Heart disease is the leading cause of death for women in the United States, and women often experience non-traditional heart attack symptoms such as nausea, fatigue, jaw pain, and back pain, which are frequently dismissed as anxiety or other conditions, leading to delayed treatment and worse outcomes.

Crushing watermelons… well kind ofAdded:
What?
Okay.
Look at you, dirty little We have some different ones. Look at these.
Here we go. Now, before we do this, it would be absolutely wrong to not give credit to Courtney Olson, the originator of this. Been going at this for almost two decades because this badass [ __ ] woman has lethal thighs. She started crushing watermelons to prove crushing them between her thighs to prove that women are not the weaker sex, right?
Wider hips for childbearing, right?
Powerful thigh muscles. She's a badass.
She deserves credit. Give it to her. I I might even fail here. But is there a better shirt to wear than Paging Dr. Fran's Raging Feminist shirt while trying to do this? I don't think so.
Let's go. Now, why are we doing this?
Well, other than clicks, views, and likes, and follows cuz don't let anybody lie to you. That is part of why they are doing it. Is to raise awareness for women's heart health. And not only am I a content creator who focuses on women's health, I'm also an American Heart Association instructor. I teach BLS and CPR. Started the CPR program for graduating seniors at our local high school. Sorry for the pale legs. You get what you get and you don't throw a fit.
Did you know that women suffer substantially worse outcomes when it comes to heart disease and heart attacks?
That heart disease is the number one killer for women in the United States?
Personally, after working as an ER nurse, I see women come in experiencing non-traditional women symptoms of a heart attack. Things like nausea, fatigue, jaw pain, back pain, only to be dismissed and told to drink some water, it's just some anxiety, only to return shortly thereafter and find out they are having a myocardial infarction or heart attack.
That is why we are doing this. Okay, watch me fail. Let's go.
Oh god.
I'm going to have some bruised flanks.
This is ridiculous.
Oh.
Oh, wow.
You know, I got these things in the way here that are not.
You know what? I got just the tool. I mean, if it works, right?
Let's see here. All right.
Could we just, you know, push it in?
I don't know. Maybe crack it open here.
Oh, look at that. See, now I use the Nelaton speculum, smallest one they make.
Yep. I'm going to use this barbaric tool.
All right, let's see.
[ __ ] Ooh, it wants to go.
Yep.
Hey, look at Feel like we're sanding a cabin.
Go donate to the American Red Cross.
Cuz we care about women's hearts.
Love you.
All right.
