[00:00:00]So, this gentleman, he's going off the initial date that he had when he purchased it.

[00:00:10]But, to think that you're actually going to be finished and executed on that date. And on top of it, this guy would be the first one to take possession.

[00:00:21]You know, and it's not him. It's like the first two towers. You don't have the HOA formalized.

[00:00:30]>> There's no resale value cuz it's still a construction zone. So, why would you be in a rush? I get it. But, this this was like pure investment, too. So, he's excited and stuff. But, it's like, "Hey, honestly, push this farther back. Don't be in a rush because then you're going to be the one that's going through all the the headaches."

[00:00:47]>> Going to appreciate that 100% um you know, just be patient. It's coming along. I do send uh uh this gentleman and a couple others in a similar situation photos and updates of what's going on. They're more fixed on the date there that's in the contract.
