When comparing AI video generation platforms (Higgsfield AI, Magnific AI, OpenArt, and Weavy AI/Figma Weave), the actual costs per video vary significantly due to different credit systems and pricing structures. While platforms may advertise low monthly subscription fees, the real cost per video can range from $5.80 to $9.41 for a single 15-second clip using the best available model (CSD 2.0). More importantly, creating usable AI video content requires approximately 10 attempts per video due to the random nature of AI generation, meaning the true cost for one usable video is nearly $60. For creating 1 hour of AI-generated video content per month, the cost can reach approximately $13,920, making AI video generation expensive but potentially more cost-effective than traditional methods requiring physical product shipping to influencers.

I Compared EVERY AI Platform Costs - Here's The CheapestAdded:
In this video, I'll show you what it actually costs to create images and videos using AI. And in this one, we're going to compare the most popular as well as the most requested platforms out there. So, that way I can also show you which platform is the cheapest. And trust me, we are not going to look at those pricing pages because they are not true at all. If you look at those, you get the impression that, "Okay, I get to create videos and images with $49 per month, for example." In reality, what you'll get is a short stack of credits that you will burn through on the first creation. So, you will actually need to spend a whole bunch more than just $40.
But now, we've got a lot to cover, so let's get started. And let's start from what does it actually cost to create AI images? And to do a fair comparison, I'm going to consider these three things when comparing each platform. So, first of all, we're going to create an image using GPT image 2 model, and I think that is the best model right now when it comes to creating an image from text. I know it has its glitches, and it is very bad for editing pictures, but to create a picture, I think this one is the leading model right now. And we're also going to create a picture with the highest possible quality on each platform to compare what it actually costs to create good-looking pictures.
And to finally get to the price per image, we're going to compare the best monthly plans available on each platform. In other words, the most expensive monthly plan on each platform.
So, that sets us a fair comparison between all these platforms. And now, let's start the comparison from Figma Wave or We V AI. So, this is an AI workflow builder where you can drag and drop nodes and connect those to create your pictures and videos. And here, I have added a prompt that says, "Create an image of a cat." And then, I have connected that into the Chachi BT images 2.0 model. And as you can see from the right-hand side, we get that this costs 37 credits. And based on the pricing page, you get 4,000 credits for $45, which means one credit costs $0.011.
So, this one picture costs $0.41.
So, that is what it costs to make images in Figma weave or Weave AI.
Then we're going to move on to Magnific.
And this one is a similar platform to the previous one, which allows you to build these AI workflows by dragging and dropping nodes into the canvas and connecting those to create your images and videos. And here we get the same workflow. So, create an image of a cat.
We choose the GPT image 2 model. We do the highest quality. We do the 4K resolution. And we get that one image costs 2,100 credits. And from the pricing page, we see that you get 300,000 credits for $210, which means that one credit is $0.0007.
So, this one picture costs $1.47.
And that is quite a big difference because as you can see from the previous one in Figma weave or Weave AI, this is actually almost four times cheaper than what it is over here in magnific.com.
I don't have a clear-cut answer to why this is because after all, they are using the exact same model, but I guess it is depending on the deal size that these platforms have made with the parenting platform or the AI model that they're using basically. So, you could say for example that if Weave AI has agreed with OpenAI that they are going to create, let's say 100 million pictures per month, they are going to get better price per image than for example magnifc.com who maybe has agreed to do 50 million or something like that.
But, those are numbers of the top of my head. I'm not sure of the exact cost of the pricing difference, but that is my best guess right now. But, that brings us to the Open Art AI image generator platform. So, once again, we have chosen the model to be the GPT image to image generator, and once again, we're creating an image of a cat. We have 4K resolution, and we're also doing the highest quality, and this means it is going to cost 315 credits. And I have run the numbers over here separately since we don't have a separate workflow builder inside Open Art just yet. And from the pricing page, we get that the most expensive plan is $240 per month, which gives you 106,000 credits, which means one credit costs $0.0023.
So, this one picture is going to be $0.71.
And then, last but definitely not least, we're also going to include Higgs Field AI, and they have also introduced this kind of an AI workflow builder where you can just drag and drop nodes into a canvas to form your workflows, which is always what I recommend doing when creating images and videos as you may have seen on this channel before. Now, that is once again, we're creating an image of a cat. We have the image generator node. We have selected GPT image 2, and we are going to do the 4K resolution with highest quality, and this one costs us 12 credits, and we get 3,000 credits for $129 per month, which means that this picture is going to cost $0.52.
So, between these four platforms, the cheapest option is Figurama Weave, which is only $0.41 or 41 cents per picture with the highest quality GPT image to model. But that is just a warm-up because right now we're getting to the interesting part, which is what does it actually cost to create AI videos? And more importantly, what does it cost to create those videos at scale? That is, if you want to create a ton of those.
