I share a lot of documents myself, but sometimes I just got to go to him because he gets right to the point. He provides you all the receipts." So, I think this is big enough. You see that Mastercard again expanded settlement capabilities announced today those plans 4 hours ago to expand its settlement capabilities with additional intraday weekend and holiday car settlement that support.

[00:01:00]Also we see here in the highlight from smoke right from Mastercard's site. This right here notice how it says specifically RL USA inclusion.

[00:01:12]And let's go ahead and shrink this down just a tad. All right. So, for one, we see inclusion in Mastercard's global settlement network reflects growing demand for trusted regulated stable coins built for real world financial use cases on public blockchains like the XRP ledger. We're excited to support the next evolution of faster, more flexible, always on settlement. And how about the next page? Well, I'm ahead of you. We see here from mastercard.com again, more highlights. And it says specifically speaking, Mastercard will support settlement using regulated stable coins, including circles USDC, which is already supporting early onchain settlement flows in select markets, as well as Paxos issued stable coins, including PYUSD, USDG, and USDP, Ripple's ROUSD and Sophie's Sophie USD.

[00:02:00]At the very bottom it says these stable coins will be enabled across a range of supported blockchain networks including arbitrum base canton polygon salana tempo and the xrpl from smoke. Now let's break it down in layman's terms. So this is in fact a legitimate significant development for the xrpl and of course the broader Ripple ecosystem. So what mastercard what what do they do here? what actually stood out, right? So, for one, Mastercard, if you're not aware of it, released an official press release, which I just showed, stating they're expanding their settlement capabilities to include these two key main things that might have gone past your head.

[00:02:44]Onchain settlement using regulated stable coins like I point out in those documents, digital dollars that are fully backed and of course compliant, which brings me to point number two.

[00:02:52]That means 24/7 settlement including intraday, same day, weekends, and holidays. But the stable coins are supporting like I mentioned RLUSD circle they really stand out right but in a nutshell these will work across multiple blockchains like I point out and this builds directly on the pilot they announced last November with Ripple web bank and Gemini using RSD on XRPPL to settle Gemini credit card transactions.

[00:03:16]So why does this matter in simple terms for you? Well, think of it like this.

[00:03:21]Think of traditional card settlements basically in a nutshell for the most part like this. So when you swipe your Mastercard, the money doesn't instantly move from your bank to the merchants's bank because it often takes one to three business days and the system basically shuts down on weekends and holidays. But banks and companies have to hold extra money which is liquidity sitting around waiting for it to clear. So think about Ripple's main product of ondemand liquidity, right? Would XRP be used?

[00:03:49]Yes. So, Mastercard is basically now saying to you and everybody else, hey, you check me out. We are adding a fast lane using regulated digital dollars on blockchains. And it does include the XRP ledger. So, settlements can happen in seconds, 247, 365. This is a big shift because number one, it moves blockchain from experimental/pilot territory into core payment infrastructure. Number two, it validates public blockchains, not just the private ones. And it's going to be for real financial settlement at scale. Number three, it specifically includes the XRPL and RLUSD as part of that infrastructure. So, what does it mean for us as an XRP holders or maybe even you who are thinking about possibly getting into XRP? Well, basically RLUSD, which as we know is Ripple stablecoin, now has a clear path directly to realworld volume on the XRPPL through Mastercard's network. Yes, you heard me right, through Mastercard's network.

[00:04:53]This also means more transaction activity on the XRPL equals more demand for XRP. Some people are going to say, "Oh, no, Maximus, that's only for RUSD."

[00:05:02]Nope. more demand for XRP and even small amounts are used of course for fees which do get burned and for liquidity in crossber flows what about indirectly since I mentioned that what happened directly well it's going to make it potentially more powerful how so three points I want to get into this institutional validation of the XRPL as a serious settlement rail well Mastercard isn't a small player right they're an established name they have been for decades but when they add a blockchain to their settlement option It signals to other banks and financial institutions that it's safe and ready.

[00:05:37]Number two, it accelerates the always on finance trend. For example, 24/7 global payments. And XRPL is naturally a good fit at making this all happen because it makes it fast, cheap, and you have final settlement in seconds, hence the term finality.

[00:05:54]Number three, this strengthens Ripple's position in the stable coin plus payments narrative alongside bigger names like Circle and even Paxos.

[00:06:04]Basically, what's the bottom line for you, me and everybody else who are holders of XRP? Well, it's just like this. This is not Mastercard is now using XRP to settle everything. However, it's more nuanced, but still very positive. Mastercard is integrating regulated stable coins on the XRP ledger into its global settlement framework.

[00:06:25]This brings real utility, potential volume, and credibility to the XRPL ecosystem. For long-term XRP holders, these are the kinds of developments that matter more than short-term price noise.

