[00:00:00]What I would caution anyone about is the injectable heartworm that lasts six months or 12 months. It's called Proheart. There's Proheart 6 and Proheart 12. It the chemical in it is moxidectin.

[00:00:13]Moxidectin is again highly reactive, tons of neurologic side effects, tons of seizures. Um, and when the first ProHeart 6 came out about 15 years ago, it was a drug that actually did get pulled off the market, which is really, you have to have a lot of deaths and a lot of side effects to get something pulled. And it actually did get pulled.

[00:00:41]The only change was FDA said to veterinarians, well, when you want to give the ProArt injection to your patients, you must give the client the handout from the company that says, "These are the potential side effects," which include death. Wow.
