[00:00:07]Uh yeah, so really if there's an autonomic component, Nathan, is where we're looking to do the vagus nerve hydrodissection. Now, that's a lot of the patients we see these days, probably at least seven out of 10.

[00:00:25]Now, it's certainly possible that the vagus nerve gets better on its own. And it would be A-OK to talk to the doctor that's at our clinic that's offering you an EPI's heal and to say, "Listen, can we just not do the vagus nerve hydrodissection for the first time? I want to see what gets better if we just focus on the other things." And that's certainly fine.
