In the Karmelo Anthony trial, both political sides rushed to take positions before all evidence was presented, demonstrating how confirmation bias and tribalism prevent objective justice. The speaker argues that neither race nor political affiliation should determine one's position on a case; instead, individuals should wait for all evidence, including video, audio, and witness testimony, before forming conclusions. This case illustrates how the vast majority of people on both sides ignored the actual facts and focused on narratives that aligned with their pre-existing beliefs, which the speaker criticizes as 'moronic' and counterproductive to finding true justice.

This is the Part People Are Missing About the Karmelo Anthony Case本站添加:
Just finished a quick workout and I'm watching how stupid both sides of this Carmelo Anthony trial are being. Y'all are some of the most contradictory, bullshitting, cherrypicking, biased, pretending like you [ __ ] patriots and revolutionary people I have ever seen.
And this is directed at both political sides, left and right, have taken a position on this trial. A position that they taken without all of the information. As I'm recording this, the prosecution has just rested. We haven't even heard the [ __ ] defense's perspective. So, none of the facts. We don't know if there's video, we don't know if there's audio, you know, none of that. But both sides, politically left and right, both racist, black, white, everything in between, have taken a position, and it's the most goofy [ __ ] I've ever seen in the world. If you're offended by my take that I'm saying the vast majority of y'all are [ __ ] wrong and stupid, if you're offended by that, the unfollow button, the unsubscribe button, all of those things are free.
I'm openly saying both sides, both perspectives, races, and I'm saying this because y'all are basing this off of not all of the information. Air quotes, y'all are [ __ ] moving like morons.
Morons. This is how it goes, guys. One side gives a perspective. They put people on the stand that are already in alignment with what their perspective is. So, if you think that's a win for your team just because they said things that you already agree with, you're a [ __ ] Because then the other side gets to go and then they get to present their evidence and you don't know what [ __ ] evidence they have because you aren't a part of discovery discovery. You don't you don't you don't know. You don't know what they going to pull out. You don't know what video. You don't know what audio. You have no idea. So instead of being objective and saying, "All right, this side is where I kind of lean, but here's the new information from that side." When they present their information, the vast majority of y'all on whatever side is going to go, "Oh, they lying." And then vice versa. If you happen to be black and you think it's all about black, oh, them white boys wanted to attack him. If you think that everything that this side, the prosecution said definitely has got to be a lie. And it's [ __ ] moronic.
Black, white, everything in between.
Left, right, everything in between.
Moronic. The vast majority. Very few people have had objective takes on this.
And I see why.
You types don't have any real [ __ ] power in life. If you're white and you think the white man is under attack and it's all of it this victim [ __ ] mentality. Remember you used to call that remember you used to call that up.
Remember you used to say what that was victim mentality, right? So much so that right after me doing a [ __ ] quick cardio workout. I see this [ __ ] on my social media and I need to address it. Remember y'all used to be freethinkers and calling out the victim mentality. That's how you [ __ ] sound now. Everything is under attack. It's because he's white. You sound like them weirdass leftist from BLM. And on the other side, you black people that think, "Oh, he don't went up to them and they went up to him cuz he was black." You don't [ __ ] know that cuz you weren't there. Ironically, out of all of these witness defendants or witnesses, excuse me, that the prosecution presented up there, none of them said Carmelo Anthony was like, "White boy or Austin Metaf and the potential crew that was there was like, "Blacky, get out of our tent."
None of them teenagers, even though they did led to a stupid situation and a trauma, traumatic, none of them seem to focus on race, but you [ __ ] grown ass adults are. Y'all are rushing to make it about you and race and your political side and this that and the third. And a lot of y'all I'm watching some of y'all that are [ __ ] in business and trades and just all and I'm like, you you're a horrible [ __ ] representation of what it means to be an American, let alone your [ __ ] company, your business, your your lane.
What happened to being an objective man about this [ __ ] A lot of y'all are just all over the place like [ __ ] women about this. Why? How hard is it to just say this is what I kind of think, but all of the evidence needs to get gathered and we'll listen to both sides of the equation and then make an assessment and still give our opine on it a bit, but understand that both sides get to have an argument about this. Each side is just rushing to their things that just align with their confirmation bias. I thought we were the freeth thinkers. Now I'm talking to the people on the right. I thought we were the freeth thinkers. I thought we were the freethinkers. And the people that's on the left, right, that if you go even question, even me, I'm going, yeah, I'm kind of leaning that he was attacked first. But listening to these witness eyewitness accounts, I'm like, ain't looking too good. Now, if I even say that now people on the left, now you rushing to you acting like the Nazis and the fascist that you call the people on the right is. Both sides about this are acting like [ __ ] children.
