[00:00:06]He has beautiful blue chin some blue speckled spots going all the way down him.

[00:00:15]And then got their distinctive blotch on the side which makes them a side-blotched lizard.

[00:00:26]Thinks I'm going to eat him, but I'm not. I'm going to let him go.

[00:00:31]These guys are also called the Uta lizards or that is the subspecies of side-blotched lizard that's around here, the Uta lizard.

[00:00:41]Um they are kind of like an ornate tree lizard and a side-blotched lizard together.

[00:00:47]Um they're not a hybrid by any means.

[00:00:50]They are their own species. But that's the best way I could describe them is they are like a um a tree lizard and a side-blotched lizard together. Where side-blotched lizards like more rocky areas, ornate tree lizards like the trees these guys do both. They are absolutely beautiful.
