When building a supplement brand, customer satisfaction and product taste are more critical than the product's functional benefits; brands must prioritize meeting customer expectations for taste and experience to maintain platform health and drive repeat purchases, as demonstrated by a supplement brand that had to stop selling its initial product due to negative reviews despite having effective ingredients.

Building a supplement brand from scratch
Added:It's been a minute, but I'm back with a little video on the BSN extended channel. Um, giving you guys some updates, some behind thes scenes, business [ __ ] stuff I'm working on. I just go so back and forth with the content [ __ ] bro. Like, every day I wake up, it's like, bro, I can just chill and live my life or I can document it so people can [ __ ] see it. It's like, you got to weigh out the pros and the cons, bro. There there is a lot of pros and cons. Um, I don't know. But I always go back and forth and I decide to pick up the camera on a random ass day.
But it's been like a month or two. Um, so you guys have missed a lot, but I kind of want to break down everything I'm working on. Um, especially with trenches, stuff that's working, stuff that's not working, and just some updates. Bro, I don't even think I've shown you guys like my crib. Really? You guys have seen my crib when I first moved in, but like this is the crib, bro. This is my office. I'm watching the Mexico and Korea game right now. Mexico just scored and I need Korea to score because I bet on both teams to score and I'll I'll hit a [ __ ] payday, bro.
Bro, I low key. Y'all let me know if you guys are [ __ ] with the World Cup, bro. Every single day I'm at my desk right here and I have the TV on and you know at 12:00 p.m. there's a game. It ends at 2:00 and then at 3:00 p.m.
there's a game. So, you have an hour to like get deep work done, but then you can be like working while watching the game, you know? Bro, I've been betting on every single game. I made uh I made $1.6,000 on the Canada and Canada vers someone. Canada versatar, bro. 6. I placed a bet for $800 that Canada was going to win by more than 5.5 goals and they won 6-0 in like extra time, bro. And I made 1.6 racks. That was kind of sick. So now I got money on the Mexico game. Um yeah, guys, this is my office. I don't think you guys have seen it. Got this little couch right here. BSM sign, TV, little shelf. Got an extra box of trenches right there. Got my desk.
Um, got the GLE out here. This is the view.
Sick ass driveway. Hell yeah.
Um, yeah, guys. This is my office. I'm filming a vlog. I'm recording this on Thursday, June 18th.
I'll probably post this tonight. Um, and then I'm filming a vlog on Saturday, so I'll probably give you guys an updated house tour and stuff. Um, it's been like like a month or two since I posted. So, yeah, guys, main thing I'm working on is obviously trenches. If you guys don't know what that is, that is the brand that I'm building. And I just want to break down stuff that's working for us, stuff that's not working, because this is so new to me. I've never built a brand. I've done drop shipping, I've done info, and now I'm building a brand.
And I've never done this. And I think that's why sometimes I wake up and I'm like, "Fuck, I should be like vlogging my life and documenting everything because there's not that many people building brands, bro." And if they are building brands, most people are like in the shadows, which I always comp contemplate like, damn, do I want to be in the shadows and just [ __ ] run it up, bro? Like that's all I want. But then sometimes it's like I can also teach people or not teach people but like motivate people to also do this and show what's possible the same way I've done from like going to In-N-Out to to [ __ ] organic drop shipper. Um I can kind of show be somewhat of motivation to people. I hope. Um but yeah guys we built this I built this brand. I started building this in summer of 2025.
It took eight months to formulate all the candies and all the neutropics and everything. We launched on March of 2026, completely sold out of stock. And then we got a bunch of customer feedback of people saying the candies were too bitter. Um, they didn't meet their expectations. And in my mind, I was trying to build a brand that actually like a supplement that actually works. In my opinion, if you gave me a black coffee and a caramel frappuccino, yeah, bro, they both have caffeine. But which one am I going to drink? Personally, I'm taking the black coffee. I don't care if it's a little bitter or doesn't have milk or vanilla pump creamer in it. I don't give a [ __ ] Whatever's going to tweak me out the most, I don't give a [ __ ] about the taste. Give me the bitter one. Give me the black coffee. I don't know about you. I don't know if you're a [ __ ] caramel frappuccino ass dude, bro. You can go ahead and do that. So, when I was building the brand, um, if you guys don't know what it is, it's a neutropic candy brand, Energy and Focus Candy. It's like a Jolly Rancher.
