How do I trust a developer will complete the project if there's been delays on sales, so therefore they expect delays on construction? In a time like this, actually in any time, what you should be doing is working with credible developers who are cash rich, who have good legacy on delivery, and who are offering product in locations that are driven by demand, and the product itself has a statement of [music] its own. So, my short answer to this, work with the credible developers who are in good locations, who got premium product, and let's not forget the money's taken into an escrow account. Otherwise, don't touch them. So, what to expect from the population growth because of the situation? Actually, if you look at the numbers from the government side, there has been no change made to the prediction of the number of people coming in. [music] The slowdown that you saw with people and movement in the airports in the last 2 months was not because people did not want to come.

[00:01:03]Skies were closed and many airlines were not operating. 18 of them are coming back into operation right now with Emirates operating at 98% capacity. So, as of now, as we sit, there has been no change to the population growth that has been projected for Dubai and the UAE for the next few years to come.
