Excommunication is a medicinal penalty that restricts rights and sacramental participation but does not erase the indelible character of baptism; however, excommunicated schismatics like Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò are not considered Catholic in the full canonical sense because their underlying act of schism constitutes formal separation from the Church's communion, and the lifting of such censures is reserved for the Apostolic See.

Catholic excommunication and schism, laicization. The SCOTUS and the abortion pill. Fr ImbarratoAjouté :
church of holiness.
Oh, Joseph, man of God, you husband of Mary and father of patron of the church of the father of the church with Mary's birth.
St. Joseph.
>> Hello everybody. Father Emado coming to you from Eastern Central Florida. How are you today? Beautiful day. The weather has been beautiful down here. Uh I was out for a few minutes this morning. I have to check my yard every morning for critters. Um, I don't know if you remember, I guess about a year ago, uh, found all kinds or trapped all kinds of critters that took them away, uh, that were disrupting my lawn. And so, uh, I've seen a couple of diggings out there. I treated the lawn. Looks like it's pretty good. Source some type of I don't know if it was ants or whatever. But anyway, uh, I keep an eye on my lawn. My lawn's coming along. I have to do a lot of weeding out there in the uh flower beds, my white rocked flower beds. Uh but anyway, yesterday was a good day. How was your day yesterday? How's your day looking today?
Today is my brother Frank who's a doctor. Um he's uh well, you know the adage I always talk about, you can retire anytime you want as long as you keep working. Well, he is an example of that retired doctor who keeps working. But today is his birthday. Happy birthday, Frank. He is the next in line. Oh, I forgot to send out this. So, again, um people send me these self-addressed stamped envelopes uh because they want uh these prayer cards. So, [snorts] uh, if you want this packet of prayer cards, these prayer cards that I wrote, no donation necessary, though some people, most people send me a little something, uh, a self-ress stamped envelope. I'll send you a packet of prayer cards for every envelope you send me. Today, I want to talk about canon law. No, I'm not going to bore you. I'm not going to glaze your eyes over. I'm going to teach you some things that, hey, I didn't even know.
All right. uh and uh interesting stuff about excommunicated person schismatics.
Going to talk about Carla Maria Viganov because he's the prime example of an excommunicated schismatic and then I also want to talk about the Supreme Court and what's going on some of these rulings that um uh have been happening with the chemical abortion pill. So uh that's what we're going to discuss today. We're going to start off with the whole excommunication thing. Um, what does it mean to be excommunicated?
And if you're excommunicated, for instance, so if you're excommunicated, you cannot receive the sacraments. Are you still obligated to go to mass on Sunday even though you can't receive the sacraments?
Interesting. And uh I thought about it and I said, "Well, the obligation on Sunday is to attend mass, not to receive communion." Right? So, we're going to explore this. Uh we're going to explore a couple of other things. Uh hopefully you'll find it beneficial.
Um and so, let's start off in prayer as we do each and every single day. Name of the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit.
Amen.
Let's uh invoke St. Michael the Archangel. Defend us in battle. be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do thou, a prince of the heavenly host, by the power of God, cast and tell Satan and all the evil spirits who prowl about the world, seeking the root of souls. Amen.
[snorts] Let's uh consecrate ourselves to the blessed virgin Mary. Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen. Hail Holy Queen, Mother of Mercy, our life, our sweetness, and our hope. To thee we cry, poor banished children of Eve. To thee we send up our size, mourning and weep in this valley of tears. Turn them most gracious advocate, desires of mercy towards us. And after this our exile, show unto us the blessed fruit of thy womb, Jesus. O clement, oh loving. Oh sweet Virgin Mary, pray for us, oh holy mother of God, that we may be made worthy the promise of Christ. Let us pray. Remember, oh most blessed virgin Mary, that never was it known, [snorts] [clears throat] excuse me, never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thy intercession, was left unaded, inspired with this confidence.
We fly unto thee, oh virgin of virgins, our mother. To you we come before you we stand sinful and sorrowful. Our mother the word incarnate despise not our petition but in thy clemency hear and answer us. Amen. St. Joseph intercede for us. Let's see who the saint of the day is today. So St. Joseph intercede for us.
