How do we offer that support both as mental health professionals as well as community members, friends, family, loved ones? So really have taken on the work, I suppose, personally, professionally, spiritually, that you know, I I'm really I I'm in it from all of the angles that that I I feel really excited and driven.

[00:00:34]Adam and Ryan both can tell you I I'm sort of a nerd for quotes, but but one of my favorite quotes is Howard Thurman says, "Ask what the world needs. Ask yourself what makes you come alive and go and do that because what the world needs is people who have come alive."
