This video documents a case where a Bloomington, Minnesota police officer arrested another officer (Kenneth Gallion) for DWI with a blood alcohol level of 0.28, nearly four times the legal limit of 0.08. The video highlights concerns about selective disclosure, as only an 18-second dash cam clip was released, raising questions about whether the arrested officer received preferential treatment (such as keeping his gun in his holster during transport). The case illustrates the importance of equal application of law enforcement procedures regardless of the suspect's position, and demonstrates how selective disclosure of evidence can undermine public trust in police accountability.

WTF?! At .28 He's the DRUNKEST Cop You've EVER Seen! What are they HIDING?!追加:
I'm going to play this video and this is what they ended up doing. Now, as you look at this video, it may look rather peculiar. You see two people dressed in uniform. Yes, both of them are police officers. One is our police officer who is arresting another police officer who is in full uniform, duty belt, badge, gun, whole nine yards. We've exposed a lot of drunk cops on this channel over the years, but a 0.28 for this guy, he's closing in on four times the legal limit. And don't sit there and tell me you think this is the first time he's ever done this. And Bloomington, Minnesota Police Chief Booker Hodgees is going to expose this guy, but I want you to see how he does it. Because what you have here again is rules for thee and not for me. Got a bunch of half-truths, journalistic failure, and selective disclosure. And it's all very calculated and very deceptive to give the appearance that they're going to treat this former cop exactly the way they treat you and I.
And it just ain't soy.
First, let's get the backstory. First, I want you to take a look at this new dash camera video showing a Bloomington police officer arrest another police officer from southeast Minnesota accused of driving drunk and crashing his car.
Prosecutors say the arrested officer had a blood alcohol level more than three times the legal limit. That arrested officer is now out on bond, released from the Henipin County Jail in just the last few hours. Prosecutors say 61-year-old Chatfield officer Kenneth Gallon had just finished working an offduty shift at the state fairgrounds about an hour before his arrest in Bloomington.
>> When it comes to an arrest, >> you see two people dressed in uniform.
>> This is not one you see every day.
>> Yes, both of them are police officers.
>> Just after midnight on May 21st, Bloomington police received a call about a car excessively speeding before potentially crashing. An officer located the suspected vehicle, stopped in the parking lot of this apartment building at 94th and Lindale Avenue in Bloomington.
>> Reports of excessive speed before potentially crashing is how they frame this.
>> Driver, 61-year-old Kenneth Gallian.
>> They are a police officer, part-time officer with the uh Chatfield Police Department here in Minnesota. According to the charging documents, Gallion hit the curb, this sign, and then this boulder, which you can see has been displaced before coming to a stop in the parking lot behind me.
>> And that could have been your family instead of that boulder.
>> The officer here had got off work at 11:00 working at a state fair offduty gig. Court documents say the Bloomington officer could smell alcohol coming from Gallian's breath and that Gallian stated he did not know.
>> Notice anything in this body cam footage that they keep running and they just run the same 18 second clip over and over and over. Nothing before it, nothing after it. But what do you notice here in this still frame? You see that right there? What is that? where he was. When >> we got them back to the station and went through the formal testing, uh, they came out at a point 28.
28. The legal limit in Minnesota is 0.08.
>> Gallian is charged with two counts of DWI and carrying a pistol while under the influence. And >> uh, there you go. Bingo. The Bloomington cop who arrested the Chatfield cop left the gun in the drunk cop's holster while he took him back to his patrol cruiser.
>> Statement. The Chatfield Police Department said Gallion has been fired and that prior to this incident, he had no prior complaints or disciplinary actions against him.
>> It doesn't matter.
>> I just don't believe that right there.
Matter >> who you are, if you do this, we will lock you up in Bloomington. I am just glad that no member of the public was hurt.
>> Police say they also recovered a second gun separate from Gallian's police belt that was fully loaded. The Minnesota State Fair released a statement saying Gallian had been an officer at the fair for 21 years but no longer works for them. Now, we're going to watch the extended statement by Bloomington Police Chief Booker Hodgeges. But I do want you to notice that as Booker Hodgees speaks, they play the same clip, the same dash cam clip over and over and over, not extending beyond it. So, we don't know exactly how this drunk cop was treated.
We do know that he was taken back to the patrol cruiser with a fully loaded gun in his utility belt, in his holster at a 28 blood alcohol level. And just so you understand what it takes to achieve a blood alcohol level of 28, let's say this 61-year-old male weighs 180 lbs. He would have had to have consumed 9 to 11 standard drinks in a very short period of time. One standard drink is defined as 12 ounces of regular beer, 5 o of wine, or 1.5 o of 80 proof liquor. and he had to have consumed 9 to 11 of those within 2 hours with almost no time for the body to metabolize that alcohol. In other words, this guy was basically chugging that liquid toxin and was probably doing it while running security, protecting people at the fair.
Obviously, the arresting officer is showing no signs of fear that he's encountered a man who happens to be armed and drunk. Before we take a look at the extended statement of Bloomington Police Chief Booker Hodgees, here's what they wrote on their Facebook page. On May 21st, 2026, shortly afternoon, the Chatfield Police Department was contacted by the Bloomington Police Department and made aware of the arrest of Officer Ken Gallion. An emergency meeting of the city council was called during which the city council terminated officer Gallian's position with the city of Chatfield. Officer Gallion was employed as a part-time officer. During that time, there were no complaints or disciplinary actions against him. Prior to his arrest, Gallion had just completed a shift working for the Minnesota State Fair. We are saddened by the event which have taken place.