Today is May day. May day is a fictitious day. It's not a day to get drunk. It's a day again to celebrate the blessed virgin Mary. St. Gothard um u uh 11th century saint. All right. So um yeah, St. uh St. Joseph intercede for us. Blessed Virgin Mary intercede for us. Okay. So I pointed out I kept saying you know bigo is not a Catholic archbishop. Bigo is not Catholic. And somebody called me out on that and said, uh, you know, he's still Catholic, etc., etc., etc. And then somebody else said, well, if he's not Catholic, then why does, excuse me, excommunicated people still need to go to mass, etc. [clears throat] So, I decided to do a little research. Grock is my go-to AI.
I don't know if you're using AI.
Um, I use Grock. I find Grock very reliable. I find Grock very respectful.
Uh definitely I think the most accurate at least based on what I can wean. And again the way you test AI is ask AI something about what you already know very very well and see if they give you back uh what your knowledge is in that particular area. Right? So, you know, I ask Catholic questions and if they start giving me nonsense like chap GBT, whatever that um it's nonsense, right?
And you just disregard that AI. Okay.
So, I asked question in canon law, if you're excommunicated, are you still required to obey the precepts of the church? So you know the six precepts of the church. Even though you cannot receive the sacraments, if a priest is excommunicated, can he celebrate mass?
Are excommunicated Catholics still considered Catholics? Are formerly excommunicated schismatics such as Vigos still considered Catholic? All right. So I asked a few questions there. Okay. So this is what Grock gave me. Yes.
Excommunicated ca persons are still required to obey the precepts of the church that is the obligation to attend mass on Sundays holy days of obligation observe the church's marriage laws per canon 10959 and support the church materially even though they cannot listenitly receive the sacraments. Excommunication is a medicinal remedial penalty uh not a removal from the church itself.
deprivives the person of certain rights and participation in the church's sacramental and governing governing life but does not erase the indelible character of baptism or release them from the general obligations that bind all the baptized. So, you know, I knew that it didn't erase the indulable mark because of course, if you could come to conversion, the excommunication could be lifted, right? Uh, but this this whole idea of I never really gave it a thought, the obligation to obey all the precepts of the church even though you're excommunicated, right? But listen up.
They remain subject to church law and still expect to fill the precept although they cannot receive communion or take active lurggical role. The goal is repentive and reconciliation, not permanent exclusion.
No, an excommunication priest cannot listedly celebrate mass or administer other sacraments.
All right. So, so vigo being excommunicated.
All right. Of course, suspended, excommunicated.
All right. He is explicitly prohibited from doing so. An excommunicated person is prohibited from celebrating the sacrifice of the eukarist. and the other sacraments if the excommunication has been imposed or declared. All right.
Okay. Lurggical authorities must prevent him from celebrating publicly if possible. However, the sacraments he celebrates would still be valid assuming proper form, matter and intention because the power of holy orders is never taken away. Right? Another indulable mark. Only the listen exercise of it is forbidden. the celebration would be gravely illicit and he would be committing additional canonical offenses. [snorts] All right. So, so big enough he's still celebrating mass. All right. Uh the masses are valid although illicit. All right. And he is gravely he's committing mortal sin. All right. Uh yes, excommunicated Catholics are still considered Catholics with an important distinction depending on the reason for the excommunications. So this is where it gets very relative. Okay. Relative meaning pertaining to what we're discussing with an excommunicated schismatic. Okay. Um excommunication does not kick someone out of the church in the way that the 1917 code sometimes implied. The 83 code treats it as a censure that removes rights and communions while leaving the person jeridically within the church. Baptism is indelible. They remain bound by church law and the precepts and the church still desires their return. One explicit exception is when the excommunication is incurred for apostasy, heresy or schism. In those cases, the person is not considered a Catholic in a full jeritical sense because the underlying act itself constitutes a formal separation from the church's communion.
No formally excommunicated schismatics such as Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigo are not considered Catholic in the full sense. Vigino was declared excommunicated by the diccastri for the doctrine of the faith. Canonical crime of schism refusal of submission to the Roman pont of rejection of communion with the members of the church subject to him along with the rejection of legitimacy the second Vatican council because the excommunication was incurred precisely for schism. He falls under the exception noted above. He's not regarded as a Catholic in the church's canonical understanding. He retains the baptismal character ontologically, but he has placed himself outside the church's communion. The lifting of this center is reserved for the apostolic sea. In summary, excommunication is a serious but medicinal penalty meant to bring the person back to full communion. It restricts rights and sacramental participation but does not dissolve the fundamental bond of baptism except in special case of apostasy, heresy or schism where the person is formally separated. All this is governed by the current code of canon law remains unchanged. Okay.
