[00:00:00]Okay, we're up in Sumner County, Portland, Tennessee today. We are cutting the ribbon on Shoals, a massive warehouse behind me, distribution center, and manufacturing plant for their new electronic components that's really feeding into the whole energy sector.

[00:00:17]Over 600,000 square feet in this facility. We announced this a couple years ago, 500 jobs right here in Portland. And multi-million dollar investment by the company. So, it's just a a great day. I mean, we do these announcements across the state, but what this means for Portland, once they ramp up with all the employees they currently have and these new jobs, they'll be one of the largest, if not the largest employer in Sumner County.

[00:00:41]So, you know, very exciting. They're going to do a lot of research and development here. So, we want to talk more about that in future months and years ahead about what they're actually going to do there. But, this is what we see economic development, research and development all collide, and it's happening right here in Portland.
