[00:00:00]Non-solicits are a hard stop. Everybody wants to say that non-competes are unenforceable and I live in this state and these are the rules and regulations on that. It's not true. They are enforceable. They could definitely can hold you up as a roadblock. It's a problem in the industry in the sense that like everybody's trying to sue everybody and nail their sales guys to the wall and say I taught you the business and so since I taught you the business, you have to stay here or you have to go and get another, you know, job in the industry. I think that's [music] wrong. It's impossible to say that you can never work in the industry again or have to take 2 years off to go start to do something else. It's an individual thing for each one of these agencies, but most everybody has signed that paperwork and I think it's important for those guys to realize that if they've signed that paperwork, then they need to honor what they signed.
