This breakup is your LIBERATION - the relationship that kept you small is over

[00:00:00]I'm speaking to someone who has been in a relationship for way too long. You know that this relationship wasn't right for you or isn't right for you. Yet, there's been a massive pause and delay of you actually taking the step to break away from this relationship. There's a sense here that I'm speaking to two specific people. Some people listening to this would have just been through a breakup and you're actually still in the healing phase and you're coming out of it. You can sense that there's a new beginning on the horizon. you just haven't fully stepped into that stage yet or that season yet. For some of you watching, you're actually still in that process of knowing that this relationship isn't right for you, but almost feeling too afraid to take the leap and break away from it because this relationship represents safety for you.

[00:00:44]There is a lot of safety here. There is a lot of unconscious attachment and you don't know who you are on the other side of this relationship. If this sounds like you, if this resonates with you, then this is a message for you today.

[00:00:58]All right, as always with my readings, take what resonates, leave what doesn't, and always, always, always use your discernment. Okay, there is so much going on here. When I sat down to record this video, I started the recording three times. I feel like you have tried to break away from this relationship multiple times and I feel like there's this really strong sense that you could have stopped it sooner before it crashed and burned. Does that make sense? It's this feeling that you overstayed in this relationship because of the safety or the illusion of safety it provided for you. And I'm seeing this theme of selfworth here. It almost feels like you saw in them the worth that you want to see in yourself. And so this partnership, whether this is a business partnership, which it will be for some of you, and for some of you it's going to be romantic. I feel like a lot of you it is going to be romantic.

[00:01:53]You saw that they had a sense of self-esteem, which wasn't actually true self-esteem, but they gave off this confidence or this self assuredness that made you feel safe. that is actually what you are seeking for yourself or that is what you were seeking for yourself and you found it is high self-esteem, assuredness and especially with decisions. I feel like this relationship is teaching you a lot about decisions. And for those of you who are on the other side of this relationship, that's one of the biggest takeaways from this partnership is your ability to make a decision in your best interest and to know that you're okay. I feel like some of you that have come out this other side. Wow. I feel like this really bloom kind of summer energy. It's like for so long you didn't know if you were going to be okay. You questioned what am I going to do without this person? How am I going to go on without this person?

[00:02:45]And now you're in a place of oh my god, what was I even doing with that person for that long? And there's definitely, like I said before, this sense of not stopping it before it crashed and burned. And then you got yourself into a state where it was really intense. It was really intense. And some of you just went, "That's it. I'm out of here." And some of you are still in it. Some of you are still in it. It feels like this is teaching you self-compassion. It is teaching you self-compassion. And I think a lot of you are going to be going through that season right now of self-compassion.

[00:03:19]And not just for yourself, but also for the person because they were a lesson.

[00:03:24]That is what I'm sensing. and picking up from this message today is that this person was a lesson. It was very strategic from source, from God, from life to hand you this person because of what you're about to step into. So, I feel like I want to say trust the timing. Trust the timing. Even though it feels like you stayed in this for so long, you stepping out or breaking out of this relationship this year is the best thing for you. It feels like this is where you trust the timing. I feel like you're entering a complete phase of unknown, like new beginnings. Um, you've got a newfound sense of courage. I feel like at some point there is a sense of forgiveness. I feel like some of you are going to be forgiving yourself for putting yourself through that partnership for allowing yourself to be treated in a way that you know you deserve more, but you put up with it because they had something that you wanted. And this is that self-esteem, that self- assuredness, that self-confidence. It's just in this partnership, what it actually was was control. They were controlling you or they had some sense of control over you. I'm almost seeing this like Stockholm syndrome where you actually don't want to be treated in the way that you're treated, but you don't know how to get out of it.

[00:04:38]There's a part of you that still loved this person or loved what the relationship represented. And so, you felt stuck in this catch 22. I'm seeing two pillars almost like you were between one pillar to another.

[00:04:56]I feel like you found a strength that you didn't even know existed.

[00:05:01]And I'm seeing a diamond that might represent something for some of you. For some of you, this might be metaphoric that under the pressure of this relationship, you have come out as a diamond. Like it's actually really polished you. It's strengthened you. Not from a place of hardened you where you close off your heart, but hardened you in a sense of you know that you can do things for you. There's this real big sense of independence. There's this real big sense of I found a new new lease of life through choosing myself, through putting myself first, through realizing that my decisions matter just as much as this other person. Because there's a big sense here that this person that you were with, again, business or romantic, almost had the say in the relationship. And there were times where you could see something better than they could see. And you knew something different needed to happen, but they wouldn't let you make the decision. And it kind of caused this inner frustration. I feel like there's a lot of anger here. Actually, it definitely feels like there's a lot of anger here, but I'm seeing how the anger also connects with your sacral energy.