Okay. So there you have it right the distinctions here. St. Thomas Aquinas has always taught about distinctions.
distinctions. Distinctions All right.
So, basically, I was wrong and I was right. Okay. I'm right about Big. Okay.
I'm right about Big. All right. He's not canonically Catholic. All right. He's not canonically a Catholic priest. He's not an archbishop. All right. Uh that's it. All right.
And people like John Henry Wesson and others who prop him up, all right, really need to understand that maybe they're not formally declared schismatics, but surely materially they're cooperating with schism. All right, and and therefore what they're they're they're putting their salvation at risk, right? That's for sure. Okay.
All right. So I asked another question, right? because other people are telling me that the Supreme Court is has allowed the uh widespread distribution of the abortion pill after a lower court restricted it. All right, so here's the deal. What are the most recent court rulings in regard to the chemical abortion pill regarding pill regulation interstate commerce of the pills? The most recent court rulings on chemical abortion pills, primarily miff pistone, often used with misoprust, uh center on a new challenge filed by Louisiana against FDA regulations allowing tele medicine prescriptions and male pharmacy dispensing. Here is the current status.
May 1st, the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth District issued an un anonymous order granting Louisiana's request for a stay pending appeal. This temporarily reinstates the FDA's pre203 in-person dispensing requirement for Mristone nationwide. Patients must obtain the drug in person from a certified health care provider. Mail order and pharmacy dispensing via tele medicine are blocked while the appeal proceeds. Okay. So the fifth circuit US court of appeals in answer to Louisiana's request has said all right that this nonsense about mailorder distribution of the chemical abortion pills got to stop. It's got to stop. It's got to be in person. you need to go to a doctor.
All right? Uh be seen by the doctor, prescribed by the doctor, and go and pick up the pill in person. None of this mail order stuff, right? So, that's what's been going on since 2023, this mail order stuff because the the Biden administration has allowed unfettered uh uh unrestricted uh distribution of these chemical abortion pills, right, through the mail, right? do-it-yourself mail order abortions is basically what it's come down to. And now the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit said no.
All right. It's got to stop while we look into this further.
Okay. You cannot do uh mail order. It's got to be in person. Okay. All right.
>> [snorts] >> Now uh so the the the decision directly affects the mailing and interstate shipment of methopristone by requiring inerson pickup. It prevents remote prescriptions from out of state providers and blocks mail delivery across state lines.
Okay. The lower district court had previously paused the case to allow current Trump administration FDA to conduct a safety review, but the fifth circuit overrode that imposed the stay immediately. All right. Now, the Supreme Court yesterday manufacturers of Memphis Prisone filed emergency applications asking the US Supreme Court to pause the fifth circuit's order. Judge Samuel Leo handles emergency matters from the fifth circuit issued an administrative stay.
This puts the fifth circuit's restriction on hold for one week temporarily restoring the FDA's current rules allowing mail order and pharmacy access nationwide. Okay. So what the Supreme Court said is no. the FDA prior lack of restrictions, unfettered distribution of abortion pills is okay for one week. We're going to look into this. Okay. The fact of the matter is this unfettered unrestricted dis distribution between state lines over the internet, right? this this crazy obsa insane stuff, depraved stuff, all right, is being looked at is is getting a lot of attention now and could be coming to an end. Not the legality of the abortion pill, but the unfettered widespread distribution, right? Unrestricted distribution of this methristone cross state lines, right? You know, through the mail, do it yourself. This could be coming to an end, right? The other methopristtol all right still be legal if if they take the most dramatic turn chemical abortions will still be legal but you'll have to get the it'll be one pill and you'll have to get it prescribed by an in-person visit. Okay, these are serious restrictions. These are good restrictions, right? Anything that restricts abortions a good thing. But we're but the the fact of the matter and we'll get to this. All right.
All right. So, and then they go into some broader context, right? But I hope that this is as shows. So, so the Supreme Court is not allowing unfettered, unrestricted distribution of chemical abortion pills. All right? They have not made a ruling. They have just made a stay for one week. All right? Uh and they're investigating it. So, we basically have the FDA, uh, the courts, all right, we're all looking and they're all looking into this. All right, and I think that the Supreme Court is eventually going to say that Memphis Prisone, all right, has has to be, you know, th this stuff cannot be distributed across state lines. The Comtock Act is legitimate. I think applies here and should be enforced.
Okay. Now all that being said, we are really kind of like we have a a huge infested tree.
Okay, this abortion tree.
And what we're doing is we're taking one branch of the tree and at the very end of the branch we're shaking it a little bit.