Has 50 milligrams of caffeine, elenine, lyrosine, vitamin B12. So, when I was building the brand, I was building it for myself cuz I am the target audience.
I decided to build a brand because, as we all do, we're all trying to make money online. We're all trying to lock in. And I was like, "Bro, I need something to lock me in. I'm always drinking energy drinks and like it's just not it, bro. I need like I need like a [ __ ] Limitless pill. I just like Addy, bro. I need to pop a pill and I can just tweak out. And I was like, you know what? I'm going to make it myself. So, that was that's what sparked the idea for Trenchies. So, in my mind building the brand, I was like, I don't really give a [ __ ] about the taste. I'm going to make it a candy. I think that's a little viral. Like, I was always thinking about [ __ ] like that. Like, okay, once Tik Tok shop affiliates get on this, what's viral? How can I make this viral? I don't want to drop a pill or a powder that's not viral. Oh [ __ ] Neurogum has gum. I'll make candy. I'll just do the same [ __ ] but make it a candy. So, that was my thought process, but I never really thought about the taste because personally, I don't give a [ __ ] about the taste. But then I come to realize that's the wrong way to think because I've had a big realization um from customer feedback and even just from like talking to other ecom guys that like 85% of customers don't give a [ __ ] about what the product does. They don't eat. I mean, you can market it to them like, "Yo, this gives you energy and focus, but they don't really care.
For all you know, they might feel a placebo effect and be like, "Yo, guys, this [ __ ] works." But all customers care about is taste. And I've gotten slapped in the face with that awakening. Bro, that 80% of customers don't even care if the product works or not. They would rather have a supplement that tastes good and might work than a supplement that tastes slightly bitter or doesn't taste as good that actually works. So when I was building trenches, I was like, "Bro, I just I don't give a [ __ ] how it tastes. It's going to be a candy. It's going to be cool colors, so it's goes viral on TikTok, but it's going to work." And I come to realize no one cares, bro. People just want good tasting supplements. And it's also it should have been a thought in my brain also that if I'm building a candy when people think of candy you think of like this [ __ ] tastes delicious I want to keep eating more. So then when you pop a trench and it doesn't meet your expectations it's like damn bro what the [ __ ] And like that's so big for supplement brands bro. If you want to make money on subscriptions, if you want customers to return and come back, it it has to meet their expectations, taste and effects. And I was mainly only thinking about effects in the very beginning. Um, but with that being said, that was a big awakening for me. And I went back to the drawing board. I flew to California. I think I vlogged this, maybe I didn't, but I met with my manufacturer and like we talked about everything. I was like, "Look guys, we sold out, but like customers don't give a [ __ ] bro. They just need this [ __ ] to taste good." Um, and that's exactly what we did. We actually got a shipment for 10,000 units like a week ago, and they've been selling pretty good, bro.
Um, but we updated the flavors. I added some citric acid. We improved the flavors better. Um, oh my god. Please score, bro.
My fault. I'm getting distracted by the game. But, but yeah, so we fixed the taste and after giving it to a bunch of people and actually getting their feedback, they were like, "Damn, yeah, these are 100 times better." Then I placed an order for 10,000 units and they arrived to our warehouse around a week ago. But with that being said, I think um like the one thing we need to nail down is like exactly who our ICP is. We have a broad understanding of who it is, but we still have not nailed exactly who it is. In my mind, I just think like there's infinite ICPs. It could be students. It could be 9 toive workers.
It could be athletes. It can be gym heads. It can be entrepreneurs. It can be high performers.