[00:06:08]There's this there's this correlation here with being set free like feeling trapped and angry but then also the thing that is freeing your creativity your self-expression you're coming home to yourself. It feels like this very central energy of when you are out of this relationship you're not going to feel like you have to tiptoe around. You're not going to have to feel as cautious. You're not going to question yourself as much. Then actually what this person is representing is where you were not allowing yourself to be free in your expression because you didn't have your center.

[00:06:44]So this person allowed you to go from one place to another and kind of like a pinball machine. Do I want this? Do I want that? Is this good for me or is that good for me? Do I know best for myself? Do they know best for me? Um I'm seeing food for some reason. Maybe some of you in this relationship you would cook together or there's some sort of theme around cooking. Maybe you got fed up that you were cooking or maybe that was your way of showing love for this person. Maybe you bonded over food.

[00:07:12]Um there's something around food here.

[00:07:14]So that might be resonant for some of you. But it feels like the message here is you've been able to see parts of your own darkness that you wouldn't have been able to see before.

[00:07:30]And I don't mean darkness in a bad sense. I mean, what is in the dark, unconscious beliefs, unconscious stories that you have about yourself, unconscious patterns that you've been running and it feels like this like it's open now. I feel like you've been able to dive deep in yourself. And at first, there was this confusion of why is this person making me feel this way? I feel so trapped. I feel so low. I'm almost seeing this this depression or this apathy, this this feeling like you can't go anywhere. Some of you might have had some health issues, chronic fatigue, heaviness in the body, something with your legs, swelling, um almost this sense of like you can't go out or you can't leave the house. This is really interesting.

[00:08:16]Your body was responding to this feeling trapped and you had to realize the power is in your choice to leave.

[00:08:24]It's almost like you had to realize that this feeling of being trapped in this relationship is just an illusion because the power has always been in your hands and your heart and your mind to choose to leave. But what was stopping you is this feeling of safety or this feeling that they had something that you don't have that you want to have. But now there's this integration that's happening. For some of you, you'll be really on the other side of this. I'm feeling like you're really at the precipice of a new beginning. I'm seeing a mountain.

[00:08:54]That might mean something to some of you. Uh maybe some of you are physically going to a mountain. Maybe some of you find solace and peace in the sense of being on a mountain, being up top, being in solitude, kind of looking down. Um kind of having this sense of um what's the word? Like aloneeness, but like a really beautiful like peaceful aloneeness. For some of you, this might be more metaphoric where you actually feel like you can see things from a higher perspective and there's this sense of freedom that comes with that.

[00:09:26]I'm definitely feeling this floating energy from you guys. Um, almost it kind of feels like an outof body experience.

[00:09:33]Some of you might have actually had an out-of- body experience or some of you might now be feeling looking back of how was I in that relationship? I don't even recognize the version of myself that I was in that relationship. And now I'm sitting at the top of this mountain and I can see it from a higher perspective.

[00:09:50]I just I don't care about the things that I did before. Like no one can make me feel trapped or low in the way that that person did. I feel like there was this real held back energy. Almost like this catapult like this person made you feel like they were pulling you back. and it kind of feels like this muddy energy like you're stuck in mud or you're trying to run through mud and you can't quite get through. I'm also seeing dreams. Maybe some of you have had some very vivid dreams about being stuck or kind of not able to move forward. Maybe it's climbing up something and falling down or walking, but it's like really slow.

[00:10:29]It's Oh, it's really interesting. This feels like it's alternate life karma.

[00:10:36]You're bringing cycles to an end here.

[00:10:38]And when I say alternate life, that's my way of saying past life because I see reality as this quantum universe where all realities, all parallel existences are all happening simultaneously. So when I say alternate life, it is your soul or your essence in an alternate expression of self, living out an alternate reality. So I feel like there is some family stuff happening here, some generational. This could be in your female line. So whether I'm speaking directly to a woman here or whether it is female line trauma that has been projected onto the man, the man is in a relationship where he feels controlled by the woman where the woman is trying to keep him safe and holding him back when he actually just wants to go out there and do the business and build the empire and train and express and feel free. And you you almost feel like you want to please your woman, but you also feel like I can't be myself and have this relationship. And that's where this pingpull from side to sorry pingpong from side to side is. And then for some of you, I think you are a woman and there is this theme in your family of the women being overinated or this ah it's really interesting kind of I'm hearing the word imprisonment. I'm hearing the word poverty. Um, I'm also being drawn to the knees. Maybe some of you, whether it's yourself or in your female line, there is knee ailments, weaknesses. Um, and I feel like what I'm being told here is that the knee ailments are really representative of the inability to run away, the inability to move away. There's almost like this inflexibility happening. There's this stiffness on the knees. It could be swelling. It could be cartilage erosion.

