[00:00:00]Finally, Pi core team have made a comment about one of the pressing issues on pioneers, which is the tentative KYC.

[00:00:13]Now, on their X account, as you can see on your screen, uh which now have a golden check mark, as you can see here.

[00:00:21]They now have a golden check mark on X, verified organization. Now, they made a post about tentative KYC. As you can see here, actually an article, okay? It says about tentative KYC. Now, in this video, I'm not just going to go through this article.

[00:00:42]I'm going to go through pioneers' reaction, because over time, tentative KYC, in fact, and migration have been a very big issue, you know, to Pi Network pioneers, because I don't know why you would be with a project, mining a project actively, you know, and over 6 years, 5 years, um for one reason or the other, the Pi core team said you haven't passed your KYC.

[00:01:13]For those that have passed their KYC, they failed to migrate them, blaming system. Okay? Blaming the system, blaming whatever, I don't know. So, in this post or article, they try explaining to pioneers why they are still on tentative KYC. And, trust pioneers, they expressed their anger in the comment section, okay? So, right now I'm going to open this article by clicking on it.

[00:01:51]Now, I have to say this before I continue.

[00:01:57]Um to be frank, I was kind of disappointed after going through this article coming from the Pi core team.

[00:02:08]The article is not as rich as I expected owing to the fact that pioneers have been complaining about this thing back to back.

[00:02:18]And now they want to make a post about it. The post was just too [clears throat] shallow for my liking because it wasn't it it didn't solve the issue. It was kind of expressing emotions. It didn't solve the issue the way pioneers wanted it. We want something that we we we guarantee pioneers that at this date everybody who supposed to pass the KYC >> [clears throat] >> will pass. Everybody who have passed KYC will migrate. We want something like that. But I will tell you my own mind at the end of this video. I will just say my own mind. Now, this is the post.

[00:03:00]They started by hyping, you know, over 18 million people have already passed Pi's native KYC identity verification.

[00:03:09]More than 16 million have migrated to mainnet. So, that means between those that have passed KYC and those that migrated, we have roughly 1.8 to million pioneers who have passed their KYC but are yet to migrate. Reason? I don't know. Now, they made their points. Now, they say, "Why some pioneers still have tentative KYC status?" I don't think I'm interested in why. Just go to their X account, go ahead and read this article.

[00:03:41]You'll understand what they are trying to say. Need to save your time, right?

[00:03:45]Now, here [clears throat] they said, "For pioneers currently on tentative KYC status.

[00:03:57]You should This is now looking like a solution, but it's not. It says for pioneers currently in tentative status, you should complete any available liveness check in the Pi app. This have always been, you know, the solution, you know, liveness checks. And there are people who have done liveness tests countless of times and are yet to, you know, pass their KYC. We have issues like that.

[00:04:28]Okay? So, this is the first um solution.

[00:04:31]Try and complete your liveness test. It say, "Ensure all submitted information is accurate and clear."

[00:04:39]Now, it says, "Also, this thing should just let me be."

[00:04:45]Continue actively mining, which may trigger the system process checks.

[00:04:56]Are these Are these the solutions that we should be expecting from the Pi core team at a time like this after waiting for 4, 5, 6 years?

[00:05:13]Old lyrics, liveness checks, a infor- credible information, keep mining.

[00:05:19]Nothing. Okay? The whole of this article is all about telling us the same story.

[00:05:27]Now, the question is this. Hopefully, they will see this particular video.

[00:05:32]What is actually the problem?

[00:05:35]Because it's no longer making sense. My mind is this.

[00:05:39]This It's actually a deliberate attempt or a deliberate act from the Pi core team and the founders. Okay, this is like a delayed tactics. Although their reasons might be for the benefit of the pioneers because should everybody body pass their KYC and migrate mainnet, maybe I'm saying my own mind, it might, you know, affect the price of Pi Network in the market. It might crash the whole thing, okay? It might send a narrative that would be very hard for the Pi core teams to control because when a coin just crash in a flash, it send a wrong narrative across the whole crypto space about that particular project. Maybe that's why they are tactically delaying um you know, migrations, delaying passing of KYC because they can't come up and I say, "Oh God, we don't want you to pass because if you pass, uh you dump the coin on the community. It's hard down down the price go." That's my own take, but you know, just hold that. Let me see Let's see response from the you know, um pioneers on X, okay? This one from Woody, you know, light here. I think this guy is still good in giving updates on Pi. He say, "We wait for the liveness checks.

[00:07:06]We waiting for the liveness checks and I wish you also talk about those who have already migrated but are now reverted to tentative. tentative. This is another problem.

[00:07:17]After passing KYC, you were reverted, okay? You see what this guy have? "When will this problem be solved?" Okay, some people some pioneers are already late, okay? But they're still on tentative.

[00:07:28]So, that is a very nice, you know, um @swork and says, "Username more than 4 years about tentative and stuck in migration." So, you see there are a whole lot of pioneers that have been on this for years. So, at this point, in fact, it's better you keep quiet than bringing this kind of explanation because it doesn't solve the problem.

[00:07:54]It doesn't, and most people are losing They're losing, you know, trust in this particular project. I think you guys need to tell us something that we need to hear. When are those on tentative coins soon?

[00:08:10]Pass their KYC fully, and when are those that have passed fully going to get their migrations? So, the first migration, the second migration that you talked about is fine, but it looks like, you know, this whole thing is working for some people while it's not working for some people. We need a level of fairness. So, if you go through the the comments, you'll find out that people are not really happy with this project. So, when will you transfer on verified balance and transferable balance? Really, patience has some limits. So, indeed, patience is good, but at a point, we're all humans, we kind of lose it, okay? So, a lot of a lot of expressions, you know, a lot of expressions in the comment section. Someone says, "This fraud Ponzi is is is wasting investors' time, which frustrates investors fraud, okay?" But, it's not fraud, okay? Let's not go there. It's not It's not fraud, okay? They've come a long way for someone to call it fraud.

[00:09:11]It's not. Just that we need a level of transparency from these guys. Tell us why you're not allowing us to pass our KYC and migrate because blaming everything on system on system on backlog is no longer making sense over the years. It's not making any sense. If you really want to solve this problem, you and I know that they can solve this problem. Push people who are qualified to migrate because before these guys will be complaining about whatever the account they are great people they are legit people. So, do the needful. So, the comment, you know, boss is filled already with pioneers that are frustrated. So, what do you think? Drop your comment in the comment section. Make sure your information is correct and keep mining. It sounds too on the surface than what we need right now. Pioneers are already losing it on the Pi core team. So, um to wrap it up, I want to still say that we should not give up on this project. We have come too far to start calling Pi network names, okay?

But, what I see is that whatever these guys are doing, they are doing it for the betterment of the community in general because everything is still under their control. No doubt about that. They control who got migrated, they control who pass KYC, they control whatever. You understand? Yeah. At least now they are in control and I believe that they have the community at heart and they are managing the project in the best possible way that it will be able to, you know, serve the purpose why it is created in the first place because I believe if everybody got migrated, the whole thing will crash and it will take a lot of energy to convince people that this project have something to offer.

[00:11:24]That's my own belief, okay? I know they might say call it backlog, they might call it any name, but that is exactly what is happening. By at end of the day, I believe they are doing what they are doing for the community. They are doing what they are doing to make sure that this project succeeds. So, that's what's up.