And once again, to do a fair comparison, we're going to do a video with the CSD 2.0 video generator model, which right now is hands down the best model out there. We're going to do 15 seconds, which is the maximum duration. We're going to do the best resolution, and we're going to use the best, that is, the standard model. And now, let's start the comparison from Figma weave or Wevi AI. So, once again, a simple workflow where I prompt the AI to create a video of a cat, and then we have the CSD 2.0 model with the best settings. And here we get that one video costs 857 credits.
And from earlier, we see that one credit is $0.011, so one video is going to be $9.41.
Then we're going to run the same number here in Magnific AI. So, once again, create a video of a cat. There's the video generator with CSD 2.0 with the best settings. And here we see that one video costs 10,621 credits. And from earlier, we get that one credit costs this much. So, this going to be $7.43 per video. So, it's actually quite interesting. Even though in the images section, Wevi AI or Figma weave was clearly cheaper than Magnific, it actually turns out that the video costs less here in Magnific compared to Wevi AI. That brings us to the video generator in Openart. So, once again, create a video of a cat. We have selected CSD 2.0 as the model, and then we are going to run with the best settings available, and this suggests that a video costs 3,000 credits, which means from earlier that this one video is going to cost $6.79.
And then last, but definitely not least, we have Higgsfield, where we have created this workflow, where we're creating a video of a cat with the best settings, and here the video is going to cost only $5.8.
And once again, if we do the comparison, we get that Higgsfield is actually a clear winner over here. So, you get the cheapest video from Cidene 2.0 through Higgsfield AI. And before we move on to the most interesting part of the video, let me actually make one thing clear.
So, it does not matter which platform you use to interact with these models.
So, if you do Cidene 2.0 through Higgsfield, OpenArt, Magnific, Figma Weave, it doesn't matter because these platforms are just sending your request forward to, for example, Cidene 2.0, and then they will receive the video back, and they will send it back to you. So, there is no difference in video quality of the result quality other than the random nature of these video generator models.
But now, it is time for me to say something that no other AI creator has said before.
And that is going to be what does [music] it actually cost to make these videos. So, here's the reality check.
Let's say that you want to create one video. Well, the duration that you can get to right now is 15 seconds. So, you cannot create a longer than 15-second videos using the Cidene 2.0 best AI video generator model. So, that's going to be about $6 at its cheapest. So, that is $5.8 from the previous slide from Higgsfield AI. But hey, come on. That is just one video clip. What if you want to create an actually usable video? Well, based on my experience, it roughly turns out that you have to create 10 videos or 10 attempts to get one usable piece of content. So, if you do that with Cira 2.0 with the best settings and the best quality, that is going to cost almost $60.
So, let's say that you're going to create a video series where you need 1 hour worth of AI generated footage every single month. So, that is going to be 3,600 seconds because there are that many seconds in an hour divided by 15 seconds, which is the duration of one video clip. So, you need 240 different videos. In other words, you need 2,400 attempts because one video roughly turns out to be 10 attempts, as I said.
And that is going to be $13,920.
So, that is almost $14,000 every single month. And that is going to be almost $200,000 every single year. And also, mind the limitations with the AI models. So, it is not fair to assume that you nail every single clip with only 10 attempts.
There are some things you can simply not do with these AI video generator models.
So, you might need to create 1,000 clips only to realize that, "Hey, this middle part of the video series is just not going to work because the AI model is not that good yet." And yes, I know what you're thinking. This is the most expensive model. So, what if you use a cheaper one? Well, that is not going to give you the competitive advantage because all the other models look AI generated. So, yes, creating AI videos is super expensive, especially from an individual user standpoint. On the other hand, if you think about, let's say, 1 hour worth of video every single month.
Let's say that that means 100 AI user-generated content style videos where you have these influencer genuine authentic-looking UGC advertisements.
Well, in that case, this $13,000 is ridiculously cheap because you can only imagine what kind of a hassle it would be to ship the product to 100 different people or ship your entire product catalog to all these different influencers and then waiting for them to film their videos and then having to deal with all the hassle that is people waiting for their products, something gets broken, somebody always fails to turn their video in. So, more than likely that would be weeks of waiting and hundreds of thousands of dollars spent. So, that can save you so much money if you do it with AI and you get essentially the exact same result.
Nonetheless, if you're not using one of these platforms already or if you want to switch from one to another, make sure to do so with my links in the description because if you do so, that will actually help my channel because I will earn a small kickback at no cost to you. So, that will keep it possible for me to make honest videos like this.
Also, I have left some discounts and free trials to some of these tools that I found. Thank you so much for watching this one and I hope to see you in the next one. Have a good day.