[00:12:28]It could be pain when kneeling down.

[00:12:30]There is something here about not being able to use your legs properly. Not being able to run away, not being able to move forward. That honestly, guy, this is the main message that's really coming through from this entire thing is that this relationship that you've just got out of or that you are still in but on the cusp of breaking out because you know that this is the right decision for you, it feels like you can't move forward. It feels like you can't move forward in this relationship. You know what is true for you. You know that there is a different life available for you. You know that there is freedom on the other side of this relationship. But there's something that has been keeping you attached and trapped with this specific person. But it's because they are actually mirroring back to you the freedom that is available, the freedom that is possible. And it comes through your ability to choose. And that is the thing that scares you the most is the choice. Because you're afraid of the consequences of what will happen when you make that choice. You need to know there's a big theme of loss here, like a fear of loss. Maybe you're aware that you have a fear of loss. Maybe this is deeply unconscious and maybe this doesn't resonate with some of you whatsoever. But I'm feeling like there is an unconscious hidden fear that if you break out of this relationship, you are going to lose something that means something to you. It almost feels like you're going to be torn away from this person. It feels like a deep, deep loss.

[00:13:47]I'm feeling it in my chest. I'm feeling it in my throat. I feel like there's a lot of emotion around this. Maybe a lot of you have been crying around this and I almost want to say to you, put your shoulders back and raise your heart to the heavens. Breathe yourself open. You will be okay. You will be okay. It is a feeling of loss. It is not an actual loss. Does that make sense? It feels like this relationship partnership, what it represents is illusion.

[00:14:16]It really does represent illusion.

[00:14:18]That's what I keep seeing that you feel trapped but the door is open.

[00:14:26]Does that resonate?

[00:14:29]Like you feel like you can't go anywhere but all the doors are open ready for you to just walk through them.

[00:14:35]But what's stopping you is the fear of loss and really the fear of losing your safety that you feel with this person.

[00:14:44]But you're never going to be happy in this partnership because this is karmic cycles coming up. I keep hearing the word poverty again.

[00:14:53]For some of you, this might mean that this relationship represents spiritual poverty, emotional poverty. I feel like some of you in this partnership feel so depleted. Like I almost it makes me feel emotional right now. Maybe some of you watching this are feeling emotional as you hear me say this, but it feels like you've got nothing more to give.

[00:15:14]There is this depletedness.

[00:15:16]There is this giving up from a place of there is no other option. Like I don't know what to do to make this better. And I almost want to say to you if you're feeling this firstly that that's okay.

[00:15:28]Secondly to show yourself self-compassion and forgiveness.

[00:15:32]And thirdly to realize that sometimes reaching that breaking point is the best place to be because that is the doorway to surrender and to actually let more of God in to be guided by God on the next steps for God to open the door and say here you go like this is your path forward. I feel like for some of you, you're going to really be relying on family and friends right now and maybe seeing or feeling and and experiencing support from friends and family in a way that you never have before. But there's a part of you, for some of you, I feel like there's a part of you that is craving a type of support or attachment or love or desire from this person that you were with or are breaking up from that you don't get from your friends and your family. And that's why it draws you in and you keep going back. For some of you, you would have pulled away and then you go back and then you pull away and then you go back.

[00:16:27]There's definitely this theme of you keep trying to break the cycle, but something in you struggles to do that.

[00:16:36]But the door is there. The door is there. That's what I just want to keep saying to you. The door is there. This person is not the only person. They are a gift from God because they are helping you break a karmic cycle. And there is this sense that when you break up from this person, you're going to be in a waiting period for a while. I keep seeing the color blue. It feels like this sky openness energy. It feels like things are going to be opening up for you and you're going to be like, I had no idea that this world was available to me. I was so narrow focused. I feel like for some of you, your friends would have been telling you, your loved ones would have been telling you, this is not the right person. We do not approve. We don't think that this person is right for you.

