[00:00:02]Welcome back. In this update, we are going to check out ICP's price chart.

[00:00:06]What is happening in the short term? And I think I'm able to talk about some very very positive signs. Hopefully an indication of a continuation of the recent phase on the upside internet computer. But before we get into all that good stuff real quick, we want to talk about this very very important news from Dominic Williams. Basically, tomorrow marks the fifth birthday of Internet Computer. And Definity is not just throwing a party. They are dropping, according to this tweet from Dominic Williams, what could be one of, in my opinion at least, the most important demos in ICP's history. We are talking about something called Cloud Engines. And if you have watched the previous video, you probably know what I'm talking about. But if you haven't, I think by the end of this update, you will understand exactly why this matters. way way beyond just ICP community and probably way beyond our imaginations. So let's start with the basics. Cloud engines are essentially dedicated private subners inside the internet computer network. And what makes them fascinating is that you actually get to configure them yourselves. You pick your own security level, performance specs, and also how resilient you want the setup to be. And basically this is like having your own slice of a decentralized cloud but with the kind of control that big enterprises are used to getting from traditional providers. Now it's very important to note that teams can actually spin up these private subnets directly through something called the NNS configurator which gives them guardrails around things like for example node independence and also geographic distribution. And here is where it gets really interesting. You see, over time, these engines are designed to run across major cloud infrastructure, major traditional cloud infrastructure and still at the same time stay fault tolerant. And that means what? You know what? Even if part of the network goes down, the system is still going to be able to keep running, which is awesome.

[00:02:12]Now, question, what do we know about the demo so far? But you see the demo itself is going to showcase three very important things. Number one full stack compute. Number two autonomous agentic builds and number three dedicated GPUbacked AI. Now the goal here is to take the kind of workloads that companies currently run on AWS or Google Cloud basically the big players and migrate them into ICP's decentralized environment and that my friends is really not a small ambition. This is like a direct shot at the biggest name in cloud computing. But hey, if Definity manages to pull this up, I'm telling you, it is going to be extremely extremely bullish for ICP. Why is that?

[00:03:02]Well, let's talk about why this matters for internet computer and also for us as ICP investors and general as a technology. You see the most straightforward reason is coming down to enterprise adoption because if real companies start running real workloads on cloud engines okay that's directly validates the whole world computer thesis that ICV has been building towards since day one and I fully understand that the technology has to actually perform at a level that competes with AWS. So the execution risk I fully get it it's very much real.

[00:03:39]However, if they manage to pull this off, it is going to be awesome. You see, in my view, if they manage to attract adoption, it will be great for the token because of the tokconomics story. And if you don't know this or if you are a new viewer, okay, this is going to be fascinating for you. You see, according to Dominic Williams, about 80% of cloud engine revenue is going to go directly to nodes powering them. And very important point the remaining 20% actually it's going to get used to buy back and burn internet computer token and that is a very much a structural shift away from the inflationary model ICP used to run on and it essentially means that more usage directly translates to less supply and on top of that Dominic Williams in the last couple of months talked many many times about something called mission 70 which is basically a target to cut ICP's inflation rate by about 70% in 2026 through lower governance rewards and also this burnbased revenue split. So essentially you got number one less inflation coming and number two more and more token getting burnt because of cloud engines and also caffeine AI and this is a combination that supply side holders have been waiting for a long long time because I know a lot of you guys OG ICP investors have been talking about the inflation problem around ICP for many many years but hey good news I think probably in 2026 and I'm going to say most likely by 2027 the inflation problem is not really going to be a thing anymore which we all love to see because honestly this is I think essentially the last problem that ICP has also there's actually an AI angle that not a lot of people are talking about but I think this is very very important you see the internet computer is positioning itself as a cloud layer where applications are immune to infrastructure level hacks and where AI coding agents I think probably down the line are going to be maybe cloud code, maybe codeex, maybe cursor and chief among them all is what you know it caffeine AI can build and deploy directly into the network with a human supervisor being kind of optional and that my friends puts ICP right in the middle of this agent AI wave which is arguably I'm going to say the hottest sector in tech at least right now and the timing I don't really believe that is accidental. Finally, let's just talk about two more important points and then I'll wrap up this update and go on the live chat. Number one, ICP has ranked number one in GitHub commits across all of crypto for nine consecutive month. And here's the deal.

