The manager comes out and and big battle ensues and the guns are involved and and and a guy jumps through the [ __ ] uh drive-through window.

[00:04:59]He's drunk. And guess what? He's got so many DUIs in his past. This is not his second or third felony DUI.

[00:05:09]I mean, what am I supposed to do with that? Nothing. You're in line at McDonald's and you're drunk. If you're going to be drunk and drive a car, you should be in an open [ __ ] farm field where nobody can find you.

It's like, you know, you wake up in the morning, you put your pants on one leg at a time. you know, you [ __ ] shower, shave, uh you uh go to work or do whatever you're doing. Did you think when you woke up your day was going to end like this? If you did, well, then you've got some problems. But if you didn't, and all of a sudden you're there, make better decisions.

[00:10:40]>> God love cops and I know I give cops a lot of [ __ ] on this channel and it's it's in good fun. Believe me, I I do like police officers. I mean, if it weren't for police officers, I wouldn't have been able to get my kids through college because, you know, they take people off the street. I try to put them right back on. And it's a it's a, you know, revolving door that we feed each other. But I wouldn't give you two [ __ ] plug nickels to chase people like this cuz you never know what's going to happen. And you don't know how dangerous they're going to be. Is she going to run me over?

[00:11:14]She was fled down Davy Davy Road extension southbound uh gray Honda road extension southbound Honda >> 54. Her front bumper's entirely ripped off.

[00:11:27]>> She just turned into a dead end.

[00:11:31]So, I think I've told this story before, but I had a client who was driving down the road with his girlfriend in the car and he was drunk and they're being followed by a cop and now they're getting pulled over by a cop and he was like, "Let's quick switch." And she's drunk, too. And so, they put they get pulled over and she puts the the boyfriend back in the squad and she's going to do the field sobriety because it was just a female officer by herself.

[00:11:58]And so he's in the back of the squad and you know if you're back there they don't have any door handles. There's no way to get out. However, he's an auto auto body. So he was able to peel the the um door panel off and he knew how where the switches were and he was able to get out and he took off. Right. Well, he got fleeing on foot which is a misdemeanor.

[00:12:18]Okay. That's a misdemeanor. He didn't get the DUI because they could never test him.

[00:12:24]So he kept his license.

[00:12:26]A [ __ ] gave the DUI to his girlfriend, you know. So, they both got charged with crimes, but he kept his license.

We have you know driving under the influence depending upon how many prior she has could be a felony. Now we have a resisting arrest or obstructing legal process and probably obstructing legal process with force and just being an overall jackass by flipping the cops off.

Let me >> This suspect, Shay, was charged with felony aggravated battery on an officer, felony battery on an officer, resisting without violence, and felony fleeing with disregard to the safety of people or property. She is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

[00:19:54]>> [laughter] >> This is Shay's first runin with committing felonies. Back in 2022, when she was on her way to pick up her final check after being fired from a World of Beer tavern, she was accused of king profanity onto her former boss's Burgundy Chevy Monte Carlo. The damage was estimated at $1,200 according to the arrest report, and she was later arrested at her home for felony criminal mischief. At the time, she was already on probation for a previous burglary charge as well. Regardless of the reason why she keeps committing felonies, she continues to be let back out into the public as court records indicate she has posted bond and been released from custody. suspects like this.

[00:20:24]>> The problem is is that these are low-level felonies. You know, if we if we incarcerated our way out of these problems, nobody would be on the street and our system would be absolutely [ __ ] clogged. You can't incarcerate your way out of these problems. You just try to manage these people the best way you can. And these are not serious charges. I mean, they're serious felonies. On the scale of stuff that I see, it's very low-level stuff. And on the scale that the judges see, it's very lowlevel stuff. You know, you kick the cop, so what? you know, an aggravated battery to a cop that's probably spitting on the cop. The thing about it is is that when you look at this from um the perspective of the system as a whole, it's really way over here, not over here. You know what I mean?

[00:21:08]>> Continuous cycle of committing crimes, being arrested, and then being released cost the resources of both police officers and the [music] community. So, the question becomes, how many more felonies need to be committed and repeat offenders to be released before actual effective reform takes place? Most repeat >> Well, you know what? I need a new boat.

[00:21:22]So, keep on committing felonies.

[00:21:26]No, I don't need a new boat. I love my boat. Okay, so that's our reaction to Midwest Safety. Um, woman turns uh McDonald's drive-in uh to a battleground, you know, and for what?

[00:21:38]For what? All she had to do is get her food and [ __ ] leave, but she was too [ __ ] up to do it. And what was she [ __ ] up on? You know, I didn't hear anybody say that she smelled like alcohol. I mean, so it was probably drugs is my guess. Oh, no. She did say I take that back. She did say that she had been drinking earlier, but she but she if it was just a little bit earlier, I mean, she seemed like she was pretty messed up. Everybody, you know, and that's the other thing. Everybody minimizes how much they drink. How much?