But again, I get it.
If you're black and you hate white people, you making this personal cuz you don't have no [ __ ] power. If you're white and you hate black people, you making this personal cuz you don't have no [ __ ] power. Meanwhile, $9 billion just flew off to [ __ ] Ukraine.
Republicans, 18 of them aligned with Democrats. At least they knew how to get nice and nonpartisan. 18 Republicans aligned with Democrats and just agreed for $9 billion to go to Ukraine. The same Ukraine that the Republicans said Biden was spending too much money on.
But you ain't talking about that. You arguing over some [ __ ] on the internet cuz you have no power. Cuz it ain't nothing you could do about it. You haven't helped Carmelo Anony's family if that's the side that you want. You haven't helped Austin Metav's family if that's the side that you want. I initially thought that Carmemelllo Anthony was attacked and he operated in some form of self-defense early when his case first came out, but I still fundraised and gave money to Austin Metav's family. Do you know why? Because they suffered an actual current loss, a death. A death. Two young people or multiple, but two primarily are made decisions that are impacting two entire families. And instead of y'all thinking of it that way, your selfish ass made it completely about you. Your political leanings, completely ignoring the standards and principles that you say you about. Are we all American? I've been called a [ __ ] more times in this exchange about Austin Metaf and Carmelo Anthony than any other time for simply being objective. There's going to be people in this comment section right now that's going to say, "I'm picking the black dude." Never mind that I said I fundraised and gave money to Austin Metcast family. Never mind that I said, "Ah, I want to wait till both sides and hear it out." They're going to ignore all of that [ __ ] objectivity and just go, "I'm black and I didn't say exactly what they think I should say." Get in lock step with the thing. So somehow I'm race baiting. That's what they're going to say. Completely no nuance, no context, no none of that. No attention span, none of that. And if you one of them people, I got news for you. Again, you're not my [ __ ] squad. Even if we did something in the past, even if you know me personally, if you consistently have bad takes like this, and by bad take, I don't mean disagreeing with a side that you may perceive me to be on. I mean not being objective. I'm on the side of solutionaries. I'm on the side of what are the facts? What are the evidence? We are allowed to give our opinions of things and spit hypotheticals, but we got to communicate that these are hypotheticals. And the bigger things side that I'm on is the side that goes, what can we learn from this to make sure that none of our young people are impacted by this [ __ ] the same way.
That's the side that I'm on. We have a civics class cuz some of y'all seem to not understand how Texas stand your ground laws work. We have an imminent threat class where we for 10 years have been promoting conflict resolution, avoidance, deescalation, and then potentially defending yourself. I had somebody on X tell me some [ __ ] like, "Well, my son, we tell in their school if they get attacked, we teach them to not attack back." That's what you teach your child. That is contrary to what all of the self-defensive teachings have told us for however long. For however long. Yes, we're going to avoid it. Yes, we're going to try to deescalate if we can. Yes, we're going to try to resolve it if we can. But if I'm getting attacked, I'm well within my rights to [ __ ] defend myself. And here's the funny part about this. Let's grab a stack of books right here. Let's grab this stat just in case some of you think that this is just based on my philosophical musings.
The history of physical fitness, meditations on violence, the way of the superior man, the Spartan way, the code of the righteous warrior, Var Freeborn got some work, violence of mind, beyond Uda, facing violence. These are books and studies that I want y'all to be very clear. I got over a decade of work and knowledge and training in these spaces and I still go things get strange at times. Wait for the nuance. I still go, you have the right to defend yourself.
However, try to avoid it. Let's not get it [ __ ] up. Now all of a sudden the second amendment people are ignoring the fact that if somebody is attacking you, you got the right to defend yourself.
The children and teens involved didn't make it about race, but you are. You anti-gunners now all of a sudden want to go, "Yeah, he had the right to defend himself." You don't even have a case study or a breath of information to determine what self-defense is. You're the same [ __ ] that will be arguing anti-gun, anti-nife propaganda.
You all are just being contradictory and it's disgusting. And I'm saying it, it's the vast majority of you on both sides.