[00:06:27]You might say, well, okay, this is because of caffeine AI and specifically the way how defininity counts developers. And you know what? You might be right. However, don't really discredit it this number. I would like to suggest actually credit to ICP people who came up with caffeine and managed to attract a good bit of retail adoption.

[00:06:47]So this metric definitely tells you that the developer activity is very much real and it's been sustained since we were number one for 9 months now. Number two, last month there were actually about three AWS data centers. I think they were in Bahrain that went offline after having um what do I call it to not get demonetized let's just call it some drone situations now because of this we had some banking problems payments and also enterprise software problems across the whole region and definitity highlighted these events themselves and this I do think makes the pitch for decentralized censorship resistant cloud infrastructure feel a whole lot less theoretical and maybe to a could be a whole lot more urgent. So if in the next couple of months you see some ICP adoption in that region of the world, don't really be surprised. So the bottom line is this. This demo in my view is probably the biggest moment ICP has had to prove it belongs in the same conversation as the major cloud providers. Cloud engines, GPU backed AI nodes and also autonomous agentic builds and a deflationary tokconomic overhaul.

[00:08:01]They all are dropping together on the fifth birthday and the narrative alignment with where AI and cloud computing are heading is very very hard to ignore. Whether the execution matches the vision is definitely the question that we all have and the jury is definitely still up for this one. But if they manage to successfully pull this off, I think they are going to see a whole lot of adoption coming towards ICP's way, which is great for us as ICP investors for the reasons that we talked about and it will in my view in the mid to long term cause great waves of price appreciations for the token. So fundamental wise, I'm going to say we are absolutely on the right direction.

[00:08:43]Now let's go on the live chart and see what is going on in the short term because also in that area we are having some positive news.

[00:08:55]Okay, here we are on the live chart and let's talk about some very very positive news in ICP. This is basically a combination of IOS waves and classic TA meaning supports and resistances. You see whenever you are having a resistance for example in here and the price is under it then okay if you got or maybe you are on your way to complete a 1 2 3 4 5 the best thing to do in case you are very close for example right in here to this resistance area is to just set this one out and watch what is going to happen to your wave pipe right in here because you can consider two different scenarios in this area. either you are going to complete a 1 2 3 4 five wave up when you get to this level and in case for example that's going to be on a higher degree into maybe a wave three then okay what's going to happen under it you're going to see a correction starting from this level and maybe to about here and then maybe we're going to gather the power for yet another great move up or maybe in case this is going to be like five wave up into a larger degree wave five you are going to is still a correction but this is going to be a rather deep move on the downside and maybe down the line we are going to get yet another move up scenario number two suggests maybe we are having a 5ft sure but for the sub waves of our wave five or maybe for the sub waves of preferably our wave three we are going to go in a very very strong manner on the upside and just go initially above this level and the next move that we are having can be a pullback to this important area of resistance which hopefully from that point moving forward is going to turn into support and basically we're just going to have a bit of a correction and pull back to this level at the same time and then what we are going to have a continuation of the move up in order to hopefully hopefully get to about the next important area of resistance and in ICP it seems like that we are having something like this for example when you go on Q& chart where is it I think it was from Kcoin right where is it Where is it? No, it was Q& USDT from cool coin. There we go. You see in quant I also do believe we are having a bit of a five wave here. But we were considering having a rejection from this level when we complete the sub waves for this impulse on the upside. But in ICP the opposite story happened. If you remember the last time that we were here specifically we were around this area and we argued from here to about this level. we really do not have a whole lot of strong resistances. So, makes sense to argue our move up in Internet Computer is going to continue most likely for another 20 25% in order to get to this level. And then I said we're going to make new videos and see what's next in ICP. But hey, something much much more positive happening here.