Bloomington chief I just here I'm going to talk about something today that um you don't see every day and I feel fortunate that we don't see this every day but when we do see this it doesn't matter who you are if you do this we will lock you up in Bloomington. So, around uh midnight uh earlier today, we got a call of an individual speeding, driving uh excessive amount of speed down a street. They crashed their car uh on the 9400 block of Lindale.
Now, when our >> Notice he's using the pronoun they instead of he. I just think that's kind of weird.
>> Officer arrived. I'm going to play this video and this is what they ended up doing.
Now, as you look at this video, it may look rather peculiar. You see two people dressed in uniform. Yes, both of them are police officers. Um, one is our police officer who is arresting another police officer who is in full uniform, duty belt, badge, gun, whole nine yards. Badge, gun, the whole nine yards. You would have been disarmed at gunpoint. I guarantee you, sir, don't put your hand anywhere near that weapon. Put your hands up. Take your hands out of your pocket. You are under arrest. Do you hear me? But no, none of that for officer Ken Gallion. Here, Ken. Come on.
I know you've had a tough day. Come on.
Come back to my patrol cruiser. That That's okay. Just keep your gun in your holster. It's not a big deal. Yeah, I see the taser. Not a big deal. Cuz I never fear for my life when I'm in the presence of another fellow thin blue line gang member. Now, if you were a civilian, it'd be a different story. So, come on back to my car. By the way, do you want some coffee? Do you need a bottle of water? How can I make you more comfortable, Ken? No, no, no. Just keep your gun on. It doesn't matter. I can only imagine the apologies coming out of the arresting officer. Again, driving fast, crashed their car. Our officer noticed this person uh this other officer smells of alcohol uh on the road. Uh they give him the PBT. They ended up uh the preliminary breath test which is the breath side road test we do uh came back almost three times the legal limit. When we got them back to the station and went through the formal testing uh they came out at a 28 28. The legal limit in Minnesota is 0.08.
So if you do the math, that is three times the legal limit. Full duty duty uniform. So the officer here had got off work um at 11:00 working at a state fair offduty gig. By the way, this is the only dash cam the Bloomington Police Department released to the public. This is it. 18 seconds and they keep rolling it. Keep rolling it.
>> And we got them around midnight.
So an hour after they were working, they were to this level of intoxication.
>> I want to see all of the dash cam. I want to see all the body cams. There were two officers on the scene right here. Disclose everything. I want to hear what was said. I want to hear how this was handled, when he was disarmed.
Was he cuffed in the front or the back?
Was he cuffed at all? Was he given preferential treatment because he's been on the force for so long and he's a veteran police officer and we got to respect that? Why the selective disclosure on this? How many times has he driven drunk? This ain't this guy's first rodeo. He didn't just start drinking and driving tonight. This is no doubt a pattern and practice of this guy's life. Did you actually fire him or are you going to give him the opportunity to retire so that you can retain all of his benefits? Will he get benefits? I got some questions here.
>> So, an hour after they were working, they were to this level of intoxication.
Uh the officer >> they No, he it's not they there's not a group of people. This is Ken. This is Ken Gallian you're talking about.
>> Had a uniform on. Uh they are a police officer, a part-time officer with the >> they are a police officer.
>> Uh Chatfield Police Department here in Minnesota. Uh this is really unfortunate. And again, this scene here is something that um thank God we don't see all the time, but make no mistake about it. He keeps saying that we don't see this all the time. They probably see this all the time. When a cop is speaking, he is lying. And if he's trying to convince you something is in, it's probably out. That something is black. It's probably white. He wants you to know that drunk driving cops is just not something we see around here every day. Cops on steroids, never heard of it. Police officers taking drugs from the evidence room. No, not not in this department. You know, come to think of it, I've never seen a cop lie on a report. That's just not something you see every day. power tripping on their own authority, trampling on constitutional rights, taking advantage of qualified immunity while they commit criminality. That's hard. I hardly ever see it. Yeah, keep talking, chief. Um, I don't care who you are. Uh, you come to our city, you break the law, we're going to lock you up. I am just glad that no member of the public was hurt here.
And it's really unfortunate the position that our officers were put in here. Our officers here, our core value here in the Bloomington Police Department is respect. And we respect our community.
We respect the law. And it doesn't matter who you are. And I think we've shown that here in Bloomington. You break the law here, we're going to lock you up.
>> Wait a minute. If it doesn't matter who you are, then why are you only giving us an 18 second clip of Ken getting arrested? Matter of fact, we don't even see the arrest. How was Ken actually treated? Did you treat Ken the same way you would have treated the rest of us?
We already know with that gun in his belt, the answer is no. So, Mr. Kenneth Galen here. Um, officer, hopefully you can get the help you need, but do not come to my city three times the legal limit and crashing cars. We cannot have that.
That's completely unacceptable. And this is not who we are as a profession. Thank you.
>> Hiding the facts and the evidence is exactly who you are as a profession.
released the entire body in dash cam suite. Leave your thoughts in the comments below. Do you think Ken got preferential treatment? How would you have been treated if they found you with a 28 blood alcohol level and armed?
Leave your thoughts in the comments below and I'll see you in the next video.
