. But yeah, guys, let's go get this lifted.

He ran out of this one already a while ago, so it's just five. I just gave him four. And then this one. Leto. So, it's not quite right now. It's like 10:20 right now. He really wants to go scratch himself outside. No scratching allowed, but he looks way better today.

[00:04:59]>> What's up, guys? It's much much later. I haven't been able to vlog because Wednesdays I typically run Wednesdays by myself cuz my brother-in-law preps all day. That gives him an extra day to prep and then he also has some classes today.

[00:05:10]So, he'll help me soon like later in the summer. We just finished some orders. My brother and I, I've been training him on the machine on the PS system. But yeah, we're finally got a little bit of breathing room. It's 1:40. We knocked out a few orders and now I'm going to go show you guys the outside and what he's up to.

[00:06:04]All right, guys. We just finished the first wave. It's about 4:22. Probably the next wave will come around 5:30 to 6:00. Just getting prepared for that second hit. Filling up sauces, cleaning up, touching up. I clean the fryers a little bit, the oil, and my station over here. But yeah, that's pretty much it.

[00:06:23]When you have these down times, instead of relaxing and just chilling, what I like to do is get ready for that second wave so I'm not filling up sauces, getting more to- goes or stuff like that when we're in like in the middle, in the thick of it. Shoot, guys, little update.

[00:06:37]We sold out. It's 6:30 right now. We're just cleaning up. Ha brought me some ingredients to finish my last order. And now she's chilling over there in the car waiting for some food. And yeah, guys, that's it. We're done for today. I mean, we're done with the food. Now, we obviously got to go clean up trailer stuff and we'll be good to go. How's your first day so far? Good. Not that hard, right? Chilling. And just like that, guys, the last customer has left.

[00:07:05]My homie Eric picked up the last order of the day. Shout out to him and his wife. They're always regulars here at JJ's. Now we're just cleaning up here, wiping everything down. I got to remove all the oil from the fryers, filter them, and then I'll touch base with you after that. I'm feeling a little crazy.

[00:07:22]So, guys, this is the bathroom. This is where we use the bathroom, in case I haven't told you. What's up, guys? It's so much later. I'm horrible at this vlogging thing, but my brother and I just got back to the RV storage where I parked the food truck. We came from the commissary. We washed all the dishes and now we're parking it. It's 8:27. We're making record time. Usually, I would just take the truck and the trailer and park it outside of the house. But I got my first neighbor Karen the other day saying that she doesn't want to see my food truck anymore. And then I got in it with her and I was like, "Yo, why are you being such a bee?" And she was like, "Look, at the end of the day, it's not what I want. It's a commercial vehicle and you can't park it here.

[00:08:09]I take another 10, 15 minutes out of my night and come park it here. All because someone doesn't want to see my trailer parked on the street anymore. Mind you, it's only a Wednesday or or Thursday through Saturday type of thing. I always park it over here every chance I get.

[00:08:23]But you guys know what that's about. I'm not going to say it out loud, but you know what it is. We're the only Mexicans in that whole neighborhood. So, that's all I'm going to say. All right, it's 8:54. I just dropped off my little brother back at home again. I didn't show you that, guys. I'm sorry. That's horrible. Now that they have chitas at the rancho, all our leftover scraps, uh, like our celery, our carrots, tomatoes, things that just aren't as good like week after week. Uh, so those chilas are going to be eating hella good. I told them to take a video and show me tomorrow of them munching on some carrots.

[00:09:29]But yeah, guys, now we're headed home finally. But guess what, guys? That night still hasn't ended. Today's Wednesday. I play indoor soccer. So, I got my indoor soccer game tonight at 10:20 p.m. Can you believe that? IA somehow. So, even though I'm tired, I'm exhausted. My day started super early.

[00:12:07]Digestive easy on his stomach food. So, a little hack. Boiled chicken, guys. Boiled chicken, just chicken and you boil it is very, very good for dogs. You don't have to wait until an emergency like this. If your dog has a little upset stomach, it's even good to just do it proactively. Like don't wait for something bad to happen. Like boil some chicken like once a month with some white rice. Give that to them and it like helps them flush out all the bad stuff they might have in their system.

[00:12:34]So, and then I got this from the vet prescription. So, you can't buy this at the store. Actually, the nurse there was so nice. She's like, "You've already spent so much money. I feel bad. Take this for free.

[00:12:46]But it's digestive care. I guess it's like super easy to digest. Low fat. So, I'm going mix this. And then lastly, going to top it all off with some canned beef and vegetables. He loves this. But this you should not be feeding like a full meal. This is just to mix in there, sprinkle it in, and have them eat it all. Cuz the kibble, obviously, if it's prescription, it's not very good. He does like he doesn't really like it. So, I mixed it all this so he has no choice.

[00:13:33]And the quantity is very very little because obviously he's had two surgeries in a one week span. So he has to eat basically what he would eat in two sittings. We split it up into like five or six, you know. So very very little.

Not to pat myself on the back, but I was goalie first half and it was 000 almost the whole half and then I jumped in second and we started doing really good. I I had some I didn't score, but I had some really good assists. I'm I'm gonna see if I can get some clips from the cameras.