[00:11:50]Meaning, we got a rather strong move and we just got instantly above this important level. So I'm going to say in internet computer most likely we are having let's just take this one preferably from this point to about here one two and then this is wave three correction for four maybe to about this area followed by yet another great move on the upside into our wave five which pay attention on a higher degree I'm thinking this is going to be either to about the higher side maybe even a little bit higher into this larger degree wave three and then what we're going to have I'm going to say probably a bit of a pullback and retest of this important hopefully broken area of resistance between 3.3 to about $35 and then we can get yet another great move on the upside in internet computer. So for now okay we are seeing some very positive signs but consider having something like this maybe some chop solidation in an ideal scenario I don't know maybe this is going to take couple of days preferably even maybe like a week or two no problem at all since again we are above this very important level and question is is there a chance that maybe who knows I'm wrong and even from here we are going to get one more straight strong move on the upside the answer is yes and I'm going to tell you in a bit what needs to happen in order for us to believe in this much more bullish of a scenario a bit. But before we get into all that, let's go around this area. You see, prior to this move up in Internet Computer, we were arguing maybe maybe we are having like a 1 2 3 4 5 wave up into one and then a correction for wave two and then next we can have a huge move up into wave 3 4 5. But we were also arguing maybe this is 1 2 3 and the end of our wave four is in here. Meaning what the next move is going to be one on the upside into wave five and then we are going to have a rather deep correction structure to above these areas. But now I'm here to tell you nope that scenario there's like a very high chance that is not happening for two very important reasons. Number one, as you can see, this move up in ICP has gotten quite a bit extended and basically from the lows to about the highs. This is about a 78% move on the upside, which is absolutely amazing. And strong moves like this are usually happening into what you know it if you are a regular viewer of the channel.

[00:14:25]They usually happen into our wave three, not into five. I mean, do not get me wrong. We can have an extension into five. But odds of it happening is really not that high. And also I have one more important reason to believe. Yep, this is our wave three. You see, if I was running here and this was supposed to be into our wave four, then okay, question for you. How exactly are you able to find a correction for a wave four right in here? I'm going to say you're really not. And if you want to argue like me that maybe maybe this was a bit of a triangle structure for example I don't know maybe like an ABCD E you really cannot argue that because we actually got this move down and took the lows in here. So no this definitely cannot be a correction structure into our V4. Hence why again I'm going to say odds of us having a one two and then three four five is probably much much higher. Point number two, you see we were arguing in ICP if you want to be a bit pessimistic and bearish, you still need to be bullish since you can argue bare minimum this five up into a correction for wave B and then what we are going to have again yet another five wave up into RC. Now let's go around here. If you want to be bullish on any chart and you want to argue the low maybe around here is going to be already in then okay you have to be able to find off of the lows a 1 2 3 4 five wave up and this specific scenario is called an impulse rules for it are we should not have overlapping of the waves between our wave two and four and in any kind of five wave this wave three should not be the smallest wave and also this isn't really mandatory but if it happens it's definitely nice we argue In most cases, definitely not all the time because well, there is no certainty in any market. In most cases, wave three is a rather strong and sharp on the upside. Now, here's a very important point. It's not really always a guarantee that we're going to have off of the lows a five wave. Maybe in some cases the low the final one is not really in yet. And for example, we can have a move on the upside, but that's just going to be a correctional structure. Let's say in form of an ABC.

[00:16:39]Now, this is really the key. Pay attention. When you are having this five wave up and for example, you are right around the end of your wave three. Well, okay. So far to about here, you're only having a three-wave movement. Question, how exactly can you figure out whether this is a 1 2 3 and then four and then five. Or maybe this is just a three-wave movement in form of an ABC zigzag. You see, the reality is you really cannot find out like 100% what's next. However, here's very important point. If you are having an A B C zigzag, something like this, the length of your A and C deck are going to be sort of kind of similar.