We're selling the same product to everyone, but everyone has a different reason for taking it. The student is up late night writing their essay before the deadline. Entrepreneurs need not only energy, but they also need focus while they're sitting at their desk working. Athletes might not want to drink energy drinks and have it bouncing all over their stomach. So, they might want to pop a trenchy to get energy and focus without any bloating. you know, we're selling the same exact product, but we can target a bunch of different people. I just think that's what we're still working on as as I guess like a company. We're still trying to nail who that person is. But now that leads me into like our first our first big issue that I want to talk to you guys about is Tik Tok Shop. So the way we're most brands are able to hit these these ICPs is by getting Tik Tok shop affiliates who are who are that avatar. So if we want to one day push a campaign and let's go crazy on the gym head in the athlete marketing, I can easily go on Kalo data and find a bunch of gym influencers, a bunch of gym Tik Tok shop niche affiliates and send them free samples or put them on retainer and tell them to talk about trenches. Everybody knows by now affiliate marketing like is the playbook. It's like you go ham on Tik Tok. You have all these affiliates.
They're doing the sale the selling for you and that just trickles into everything. It helps your meta convert better. You're going to get more traffic to your website, more sales in your website. It flows into Amazon. So maybe you're unprofitable or you're break even on Tik Tok shop, but it's boosting everything else. maybe they won't convert on Tik Tok shop, but when they're scrolling on Instagram and they see a meta ad, and they're going to cop off your website, or they're scrolling on Tik Tok and they don't trust Tik Tok shop, they go over to Amazon, search up trenches, and they buy it there. Um, but that leads me to my biggest issue is we don't have access to affiliates on Tik Tok shop right now. There's two reasons for that. The first one, I [ __ ] up, bro. I'm not going to lie. I [ __ ] up because on drop day, bro, I'mma I'mma teach you guys some Tik Tok shop stuff because I'm a drop shipper. I was doing organic drop shipping. I was just selling random ass products on Shopify and then I want to build a brand. The place to do it is Tik Tok Shop. So, I come on Tik Tok shop as a [ __ ] newbie. I don't know, bro. I don't know what any of these tabs mean. I don't know anything. So, well, now I do, but in the beginning, I didn't know what any of this [ __ ] meant. So, this is the first mistake I made. We completely sold out our first drop, but I [ __ ] up and I had a setting on Tik Tok shop that said fulfilled by Tik Tok. What that means is Tik Tok is under the impression that they are going to be shipping out your orders like kind of like Amazon FBA. Tik Tok has Amazon or Tik Tok FBT I think. Yeah, fulfilled by Tik Tok. So, I had that setting selected.
So, when we're fulfilling orders, I think it was in my apartment at the time, we were fulfilling orders through Shopify and through Pirate Ship, but Tik Tok didn't recognize we were fulfilling orders, and it was like, "Yo, they're not fulfilling orders. Like, these orders are just sitting here." Um, and then they canled a bunch of orders.
So, a bunch of customers got refunded, but we shipped the customers the order, you know, like we fulfilled all our orders. Every single customer that purchased Trenches got their product.
But on Tik Tok's back end, it looked like we were no shipping. So, they canceled all those orders, refunded a bunch of customers, and that [ __ ] nuked nuked our account health, bro. We went down to like a 1.5 out of five. And in order to access affiliates, you have to be at a 3.5 out of five shop score.
So, we got nuked, bro. We got [ __ ] nuked. So, then I was like, "Okay, [ __ ] This is the issue. I fixed it." We switched back to seller shipping which means okay every order that we get off Tik Tok shop and off Shopify I Trenches the business is going to be fulfilling it. Tik Tok don't worry about it. You're not touching these orders. So once we did that and we were getting consistent sales once we restocked um the score started slowing started slowly going back up. Then going back to the flavor issue, then we got hit with a bunch of one and twostar reviews on Tik Tok shop of people saying, "These candies are so bitter.
Don't buy it. This candy is disgusting.
Ew, this does not taste like a Jolly Rancher." And then what do you think that did? Tik Tok is so customer first that every single one star review needs to be counterbalanced with I think at least 100red orders. So one out of a one out of every 100 customers leaves a one-star review, I think you're chilling. But if two out of every 100 customers leaves a one-star review, you're [ __ ] You're [ __ ] And in the beginning, one out of every 30 customers was leaving a one-star review. So our just our shop score went from getting nuked to slowly going back up. And then customers started receiving their packages and then it started slowly going back down because we were getting one star reviews.
