[00:00:21]To ensure stable solar power operation and maintenance quality, all technicians must follow standard safety and maintenance procedures.

[00:00:30]This guideline video demonstrates the correct practical process for solar maintenance activities on site.

[00:00:55]Firstly, field technician must wear the safety suite completely. Step one, registration for station coming before entering to station by team. Team must register to access the station by using the VS smart application on mobile phone.

[00:02:06]Step to preparation of maintenance tools and materials check and be ready the maintenance tools and materials completely.

[00:02:40]Step three, environmental inspection B for maintenance the solar power system of station. Check surroundings and environmental inspection of the station and check shading to the solar panels.

[00:02:51]Check panel surface that have any dropping of the dust, leaves and any rubbish.

[00:03:14]Step for solar panel checking. Check surface of the solar panels have any dirts or contamination. Check for cracked or damaged solar panels have or not. Check for burnt or color change solar panels have or not. Check any shading or shadow affecting onto the solar panels have or not. If any abnormal case and issue of solar system is inspected, inform to related M andd support hotline to resolve and support.

[00:03:49]Step five, solar panel cleaning by soap powder. Check the surface of solar panels and spray the water onto the surface of solar panels by using the water pump. Pressure of water must be properly adjusted. D. To prevent the damage of solar panels is spray and clean steadily the surface of solar panels by mixture of silk powder and water.

[00:05:38]After spraying the mixture of soap powder and water steadily by water pump onto the surface of solar panels till all the dust any rubbish are cleaned, use the clean mop to thoroughly clean and remove stubborn stains such as discoloration, bird droppings, and long-term accumulated dust from the surface of the panels.

[00:08:10]Step seven, cleaning by pure water for final cleaning. After cleaning the solar panels by mop, spray the pure water by water pump onto the surface of solar panels as final cleaning solar panel stain.

[00:10:15]Step nine, checking the DC cables and junction box. Check if the cable from the panel to the junction box is broken, scratched, rubbed against the frame or sagging. Open the junction box and check the PV plus PV terminal. Check the grounding wire of the solar frame.

[00:10:38]Check inside the junction box and maintenance halls the cable hole by silicon. Firmly tighten all the cable connections inside the junction box.

[00:11:34]Step 10, PV electrical measurement. Use a voltage meter at the junction box or PU input to measure the PV string voltage. The voltage should be around 71 to VDC. If low gives check the panel or connector, use a clamp meter to measure the current capacity. If the current is low gives check for shaded panels or panel errors at DC50 cabinet measure the PV input voltage and current if out of range gives check the PV string connection and panels.

[00:12:16]Step 11. Checking the operation status of PU module. Check the run default status on the CSU display. Check the error code displayed on the PU. Check the working status of PU modules.

[00:13:21]Step 12, checking to ensure the operation status of solar power system and all other equipments of station.

[00:13:56]After all the steps of solar maintenance process is implemented and closed, ensure that all alarm of the station are cleared and all doors are locked and then team can leave from sight. Now the procedure of solar maintenance is successfully done.
