[00:00:00]Okay, here's how I stay sane and organized running [music] a creative agency. This might be helpful for anyone who does client work because you need to keep track of conversations, do the work, bill for the work, and make sure it gets done well. This is my daily dashboard. I can keep track of all new client conversations and the stage that they're [music] in for my leads, my qualified leads, proposals that I put out, brands that I'm in negotiation with, projects that we've closed, new projects [music] that we've lost, and projects that we've completed. Being able to each one of these cards is great because I can see a history of the conversation that I've had with that brand, like the scope of the project, the value of the project. Before I literally used to track this in my notebook, which was [music] chaotic.

[00:00:31]Second dashboard is a weekly work dashboard, which is shared across our team. These are projects in progress that are pending billing, all of the work that's gotten done there. I can even upload invoices directly to here, which is great. So, these two dashboards make me very happy.