And this is during the time when we were working on the new candies because obviously we saw the comments, we saw everything. I was getting DMs saying, "Bro, these candies taste like shit."
So, this is during the time I was working on the new formulations with my manufacturer, trying to fix the flavors, right? And our shit's just going down.
So, I had to make the executive decision to just stop selling these candies, bro.
The money is not worth it to sell these candies that customers are not [ __ ] with. It's just not worth it to get delisted from Tik Tok shop just so we can make an extra couple thousand dollar in revenue. It's just not worth it. So, I think I forgot when the time I'm getting this all mixed up, but I just want to give you guys a good update on what went on. So, I made the executive decision to stop selling these candies. We had like a couple more boxes left. I think it was around $16 to $17,000 in potential revenue we could have made if we kept on selling them. But I just made the decision um that it wasn't worth it because we would have got delisted on Tik Tok shop if we kept getting one star reviews. So we lost out on about 16 to $17,000 in potential revenue that we easily could have kept slinging. You know, I could have told post a [ __ ] story so I need to sell this [ __ ] inventory. But then it just would have like get we would have got more negative feedback which isn't good for the brand. As soon as I made that decision, literally like the next day we got we got the inventory.
Um, and then we just started selling that. So, we made an announcement like, "Yo, we updated the flavors, guys."
Blah, blah, blah. And from here on out, we're only selling the new updated flavors. Um, which helped a lot. So, now we're getting a lot of more. Oh my god, bro. Holy [ __ ] How do you miss that? Oh my god, bro.
[ __ ] My parlay is not going to hit. No.
Holy [ __ ] It's all good. We got like 25 minutes left in the game. It's all good, bro. Come on.
Oh, wait. That's a different play. All right. Where was I? So, yeah, we cut the old inventory. We updated the new inventory. Now, we're only selling the new inventory.
But all these one-star reviews kind of [ __ ] our Tik Tok shop. So, now we're still trying to work on getting back up.
We still don't have access to affiliates. and let me drop some Tik Tok shop, not even sauce, just some basic knowledge that I didn't know for you guys. They are so customer first. You don't want to get on one star reviews.
If you get a one-star review, you want to be overly nice to the person, but you want to be overly nice, bro. You want to be overly nice. You want to be like, "Yo, I'm so sorry you didn't like the candies. We'd love to send you a new pack of our updated formula. We just released them yesterday. Like, send me your address. We'll send it right now."
So, just by doing stuff like that, I got like two or three kids to like change the reviews cuz I sent them the new updated candies. They tried them. I DM', like, "Yo, how'd you like them?" They're like, "Bro, these are way better. I actually love these." And I was like, "Bro, if you don't mind, like, please change or like please update your review if you don't mind. It like it would mean the world to us." And we got a couple one-star reviews flipped to like four, five star reviews, which is crucial on Tik Tok shop, bro.
like you need they're so customer first that if they acknowledge that you're doing [ __ ] like that the platform will love you, bro. Um like Tik Tok does not want any customers having a negative experience. Even like if you were to buy off our Trenches website right now and you DM customer support, my [ __ ] PYBA, if you DM customer support, you know, no one knows like no one knows what email's going through. No one will know if you get responded to besides me, you and my VA, right? But if you buy on Tik Tok shop and you try to like contact customer service and my VA is helping you on the customer service, Tik Tok shop will then give you a survey like, "Yo, how was Trenchy's customer service?
Was their service bad? Was it good? Did they respond quickly? Did they lag on you?" Like, they are so customer first.
It's insane. So, you have to be on top of everything on Tik Tok shop. So, in the beginning, sorry for the yapping. I just want to give you guys an update so you guys don't [ __ ] up like I did. In the beginning, it was a shipping error.
I accidentally had fulfilled by Tik Tok on. Then we fixed that. Our score was going up and then people started receiving their bags. Score went down because people hated the taste of the candies. Then the score was rock [ __ ] bottom and I was like, "Yo guys, we're not selling this [ __ ] anymore. We just got a new inventory of the new candies.