[00:17:22]For some of you, maybe your friends and family didn't voice it, but they felt it. And maybe some of you didn't want to recognize or acknowledge that they felt that way because you wanted this person so badly or you wanted this to work so badly. But there is a message here to just break free. The sky is open for you. But it is you're going to go through a period where you're almost feeling like you're on a tight rope. You might be in that right now. You might be on the cusp of that, which is why it feels very scary for you. It feels like you're going to be suspended. You're going to be in open air. That's what it is. It's a sense of like being open air. No safety net. That's what it's going to feel like. But that's only what it feels like. That's not the truth. I'm seeing for some of you that there's a house move. So for a lot of you, you're probably living with this person. Some of you might share an office with this person if it's a business partnership.

[00:18:17]There's somehow this home uh symbol here and it feels like you moving out of that home is what's really going to trigger that sense of I don't know where I am. I don't know where my grounding is. I don't know where my rooting is. I don't know where to to plant my feet. And the message here is you're planting your feet where you are.

[00:18:38]You're rooting yourself in yourself.

[00:18:42]It's really this strong sense. This is root center energy. This is safety, security. It's almost like you're transferring the security and the safety that you found in this person and the relationship and what that represented and you're transferring that to yourself, to your own body, your own mind, your own spirit. But it might take a little while for you to figure out what that feels like and what that looks like. I'm sensing this energy of like when a baby learns to walk and they're figuring out how their body moves and they're figuring out what makes them fall over and how they stand up and picking themselves back up again time after time. It kind of feels like that energy with you. You might feel like you're learning to walk again for the first time. And there is this theme of independence with you guys. So it might feel hard to break away and even when you've made that decision, you might be thinking about this person or energetically connected to this person.

[00:19:33]There is a very strong attachment here.

[00:19:35]There is a very strong craving towards this person.

[00:19:39]But I do feel like focusing on cleansing, cleansing your energy. I'm seeing you being in water, taking baths, magnesium, Epsom salts, um going to a spa, going to the ocean, focusing on on cleansing your energy rather than like mentally trying to figure out how to let go of this person or how to let go of this relationship. It's more about just cleansing your energy from any sticky energy that does not belong to you anymore. Any energy that is not yours, any energy that you're ready to move on from. Um, for some of you, it might help to work with a practitioner of some sort. So, a healer, acupuncture, herbs. I'm seeing herbs. Maybe you're focusing more on your diet, focusing on maybe medicine, getting your body back into balance. There's this real big theme of transference and trying to to ground yourself in your new reality, ground yourself in your new direction, in your new physical location, and also just in your sense of self.

[00:20:43]And that's what this relationship represented for you. It showed you all the spaces and places where you didn't feel whole in yourself. And that's how this person could manipulate you or have control over you is there were cracks in your foundation.

[00:20:58]And so because there were cracks in your foundation, they could chip their way in. They knew where to find those cracks in your foundation. They knew what your weaknesses were and they used that against you. And then they showed you love. And so it was confusing for you.

[00:21:12]You were like, why are they treating me this way and almost taking what my vulnerabilities are and using them against me, but at the same time showing me love in other ways that I really love to be loved. I'm hearing the word confusion. Wow. Wow.

[00:21:28]I feel quite emotional for you guys right now. Uh I feel like there was just this back and forth energy and the confusion was painful. It feels painful.

[00:21:43]Um but you're going to be okay. You're going to be more than okay. More than okay. This was meant to happen to break the cycle. There is a family generational cycle here.

[00:21:57]I'm also seeing um like an animal like a bunny rabbit or something of that nature. A guinea pig, rabbit, hamster.

[00:22:08]I don't know what that means to be completely honest with you. That might resonate with some of you. Let me know in the comments if it did. Okay, I just pulled a numerology card for you guys.

[00:22:21]So, I'll read this out to you.

[00:22:23]alignment, harmony, authenticity, relationships, growth, balance, choices, devotion, trust. I love this.

[00:22:35]I literally feel so much energy in my body as I'm feeling this for you guys.

[00:22:39]It's almost like the amount that you felt trapped and depleted and low in this relationship, the other side of this guys is is freedom and expansion and openness and opportunity that you didn't even know you could experience. It almost feels like you can't even comprehend what's on the horizon. Like the the energy of you being pulled back, this catapult that I keep seeing in the vision, you being pulled back. Where is the next place to go?

