In criminal cases, individuals with diagnosed mental health conditions may receive hospital orders instead of prison sentences, as demonstrated when a 68-year-old asylum seeker with schizoaffective disorder was given a hospital order rather than imprisonment for a fatal stabbing attack, raising debates about the balance between mental health treatment and criminal accountability.

Outrage As Killer Avoids Jail After Fatal Stabbing
Added:Hello and welcome on to Truebrit Media.
I have another story to bring to you today about a migrant in the UK who has gone on a rampage, ended up murdering and stabbing two people, and has basically got away with a slap on the wrist again.
Our judicial system is a joke.
It is corrupt and it favors a certain group of people.
This man, this migrant, this invader, has basically got away with murder.

And my vengeance and anger and frustration and annoyance at this is the mental health card that constantly gets used to defend, to be used as an excuse, to help these animals. I shouldn't use the word animals. I've got to cut out of saying that. These vile monsters is a joke.
Even doubt mental health card it out.
That's my new saying.
Let me get into the story to explain exactly what I mean.
So, you can see here Musa Ali of no fixed address. That's because he's an asylum seeker, a migrant. So, he lives from hotel to hotel, HMO near you soon, went on a furious rampage just moments before the two minute silence in 2024. A Somalian asylum seeker who killed a pensioner in the Remembrance Sunday stabbing that injured two others have avoided jail.
You can murder and stab two people now and you can avoid jail. It's absolutely incomprehensible.
There is zero justice.
I haven't even got in further in the story and I'm angry. Just seeing that first sentence has avoided jail. How?
Well, let's continue.
Musa Ali, 68, stabbed his victims with a 25-cm knife he'd stolen from a shop in Southeast London. So, I want you to remember that key detail.
He was able to steal a knife.
A 25-cm one, as well.
Shoppers could be heard screaming as Ali went on his furious rampage through East Street Market, killing 77-year-old uh James McClayton.
The Somalian national stabbed Mr. McClayton after knifing the grandfather from behind during the broad daylight attack.
The 68-year-old also injured Herman Yeo, 45, as well as accountant Bahuru Nadura, 56, while brandishing a knife on Remembrance Sunday in 2024.
Other market goers, who have since been held as heroes, tackled the asylum seeker to the floor, bringing his violent act to ground and halt. As always, the patriots have to step in, not the police.
But that's by the by at the moment.
After the migrant attacker admitted manslaughter, possession of a knife, and two counts of wounding with intent, he was given a hospital order under section 37 of the Mental Health Act with a restriction order under section 41. Ah, okay. Now I'm starting to understand maybe where this is going. The Mental Health Act.
Hmm.
Ah.
Okay.
This this this man must be a serious serious psycho if he's getting the Mental Health Act and he must have a real, you know, learning difficulties, mental health, personality disorder. What what's going on here for this man?
Oh, I see. Ali claimed to have a history of uh a schizoaffective disorder before he faced he stabbed an innocent man.
Ah, yes, of course. And we claim we've got like a traits. Uh I'm I'm a one person here we don't know what we're doing and then that that should be sufficient in in a justice system, right?
You know, in fact, it's we're so schizophrenic that we know how to go and steal a knife and we know how to go stab and murder two people. But that's all a mental health condition doing those things.
That that's all a mental health condition. Even if he had ADHD or he's bipolar, that's all cuz of mental health what he did, right?
He also denied allegations of murder and attempted murder due to his disorder.
This is how [ __ ] crazy it is. He's actually denying, even though there's a a dead pensioner, he's actually denying that he that was murder or attempted murder because of his schizoaffective disorder.
Yeah, are you fed up like I am? Exactly.
Let's continue to see what more [ __ ] we're going to be told.
When he appeared at a hearing at the Old Bailey back in April, the criminal was described as too unwell to appear at previous court hearings. Mhm. Yeah, I've seen that card played before.
The judge said the attack caused serious alarm and distress and said he was a dangerous individual.
Accepting the evidence of two experts, he added that the reason Mr. Ali behaved in the very violent way he did was because he is very unwell at the time. I wonder who these two experts um work for.
Uh I wonder whose books they're on and I wonder how left they are um because to be able to defend this, you know, fairly well-aged migrant man, yeah, is is is interesting.
Ali sought asylum in the UK in 1990 after being sentenced to prison for 4 years over guerrilla activity in Somalia. Oh, wow. Okay, so he's got a previous as well. It gets even worse.
You you think that you've seen it all and then you find out actually in Somalia he'd already served prison time as well.
I mean who would have thought who would have thought that actually after, you know, having a prison sentence in Somalia he'd go on to do the same in the UK.
Oh, must be must be news to those in the Labour government and uh you know, the judicial system and police force. They They must have never saw this coming.
Prosecutor said the defendant was seen stabbing three victims in quick succession as he moved through the market. The first man, as he was walking through market, pulled a wheeled carrier behind him. The defendant came behind and stabbed him a number of times. There was a stab wound to his arm close to his armpit and two wounds to the upper chest.
Uh the witness said his eyes were staring at me and he looked crazy. His eyes were wide open and scary looking directly at me. He looked unclean like he hadn't had a shave or shower in a while. Ali immediately ran along the street and came up behind another male before the fatal stabbing. While terrified shoppers could be heard screaming in fear.
Uh it's just again, these multiple stabbings.
Three or four stabs each time.
And the paramedics couldn't save Ali's life.
The defendant also lunged at another member of the public with a knife and was chased by members of the public at at least one who had armed himself with a pole. He was disarmed and detained by passersby until police arrived and arrested him.
So, this guy here this guy here Musa Ali has avoided prison.
He's just been hospitalized instead.
So, let me ask you this.
Let me ask you this.
Explain how somebody with schizophrenia is able to travel to the UK pay a soap smuggler board a boat and claim asylum.
The mental health issues we diagnose them with are simply because we don't understand third world behavior.
Now, let's say this guy because he came here or seek it in 1990. Let's say he didn't even s- come over here by a smuggler or a boat.
He still had the competency.
He still had the understanding. He still had the knowledge. He still had the intuition to be able to seek asylum.
He made that choice to leave Somalia to come to the UK.
He believed his life was in such danger that he had to come here for asylum.
If you have the comprehension like this guy's tweeted to be able to do that, then in my opinion, this mental health card or disorder you want to hide behind is [ __ ] And I think that's a very good point we must remember.
Every time we see these mental health cards played for these migrants who have chosen to leave their country of birth and come here for a better future, cannot simply hide behind mental health anymore.
If you agree with me on that statement, let me know in the comments. Hit the like. If you're very angry as always, do let me know.
Thank you for watching. Stay safe. God bless. I'll see you on the next video.
Thank you for watching.