So, if you're mad at me for being objective and calling out the [ __ ] on both sides and you know me and you used to do [ __ ] with me, I don't give a [ __ ] You're wrong here.
The prosecution went, the defense has not went. You got opinions. Present your opinions as such. And if your opinions are contrary to what I know, if you're on the Second Amendment, proun, pro- self uh defense side, and now your arguments are the opposite of that just because of the situation, you cherry-picking and you wrong. If you was anti-gun the whole time, anti- this, that, the third, and now just because it's a black kid, now all of a sudden you for self-defense, you [ __ ] cherry-picking and you wrong. You not my squad.
See, here's the beauty of being a free being, a free thinker. Again, like y'all used to say, the beauty of actually being a freethinker is I don't got to bow down to neither one of you [ __ ] sides. My side is truth, objectivity, and a solutionary lifestyle.
But I get it. I get it. Y'all wanted what he say? Y'all wanted to be the other one way. It's the other way. Y'all wanted me to tiptoe and tap dance for your [ __ ] left or right, black or white, and I'm not [ __ ] doing it. On the eve of the 250th anniversary of America, what America needs is men, more specifically, not limited to, to stand up and be objective and call balls and strikes and be right up the middle. Not primarily based on race, not primarily based on political party. If it's right, it's right. If it's wrong, it's wrong.
When we look at all of the facts and evidence after we opine and have civil discussions about hypotheticals, when we get to the facts of the matter, then we can evaluate and we accept that if that person does get convicted, they got an appellet process. And if they don't get convicted, we got to we go, "All right, cool. We respect the system."
Y'all want to act like sometimes respect the system, sometimes don't.
And I'm not saying that the system is not with flaw. I'm not debating that.
But we haven't even got through the process of that for or one half of the whole thing hasn't been told before y'all already picking and choosing making it about race. And some of y'all I [ __ ] know. I've done business with y'all. And y'all looking at me like I'm wrong cuz I maintained a standard of [ __ ] objectivity. No. America needs to save the republic. And in order to do that, we got to call it up the [ __ ] middle. Cuz this ain't just about a case. This is about the way that America views other Americans. And if you only looking at other Americans through this [ __ ] lens of like race, their political party, tribalism, this cancerous disease known as collectivism, I'm sorry, bro, that's not how we going to save the republic.
We got an opportunity here to course correct America. Stop falling for the [ __ ] scop. Every time politics get right around the corner, voting season get right around the corner, they got a nice manufactured one for you. This time it was George Floyd last time. This time they got the young white kid.
You being just as both sides is is back on that. You ain't learned nothing from this. I have. If you want to learn something from it to make sure that your young people are not walking themselves into a negative situation where they could kill or be killed because they didn't know what to do or they reacted off of emotion. Type threat on Instagram. Our imminent threat protocol will come to you. If you want to know the civics of it all, type civics on Instagram. Our civics operating system will come to you. Everywhere else, just hit the link below on YouTube. The only thing that I'm going to try to pull from this is unity, knowledge, lessons, and preventing young people from placing themselves in this position in the future. If you ain't on that and you feel like I'm going a different way, I've changed because I'm going to maintain objectivity based on the scenario and that's the standard. Cool.
I wish you the best, but you ain't my [ __ ] squad no more. And that's cool. No skin off my back, no skin off yours. But you used to not having no skin or nothing. Cuz right now you arguing over positions that you have no [ __ ] skin in. You've lost no family members. You cannot potentially be losing no family members. You've made something an identity that has nothing to [ __ ] to do with you because you don't have no [ __ ] power and purpose in the world. And I don't care if you broke or rich. That's the same level of [ __ ] mindless [ __ ] flowing, taking up [ __ ] causes that don't benefit anybody other than your [ __ ] ego. And you need to grow the [ __ ] up. Let me know what y'all think in the comments section. I'm here for the You get something right, I'm objective. I'mma agree with you. You get something wrong, I'mma chop you up in that comment section as well as the other solutionaries. Take classes, share them with your young people, hit them links below, type the keywords, get access to these things. Now, let's turn this into something that we can possibly use. Some sort of [ __ ] gems or something of use from this [ __ ] rubble and tragic death and situation that's going to impact the minimum two families forever.
My name is Maj Tu, the founder of Solutionary University. Hope to see you in the comments section and take getting access to them protocols immediately. Be safe. Be solutionary.