[00:23:09]You're about to soar. You're about to fly. I feel like some of you are going to have this sense of I'm feeling an energy and an expansiveness and an openness and a zest for life that I didn't even know existed. This is what people must mean when they say that they're living life fully. It's that type of feeling.

[00:23:30]Okay. So, how do you move forward toward your true calling? Simply follow what brings you joy. Your passion and enthusiasm will be your guiding light.

[00:23:40]If something sparks your interest, follow it. These paths will lead you closer to discovering your life's purpose. I love this. I love this so much. There is something about this partnership that you have just been in or you are currently getting out of that is helping you consolidate fragmented parts of yourself. There's this big theme of duality here. There's this big theme of loving this person, hating this person, feeling so much joy and love and almost this like addiction energy, always wanting to be around this person, and also being like, "How can I get away from this person?" or "How can I have a break from this person? I feel trapped."

[00:24:15]Um, and I'm really seeing this this fragment in yourself, like I said before, with the cracks in your foundation.

[00:24:22]There is a part of you that maybe wants to go for what you want in life, but then you tell yourself, "Who am I to do that? I can't do that. Oh, I want to express myself in this way, but I'm not that type of person. I almost feel like for some of you, you want to express yourself and like in a very I don't even know if I could say this word, so I'm going to say a slightly different word, but hopefully you pick up what I'm putting down. Sensual energy. Like, you want to be magnetic.

[00:24:47]There's a part of you that wants to put yourself out there and get attention and, you know, really enjoy that. But then there's another part of you says, "But I'm not that type of person. What if people judge me for that? What if people look at me in a weird way? This this will resonate with some of you, not with all of you. Um, but there is this conflict between how you want to express yourself and how you allow yourself to express yourself. And this relationship was really representative of that trapped energy within your own consciousness, that split focus, fragmentation in your own energy field.

[00:25:20]And this this partnership, guys, is not just about relationships. This is about your purpose. This is teaching you something about your purpose moving forward. And I feel like your independence that you're finding from this has a really big part to play. A really big part to play. Um there is an energy with you guys that you have a lot of energy.

[00:25:46]You know, like a champagne bottle when you like rev the champagne bottle up and then you pop it and it's just like fizz everywhere, bubbles everywhere. It almost feels like you have so much to give. You have a natural energy. Maybe some of you kind of have um a form of ADHD or you know, you want to do this and then you want to do this.

[00:26:07]There's there's this excitement and there's this want to do many different things and a variety of things and it's beautiful and it's magical and it's I feel like I just want you to be let loose in the world so you can go and express this and you know just let it go. But you you've been trapped underneath the surface. And so in this relationship, it's like the champagne bottle has been, you know, being shaken up, but you've got all of these bubbles and nowhere to go with it.

[00:26:35]Got goosebumps.

[00:26:38]It feels like you've got so much to do and it's because you're waiting for someone to give you direction.

[00:26:45]You don't know how to direct yourself in life. There is a theme of autonomy here or better put a slight deficiency in your ability to be fully autonomous and that's something you want. You want to have your own agency. You want to be autonomous.

[00:27:04]And this I'm definitely sensing like very very young energy here like baby toddler like 0 to 12 months where maybe you grew up in a household where you were not safe to do things or maybe your parents were overcautious. This will only resonate with some of you, not all of you. Maybe you grew up in families where it was very logical, pragmatic, practical. Um, and so you couldn't really express your your creative side, your messy side. And so you kind of maybe turn on yourself sometimes and it becomes self-destructive because you do have so much energy and so many things you want to do. in this natural um for some of you this will be creative expression and creative energy and artistic and artistic can mean so many different things. It can mean literal art, drawing and um painting and things with you know arts and crafts and with your hands. And for some of you this might be performance. It might be dance, singing, drama, improvisation. For some of you it might be actually just exploring what life has to offer in a creative way. Maybe you go for a walk and you look at life and you're like, "Wow, that doesn't that look like that?"

[00:28:08]Or, "I can see this in the clouds." And you kind of see shapes and pictures and symbols in in life in a way that not many people do. I know that's so specific, but you know, that will resonate with a specific person. Um, and for some of you, it feels like you might not even know that you're creative, but maybe it comes out in in your excitement to try many different things, and that is how your creativity comes out. For some of you, this is entrepreneurship. It is creating multiple offers. It is creating multiple ways to to give value to the world to package your skills and your talents and your gifts in a way. It's like this multitude I keep hearing multitude in a multitude of ways where you feel fulfilled in a variety and diversity of things. Um, and so this relationship kind of acted as a containment, but not a not a sacred containment, like a sacred masculine energy, more like a a trapped containment, like you're this burning fire, and then this person's putting a wet blanket over your fire, and you don't even know it. You don't even know it, but secretly, you're wanting direction. You're actually wanting support where people support you in that forward motion, but it has to come from you first. I I'm hearing this message of you choose to go in a direction and then the support will come. Don't wait for the validation.