We're we're cutting our losses and we're only selling the new inventory from now on. So now our score is going like this slightly going up. But now we're just in a difficult situation because we don't have access to affiliates right now.
Right now our Tik Tok shop score is a 3.1 out of five. We need to be at a 3.5 to get access to affiliates to Tik Tok shop affiliates which like bro that's where all the money is. I can send affiliates free bags of trenches and they can promote it and get a video with 5 million views and we hit a [ __ ] 20k day out of nowhere, you know? Like affiliates is the method and we don't have access to affiliates right now.
That is the biggest thing hurting us right now. But we're slowly coming back up. The only difficult part about this is with Tik Tok shop, the only way to boost our score, like right now we're at a 3.1. We need to be at a 3.5 to unlock affiliates again. But the only one the only way to boost up your score is to get more orders and to fulfill on time.
But how are we supposed to get more orders without access to Tik Tok shop affiliates, you know? It's like a [ __ ] broken system. It's like in order to raise your score, you need to get more sales and you need to fulfill those sales on time. Oh, but how do you get sales without affiliates on Tik Tok shop? Who [ __ ] knows? We'll leave that for you to figure out. So, that's the pickle we're in. So, if you guys see me and Brez posting on the Trenches Tik Tok account, that is why. We were just trying to get some sales through the door so we can unlock affiliates again and then affiliates will be doing the selling for us. But we low-key found a method this week, bro. So, we started posting on a Tik Tok account like two 3 weeks ago, like once a day here and there, and it's been we're running like 50 $50 a day on ads. We're hitting like a four a four to a six rorowaz on Tik Tok every single day. Tik Tok's a [ __ ] money printer, bro. just from me and Brez posting [ __ ] But I think it was a couple days ago we did our first live stream because I was like, "Yo, [ __ ] it. Let's just do a live stream." And I didn't know lives were the [ __ ] method, bro. I'm sorry if you if you're in the if you were ever in the trenches live stream and I'm just leaking it right now, bro. But we sit there for 30 minutes and we print like $700 in sales, which like it's not a huge like [ __ ] 30k day or anything or 100k a day, but it's like, bro, the fact that you can sit on live stream and people are genuinely trying to shop.
They pull to the live stream, they're like, "Yo, can you explain trenchies?"
Like, "Oh, so like how many can I eat per day?" Or like, "Is it bad if I drink coffee in the morning and eat trenchies?" Like, these are real customers trying to get educated on your product. And we've done three live streams so far. Every single live stream has made over $600, just doing nothing, bro. And that's helped our score a lot. Also, u we went from like a 2.8 score to now a 3.1 score. And I think it's just off those live streams because we're getting more orders through Tik Tok shop. And Tik Tok like we're fulfilling those orders same exact day. So Tik Tok's like, "Damn, they're making money. They're fulfilling on time. Okay, let's boost our score a little bit. So, I didn't know lives were the method, but lives are pretty [ __ ] good. And I was thinking about it today cuz we did a live stream today. And like, bro, I feel like like everyone says Tik Tok shop is like the future of e-commerce and like the future of online shopping, but I really think live streams are the future of online shopping.
I really think that, bro. sat on live today for like an hour. We made like I think over $700 and like there's a little community in there like so you have like the trenches community of people like people aren't there for me. People are not if I go live on my BSM Fredo Tik Tok people are like yo what's good Fredo like when's the next vlog dropping? Yo how do I get started drop shipping? What camera do you use? Like they're asking me questions. But when I go live on the trenches account it's like yo so how many can I eat per day? Oh, what's inside of them? Like uh where are these candies made? Like how many coming? Like they're they they're trying to shop and like would you rather look at a Shopify listing or a Shopify website and just like try to come to your own conclusion and buy right there or would you rather be talking to someone on live stream like yo so so like explain the product to me. Okay, bet now I'm going to buy.
And I was thinking about it today like bro the way live streamers have have blew up. [ __ ] Kaisen Clav like just live stream live streaming is so big and popular right now. I don't see why the future of e-commerce isn't on live. I really think the future of e-commerce is going to be through live streams. It's [ __ ] crazy. So now we're going to start going live three times a week.
