[00:00:09]We've had enough of this action in our borough, and we're hoping that you, as local residents, will also take that zero-tolerance approach. If you see someone you recognize, give us the details. Let's name and shame those people. Let's bring them to book. Let's give them fixed penalty notices. Let's prosecute them. A good example recently was Michael in Thornton Heath who posted a picture of someone dumping on Thornton Heath High Street. We took that image, we took the number plate, we issued a penalty, that penalty has been paid.