[00:17:16]However, if you are having a 1 2 3 4 5, then okay, you should in an ideal scenario see a rather a strong extension into your wave three, meaning the length of your wave 1 and three are definitely not similar. And then right in here, you can be a bit optimistic and call for a corrective movement into four and then yet another move up into wave five. And this is exactly what we are having in ICP. You see, if this is going to be an ABC zigzag, I think we can all fairly say that okay, the length of our C leg is like way way bigger than the length of our wave A right in here from this point about $2 to about this high around $2.6 area. Hence why I want to say no, probably this isn't an ABC. And hopefully hopefully guess what? I'm going to call this point in ICP.

[00:18:06]hopefully our final low right now I'm not really certain but it seems like that we do have a lot of positive sign indicating such a scenario might be in play so let's entertain the idea of having a wave one in here correction for wave two and then one 2 3 4 five wave up into wave three correction for four and what's next we know what yet another great move on the upside into wave five right now I really do like to consider this as my primary scenario. I'm just going to wait couple of more days and see are we going to have in this area a bit of a chop consolidation or not. If we get this thing at that point, I'm going to be bullish with a much much more confidence. Now, my final point, do you remember earlier in the video I told you is there a possibility suggesting maybe we're not even going to have that short-term [snorts] correction as Russia and instead from here we are going to have a rather strong move on the upside.

[00:19:03]The answer is yes, but under one condition and that condition comes down to classic DA once more meaning support and resistances. Let's go on daily time frame. Okay, now it's the time to also talk about some more area of resistance.

[00:19:17]And hey, guess what? Right above this important level, there is actually another resistance. So, let's just stretch this one a bit more and argue to about I think it was the $3.83.9 area. We are having also the important since from you know it daily time frame.

[00:19:36]Okay. Why am I stretching this area a little bit? Because above here we really do not have a whole lot of a strong resistance and I want to make a point.

[00:19:46]You see the candlestick that we are having right now in internet computer.

[00:19:51]By the way, this isn't really close yet.

[00:19:53]Okay, you need to wait until the end of the day and then check out the shape of this thing. But at the moment, this isn't necessarily an ideal candlestick if you want to be bullish. Basically, this can be some sort of a shooting star, which is a bit of a bearish pattern. However, if we manage to get a move on the upside and maybe close this one as a bit of a green candlestick right around this area, that actually could be a very positive sign suggesting, yep, you know what? We are just making a run for the next important area of resistance which is where again we really do not have a lot of a strong resistance above this region until the really really big one right in here.

[00:20:35]Nope, this isn't it. Actually, I think the most important area was somewhere around 5 and a half to $5.7 region. Right around where is it? There we go. Right in here. Now why is this important? For two reasons. Number one, this is from daily and weekly time frame at the same time. So it does have a good bit of validity. Number two, you see when we got this move on the downside in internet computer also in weekly and daily time frame at the same time, we created a very clear gap which is right in here again between 5.5 to $5.7. And in my view, gaps 90 plus% of the time are going to get filled. So if we manage to with authority also get a break of this short-term daily resistance area at that point I'm going to argue yep you know what it seems like that we are really getting lucky in internet computer and we just want to go straight up and get to this level which is from the current point about let's just actually measure it real quick. This is about also yet another 50% move on the upside on top of this already beautiful 70% move right now. Again, I want to be pessimistic and argue that shouldn't really be our base case. But if we get maybe like another strong move up in the next couple of hours, yeah, you know what? Maybe entertain that scenario a little bit. At the moment, our base case should be having some sort of a consolidation pattern in this area. And if we see this, it will again be a great sign indicating hopefully we are gathering the power for the next beautiful move on the upside in order to once more get to that important level.