Even once we have affiliates back, you guys see the biggest brands, [ __ ] based, uh, I think Neurogum does it, like just the biggest brands are constantly live and it's for a [ __ ] reason, bro. I really think I really [ __ ] think. Um, oh my god. Score. Oh, what a save, bro.
Um, yeah, that's just that was a random tangent. My bad. But yeah, so what else happened?
Um, Tik Tok shop issues, flavor issues.
Yeah. So, that's that's basically been the update. I feel like every single day we're just trying to try something new to see what works. But, like, I just know that we need affiliates, bro. We need [ __ ] affiliates. And I have a Discord full of Tik Tok shop affiliates.
I have a whole creator brief in there explaining them the product, explaining them viral angles that they can do. Like whenever we get affiliates back, it's [ __ ] wraps because that's what I've been doing my entire career, bro. I I make products go viral on Tik Tok and Instagram. And I hire creators under me and I teach them how to go viral. And even with BSM, I teach kids how to go viral and blow up products on social media. Like, I know how to go viral.
Once we have these affiliates back, I'm going to be coaching them up. I'm going to have maybe even like a Tik Tok shop coaching there coaching them up as well.
Like that. That's just all we need, bro.
We just need Tik Tok Shop affiliates back. And I'm praying I'm praying we get it within this week, bro. Within the next seven days. I'm praying we get it.
Um, yeah. Other than that, we got on Tribe. I'm pretty sure the meta ads are conver converting pretty decent. We have some demon creators on Tribe who have been cooking up some fire videos. Um, but yeah, I think the main two things cooking right now are like our tribe affiliates on Meta and our live streams right now. Bro, these trenches live streams are the [ __ ] method, bro.
Last thing I want to say, I think I said this in my last vlog also, but like this is just ecom. Like all these little things we're dealing with like losing access to Tik Tok shop affiliates or we post a video and it doesn't go viral or we run a meta ad and it doesn't convert and people are [ __ ] on it. It's like like this is just ecom, bro. When if you're a drop shipper watching this, when was the last time you tested a product and it failed? Probably yesterday. When was the last time you posted a video and it didn't go viral?
Probably today. Probably yesterday.
Like, this is just e-commerce. When was the last time you ran a meta ad and it [ __ ] went negative, so you had to cut it? Probably yesterday. Like, this is we're just constantly testing and trying to see what works. And once we find what works, we double down, right? I just think when you're just a normal drop shipper, you're just like a regular brand owner in the shadows, it's like no one no one sees it, right? But we just know how that's how it goes. A meta ad might go negative and you have to cut it. A video might not go viral. It might be cringey as [ __ ] and you just delete it or you move on to the next video. But with us, because we're building in public, every single video we post that doesn't go viral, people see it. every single meta ad that we run and it doesn't convert or it's not the prettiest looking thing in the world, everyone sees it. You know, it's like that's the only thing. But this is just ecom, bro.
You drop a product and it's not you get customer feedback, people don't really like it. Okay, you go back to your manufacturer and you fix the [ __ ] product. Oh, people don't like your packaging or something about the packaging is [ __ ] up in the in the [ __ ] warehouse or something. Okay, great. You go fix it. Oh, you post a video, it doesn't go viral. Okay, great.
Try again tomorrow. You know, it's literally just ecom. But I think with us, it's just like we're under a spotlight almost because we've been building it in public. Um, but yeah, guys, I still have the same goal as when I started this brand. I want to build a [ __ ] sick ass neutropic candy brand. Bro, this is only our first product. Let me grab it. This is only our first product. So this is like a Jolly Rancher like energy and focus candy. 50 milligrams of caffeine, 100 milligrams of elene and elyroine.
Then our second product is the same exact thing, but it's tropical. Oh, there's another update. So we have these tropical ones ready. We have tropical candies ready to launch whenever, bro.
Whenever. If I want to launch tropical tomorrow, I'll text my manufacturer.
