Why Black-on-Black conflicts turn violent

[00:00:09]When they get into it with another black person or is the issue with another black person, it got to be violence. It it you can't come here. We shutting you down. They go through the whole range of emotions when they get into it with another black person. It's let me expose you. I'm going to talk about all this other whatever and whatnot. But there is a long line of evidence that whenever it's somebody from another, shall we say, culture, no matter what they do, it's always a pass or some acceptance or some something in most cases some defending.
