Those transactions were largely paid for by grants from the Hbar Foundation. It was a gas-free ride to prove that the technology worked at scale. Now, the bears, they have been waiting for those grants to dry up, assuming the volume would vanish the moment that the free lunch was over.

Now, it is the fundamental data used to verify property value and risk. Now, historically, this data, it has been fragmented. It's been siloed, and it's been [music] full of errors. Every time the price tried to rally, a new tranche of tokens would vest, and early investors or founders would sell, effectively capping the upside. But, as of May 2026, that era is dead. Over 94.5% of the total supply is now fully released and circulating.

Let's think about the physics of that.
