What “Experience the Difference™” Actually MeansAdded:
When you say experience is different, what does that mean? And it's hard to describe. Everybody needs a different experience in order to consider it good.
So, with that being said, this person took delivery of it last week, drove it Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and then brought it back to the store yesterday.
I actually drove them to the Detroit Metro Airport. It didn't cost them anything. I just purely made it convenient for him to not have to figure out what to do with how to get a ride there while simultaneously getting his truck back to me so that I could ship it for him.
It also allowed him to take delivery of his actual truck the day he bought it so he could go drive it around here while he's in town and then still let me get it back to him in time for him to have it next weekend. Today, I'm driving the vehicle off to get tinted. Tomorrow, I'm going to come back and pick it up once it's done. And then, I'm arranging for a pinstriper. So, if you're unfamiliar with pinstriping, pinstriping used to take place a ton in the auto industry where somebody physically has the skill set to come in and actually take a wet paintbrush with whatever color you're looking for and actually draw a literal perfect line down the side of the body to accentuate the body lines of the vehicle look a little bit stronger. This is an older gentleman where that was a very popular thing. And so, we were able to arrange a local gentleman that is in the area to come out and actually pinstripe his car after I get it tinted. So, just some cool stuff and some different ways that people experience the difference all the time. I thought it was kind of cool and just a unique story that you probably don't hear very often. So, let me ask you. Have any of you guys ever had your salesperson offer to take you to and from the airport, take your vehicle to and from multiple places, and then on top of that, did they then arrange for shipping so that you could then get it in time for you to enjoy it when you get back to your other house? If they did, then that's incredible. That is an amazing experience. And if they didn't, would they have? And if they would have, why didn't they? I'm just curious on how you guys are experiencing the auto industry. My name is Roger Bacon. I sell cars. With me, you experience the difference.
