We onboarded 77 new employees and it's interesting because in some way it was a lot harder to do an onboarding versus an acquisition because with an acquisition you think about it there's things that are in place when you have in mind you're acquiring because you're looking for a certain >> [clears throat] >> capability or you know certain type of certain type of you know specialty and then also you have to think of you know all these folks you know we had to change over all you know health care we had to change over IT we had to change over pretty much everything because it was it was they all got away in a normal transaction or acquisition you know all of that kind of comes along with it so you know we treat some of the back office but that was so in some regard it was a lot a lot harder because but we had to create all that stuff from scratch so it's pretty cool deal.