[00:29:30]Don't wait for people to say yes that is okay to take that direction. Yes, that is okay to move in that it on that path.

[00:29:37]No, you just decide and then you do.

[00:29:40]Stop waiting. Stop waiting for someone to tell you to move. And that's what this relationship almost represented is this. I'm seeing so I feel like I could literally do this this video for like 60 minutes. I feel like who I'm speaking to is so much energy deep down. I feel like I could talk to you for hours for hours and hours. There is so much that keeps coming up from all different angles.

[00:30:04]There is so much that keeps coming up.

[00:30:05]Now I'm seeing this dome of this person had this dome over you um where you couldn't quite see the sky.

[00:30:15]You couldn't quite see the opportunities. You couldn't see the stars that are guiding you, the light in the sky that is guiding you. And now I feel like breaking away from this relationship. You're going to be receiving guidance that makes so much sense. It's going to be guidance through intuitive nudges. when you're in the shower, when you're cooking dinner, when you're walking along, you're going to be like, I need to take action on that. I need to call that person. I need to do that thing. I'm seeing you writing as well. Some of you maybe journal and that's how your guidance is going to come through. Some of you may be really enjoy writing or you've wanted to write a book or you've wanted to do some sort of writing or expression, but you just haven't. And this is the message of yes, start writing because I feel like it's going to come through if you sit there and you free journal. you just be in awareness and be in your own space and energy and it's all going to come through and just trust the process. Um, for some of you, I feel like you're going to be letting support in through relationships, through people, but that might take some time for some of you because you're still healing. For others, it will be unexpected. It will be a surprise. You'll just randomly meet someone in a cafe or, you know, out and about in an everyday environment. I feel like specifically it's an everyday environment that you're going to meet someone that is going to bring something to your life which feels like vitality and joy and a sense of childlike fun and play and curiosity. And it's going to help guide you back to your purpose.

[00:31:41]It's guiding you back to your passion, your authentic nature because your authenticity has been suppressed in this relationship. You've not known who you are for a very long time. And this season is self-discovery, which is why you feel like you're in a tight rope.

[00:31:58]You're learning to walk again. You're figuring out who you are in the world.

[00:32:01]For some of you, this relationship feels like it was a long relationship.

[00:32:06]There's definitely this sense of of length um delay. For some of you, this will be a long relationship. For others of you, it might not be as long, but it feels like it's taken a long time to take that step to leave this person.

[00:32:24]I'm going to leave it there, but I'm just going to say one more thing.

[00:32:28]Believe.

[00:32:29]Believe in your dreams. Believe that you can do it. Believe that independence is safe. Autonomy is safe. Self- agency is safe. You can go in the direction that your heart desires. No one needs to give you validation for that. You just need to open your heart and and listen to God. Listen to the guidance from God, source, higher intelligence, whatever it is for you, and you will always be guided. And you're just releasing this attachment to this person and what this relationship represented. That was actually a karmic cycle coming to completion. There is a generational aspect here. There is this big theme of freedom here. There is this big theme of just the amount that you feel trapped is the amount that you are going to feel free and tenfold.

[00:33:20]And you're in that that passage.

[00:33:23]You're in you're in that that threshold of moving from trapped to freedom. And some of you are going to be feeling all over the place and not knowing who you are or where you are. And that's okay.

[00:33:32]And that's beautiful. Embrace that uncertainty. Just connect with yourself.

[00:33:36]Meditate. Ground yourself. Cleanse yourself. Remember water, cleanse yourself. And you could do this consciously. You can stand in the shower and consciously cleanse. You can get I do this often is I'll get salts. So, Himalayan salts or Epsom salts and I just in the shower just run it over my body and I just I I just cleanse and it feels amazing.

[00:33:58]So, connect with water. Cleansing is it is your focus right now because everything is actually going to fall into place. I almost want to say to you, do not overthink or try to have the answers or the certainty too soon because it's all coming in for you.

[00:34:20]We just don't know what the picture looks like yet and we're not supposed to. This is just a season to come back to yourself, to come home to yourself, to come home to your heart and to prioritize that because you haven't. and this is your time.