And some of that which is rotten and dead is falling out. The rest of the tree exists. The rest of the tree is wreaking havoc. Right?
And instead of us seeking to cut the tree down, and what do I mean by that?
[snorts] recognizing 14th amendment constitutional rights from the moment of conception. We're dabbling right around the periphery that yes I mean to me it's it's it's important we need to try and save as many babies as we can till we can save all the babies but this does not become an excuse or a reason for us not to seek abolition. Cut the tree down. recognized constitutional person 14th amendment constitutional person from the moment of conception. Now it's absolutely amazing how many people are ignorant about the 14th amendment. So let's go for a second and again you know it's important I I want to go to I want to I want to this is I'm going to [clears throat] show you this [snorts] right here.
I'm going to show you this here.
Right there, you see that blue? This is catholicabolitionist.com.
catholabolitionist.com.
Okay. Now, I want to read you the 14th Amendment. Okay. I'm going to read you the first two clauses. The first clause has nothing to do with the issue at hand. The second clause has everything to do with the issue at hand. Okay. all persons born or naturalized in the United States. So it does not pertains to some of the pre-born. It pertains to pre-born as it relates to citizenship and subject to the jurisdiction thereof are citizens of the United States and of the state in wherein they reside.
No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States. So that's called the citizenship clause of the 14th amendment. It pertains to citizens. Okay. But then the 14th amendment continues and it says, "Nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty or property without due process of law, nor deny any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the law." So the 14th amendment makes a distinction in the citizenship clause.
All right. A a clear distinction, right?
Things that pertain to citizenship.
What is a citizen? Rights of citizenship, right? Versus persons.
What are the rights of persons? All right. [snorts] So, all persons born or naturalized in the United States are subject but in this is citizenship. But it says in the in the personal clause, nor shall any state deprive any person.
Any person doesn't just be persons born or naturalized in the United States. Any person shall deprive any person of life, liberty, or property. Because citizenship is not an inalienable right, but life, liberty, and property are inalienable right.
Right? Right? They're inalienable rights endowed by our creator and so cannot be taken away without due process.
Nor can any person be denied equal protection under the law.
But that's what's happening to the pre-born.
We're mass murdering them without due process. Taking away their life without due process. All right? Laws that apply to people who are born do not apply to the pre-born. We're violating the 14th amendment. All abortion is unconstitutional.
All right, that's it. All abortion is uncon abortion is unconstitutional.
Every abortion law is unconstitutional.
Every abortion law by any a law that allows for any abortion violates this personhood clause, this equal protection clause under the 14th amendment.
Catholic Church says this life must be respected and protected absolutely from the moment of conception. From the first moment of their existence, a human being must be recognized as having the rights of a person among which is the invaluable right of every innocent being to life. [snorts] So, so the Catholic Church really answers the question, Supreme Court of the United States. When did we all all of us, you, us, all persons in the United States, when did we receive our inalienable right to life that's protected by due process and guarantees us equal protection? When?
The moment of conception. Human life must be respected and protected absolutely from the moment of conception. All right. And from the moment of conception, a human being must be recognized as having the rights of a person. All right. So that's it. It's that simple.
Once we recognize the 14th amendment, the personhood equal protection clause, every chemical abortion pill becomes a weapon.
A weapon in and of itself, right? It's it's it's potentially a murder weapon, denying the pre-born their constitutional rights and killing them.
And that's what's going on in this country. We're denying the pre-born their constitutional rights. We're mass murdering them. Right? They're an excluded class under the Constitution and we're mass murdering them. This is the simple narrative. This the constitutional narrative. This is the constitutional crisis. It's that simple.
It's that simple, my friends. It's that simple. [snorts] Okay, got a few minutes left. So, let's uh let's go to Acts and see what trouble we can get into there. [snorts] It always shows up sign of the cross.
All right, let's see if we got Let's see here.
There I am. Hey. Hey.
Okay. Very good. All right. So, I just had to link this video to somebody who needs to hear it, who won't watch it, won't listen to it because he's a know-it-all. He refers to me as a know-it-all, but he he is the absolute know-it-all. Uh, all right. So, let's uh let's look at what's going on here.
Uh, man, I don't understand. I really don't understand.
Okay. Very good.
All right.