We'll get it in the works and it's go mode, right? But another thing we're thinking about is maybe a a rebrand cuz just the name Trenches and even the packaging just screams [ __ ] candy, right? Like if you look at it from this far away, are you thinking this is a supplement? No. You probably think it's candy. Um, which I don't know why I did that in the first place, but now the more we're building it out, it just gives people the wrong impression because then they're expecting a candy when they eat it, if they taste a little bit of bitterness from the real neutropics we have in there, they're going to start complaining. But if the package were just like a [ __ ] matte black package with a sleek name that says neutropic candy or energy and focus candy, are you really going to complain?
No, bro. You knew what you were buying.
you were buying a supplement, not a candy looking package. So, that's another thing. Like, this is the next thing I wanted to launch. I wanted to launch this during the summer, bro. It's probably too late now, but I wanted to launch this for summer, but now we're working on a rebrand. We have a designer working on new packages. um that I don't know if I I should wait for the rebrand and then launch the tropical with like the new rebranded like theme or just launch this like really [ __ ] quick and get people's feedback because tropical is [ __ ] insane, bro. But yeah, so we're working on a reband also.
I forgot to mention that. But that's not going to be like anytime soon. Probably going to be in like two or three months.
But yeah, the goal is still the same. I want to build a sick ass neutropic candy brand, bro. Like, no one has done this.
And I think Neutropics is like a really upand cominging space.
I think Neutropics is like such an up it's such an untapped market, bro. Like, no one else is doing neutropics. Like maybe a couple other brands. And if they're good, I promise you I'll buy them. I promise you, bro. Anything that I can wake up and perform at my highest level, I'm going to eat it or I'm going to swallow it. pause, you know, and that's why I built trenches. Like, that's why there's [ __ ] elenine and elyroine in here. I didn't want to just make a caffeine candy. I wanted to make a neutropic candy. But this is our first product, energy and focus.
Then this is like the same exact product, just like a different variant.
But the second product I actually want to launch is a a focus candy. So, this is energy and focus caffeine plus focus neutropics or caffeine plus neutropics.
I want to launch a gummy that's only neutropics. Zero caffeine. I'm thinking like a Starburst. Um, zero caffeine.
Only neutropics. Alpha GPC, lion's mane, elenine, lyrosine, B vit, oh my god, B vitamins. Um, and then I want to go the opposite approach and launch a sour strip. I think I told you guys all this already, but launch a sour strip with like 200 milligrams of caffeine with beta alanine sprinkled on top. So like you're on the way to the gym, you just take a trenchy sour strip, pop it real quick, and you're [ __ ] tweaking. Like I just want to build a cool new Tropic candy brand. So for me, the goal hasn't changed. Still the same goal, still the same mission. It's just a bunch of little roadblocks in the way of getting there. But that's a whole business update, bro. That's That's literally everything. Maybe not everything, but that's pretty much it, bro. And then in terms of the content [ __ ] I I'll try to be back. I just go I wake up every day like, "Fuck. Would I rather chill at my crib and work in front of my laptop or would I rather talk to a camera 24 hours a day?" It's like, "Fuck, dude." Um, but yeah, I'm filming a vlog on Saturday. It should be fun. We're going to do a live stream and then go do street interviews after. So, it should be cool behind the scenes content so you guys can kind of see what the day-to-day life looks like of trenches. But this is what the night life looks like, especially during the World Cup. Hey, I just wake up, I sit at my laptop, I respond to all my messages, I clear everything that needs to be cleared, and then I'll probably go to the warehouse. um probably work there for a little bit or depending what we're doing. If we're filming street interviews or if we're doing a live stream or if we're filming a fake podcast or something um and then I come back home and I just do more work and then with the World Cup on, you always got the TV in the background, you know, placing bets on [ __ ] Koshi, bro. And I'm not going to [ __ ] hit today.
Korea, bro. [ __ ] God damn. All right, guys. But that's an update. That's Bro, this Oh my god. This going to be like a 40minute video.
That's an update. I'll catch you guys in the next video. Comment any questions.
Comment any video ideas you guys want.
But yeah, guys, catch you guys in the next one. Peace.