So, we talked about yesterday. It's amazing how people react if you disagree with Trump on anything, even one thing, like his abandonment of Trump 45 pro-life agenda or cheap gas. Be clear, he's not as conservative as I am, nor want him to be, nor the Republican party reality. And cue the stupid you must prefer Democrat responses. No. Uh, you all do. know you all do because the Republicans are closer to the Democrats than I am. Elections are one day every two years, right? So that's, you know, a post that I I I feel very strongly about, right? Uh and and and I pinned it this morning.
All right. The New York Post has an article today confirming what everybody knows. Iran DeSantis is running for president 2028. Excellent governor. I will support that Republican most likely to abolish abortion through the recognition of 14th amendment constitution person reconception losing issue not in God's eyes.
Okay.
So you either recognize the 14th amendment constitutional protection for the pre-born or you deny their constitutional right so you can mass murder them. Abortion is unconstitutional.
Philly tech guy USA will be restored wants you to follow him back. That ain't going to happen. All right. The Republicans need to wake up. They're fools if they think they can win if prolifers stay at home.
All right.
Okay. Let's uh let's do our prayers here. Nothing else going on. I made my points for today. Let's pray for the pope, bishops, and priests. Pope Leo, we love you. Father in heaven, we thank you for your son, our Lord Jesus Christ, who through his death and resurrection has given us the hope of eternal happiness with you. Father, send your holy spirit upon the pope, all bishops, and all priests that they may be for us bold witnesses of faithful love for the church. Remain for us examples of your son, our lord Jesus Christ. Amen. St. Joseph, St. Steven and C for the pope, all bishops and all priests, especially Guadalupe and C for the conversion of world and the end to abortion. Amen.
Want a pack of these prayer cards? Send me a self-addressed stamped envelope and I'll send you a packet of prayer cards for every envelope you send me. Okay, let's pray for each other's trials and tribulations. to those who suffering physical and spiritual trials and tribulations, can cancer, heart disease, strokes, diabetes, high blood pressure, clinical depression, suicidal ideiation, mental distress, uh I'm sorry, mental uh disorders, emotional distress, addictions of any kind, uh whatever uh people are struggling with or you know people are struggling with these trials and tribulations can be a trial and tribulation for you. Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen. Our Lady of America.com, the original website of the seer, the visionary of Sister Mildred, now maintained by the friends of Sister Mildred, new sister Mildred from the time of the apparitions to the time of her death. Uh and then we have our daily offering where we offer up our entire day to Jesus for each other's intentions, our personal intentions, family intentions, health intentions, ministerial intentions, the intentions of all those who we said we pray for, including those who may forget to pray for the intentions of those who pray for us, encourage us, support us each day.
So again, these are the two ways we pray with each other, for each other here in this live stream prayer commentary. It's the most important aspect of this is not the commentary, but the coming together to pray with each other, for each other, our personal intentions, our um trials and tribulations.
All right. Catholicabolitionist.com.
Catholicabolitionist.com is the website that will lead you to everything that that I'm about. All right. And again, two key focuses.
Defending the pope and the church and defending the pre-born. It's as simple as that. That's for the most part what I am all about. All right. Defending the pope and the church and defending the pre-born. Okay. All right. So, uh let's see now what else. Abby Johnson, Llaya Rose, Kristen Hawkins, Margie Danfelsa, all the leaders of the mainstream corporate pro-life movement, all the leaders of the Republican party, Trump and Vance, all the Supreme Court justices, all the USCCCB, right? All of those who uh uh are the tip of the spear. We're praying for their conversion. We're praying that they have a change of heart and mind.
They come over to abolition. They seek the immediate abolition of abortion through the immediate recognition of constitutional person from the moment of conception. Right? So that's Hail Mary full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women. Blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death. Amen. That Hail Mary for that intention.
Uh let's see now. What else?
Real estateforlife.org.
Real estateforlife.org. If you're buying a home, selling your home, you need a realtor. Real estateforlife.org will get you a Christian prolife realtor. Donate part of their commission to a prolife entity of your choice. Hopefully, you're supporting your local pregnancy resource centers. That's who I support, my local pregnancy resource centers. Hope you do, too. And real estateforlife.org will help you do that. Mass coming up again. We're a little bit earlier than we normally are this morning. The numbers show that. That's okay. Mass is coming up. Uh because I need to mow my lawn. I want to Door Dash. Uh got some things to do today. Uh so we we'll see.
But anyway, I love you. Pray for me.
I'll pray for you. May almighty God bless you all. Father, Son, Holy Spirit.
Amen. Mass homaly, Eucharistic adoration coming up. Go out into the world today, my friends, and give them heaven.