[00:06:37]Each new integration like this increases the chance that XRPL becomes part of the underlying plumbing of global finance, which is exactly what the original vision for XRP has always been about. Today, global payments provider Thun announced the expansion of its real-time payment service into the United States, the Handshake. This expansion became possible through a direct connection to a tier one financial institution. Ripple maintains a strategic partnership with Thoons. True. I remember covering this a while back. This gives XRP another clear path for use by tier one banks in the United States. Thun also holds money transmitter licenses in all 50 states just like Ripple. Check mark. These licenses allow both companies to establish direct institutional grade connections to local clearing systems.

[00:09:18]The Ripple partnership with Thoons grants XRP direct access to a massive global network. that right there. I'll be honest, there's some people out there that are fudding you out of XRP and they're not even bothering to site this right here. Spanning 140 countries and more than 90 currencies, reaching billions of mobile wallets. This is a major step to scale XRP use globally. I know I read a lot of this, but it's fabulous. Why shouldn't I just remove some of these key things? So, like he points out, it's documented again literally today, right? This morning, June 3rd, 2026. All right. So, let's pull this up. We see here straight from the source. Okay. Number one, straight from thrones. Okay. You also see here, so we shrink it down just a tad. Thun unlocks real-time payments to the US from the rest of the world. Man, that's a major update, right? So, Thun unlocks it all. And you see Thun's direct connectivity to a tier one local financial institution enables payouts through major banking rails including the AC which if you're new to the terminology ladies and gentlemen it means automated clearing house same day AC and realtime payment rails in fact all not some all. Great finding from smoke awesome research once again there's another page that's in this pamphlet if you want to call it a pamphlet uh the document I should say.

[00:10:38]So for one, today this morning June 3rd, Thun's a smart superighway to move money around the world again announced the launch realtime payment capability in the United States. Right down here, Thun was established or established, I should say, is a direct connection to tier one.

[00:10:53]We just mentioned that and infrastructure is a milestone that's enabled by TH's comprehensive own regulatory license footprint holding itself to 50 TR of money transmission licenses. We just mentioned this, but I also like how it mentions also the territories. This license ownership allows thoons or allow native direct institutional grade connection to his local clearing systems. So again we know that when it comes to sometimes different territories, states you name it. Sometimes they have of course uh different ways of setting things up for clearing and settlement. Right? So again when I said not just some all this is a major major big deal. Things direct global network on the bottom which is highlighted leverages these connections provides access across 140 countries supports 90 currencies reaching over 12 billion mobile wallet stable coin wallet and bank account endpoints. I mean 12 billion uh that sounds the same. I mean some people are like well there's not enough people in the world. Well some people own what? More than one wallet.

[00:11:47]It's literally that simple. I mean even yourself right? I still have an old school wallet. Am I going to be limited to only one wallet in my whole lifetime?

[00:11:55]No. So, why would digital be any bit different? Of course, it wouldn't be.

[00:11:59]The other thing I want to break down for you is basically this. I want to give it to you guys in layman's terms again. So, what is this all saying? Well, for one, I want you guys to keep in mind that this is in fact solid infrastructure news for the XRP ecosystem. And you also have to keep in mind that while Ripple's already plugged into it seems as though Mastercard and a whole slew of other ones, it doesn't mean XRP is suddenly being used in every transaction tomorrow, right? Because people are going to point that out. But it widens the onramps where XRP can be used as fast cheap bridge asset. So what is Smoke's post basically saying for you?

[00:12:42]Well, in a nutshell, Mile highlights Thoons, which if you're not aware, that's a global payments infrastructure company. But the post also basically outlines or it highlights, I should say, the ability to send money into the United States in real time or same day.

[00:13:00]Again, this is why people call it like intraday or intraday liquidity. They did this by connecting directly to a major tier one US bank. And if you want to look more into that, even PR Newswire is writing about this, right? And in fact, their postings about roughly six hours ago. Nonetheless, Thunes now offers this through one simple connection. Think about what I just mentioned. One simple connection for businesses outside the United States that want to pay people or companies in America like your gig economy payouts, your remittances, your businessto businesses, etc., etc. But now what's different is they can use regular bank rails even those automated clearing houses same day a or instant payment rails. So thunes already has that money transmitter licenses and of course in all uh excuse me all 50 US states which lets them connect directly to US clearing systems without lots of middlemen. And that right there is gamecher for Ripple, gamecher for especially XRP cuz we did reference XRP and it's game changer for whenever we finally flip this switch as the saying goes. So I want to note that Ripple has a strategic partnership with Thoons. So this US expansion, oh my, it gives XRP another clear path into institutional US banking rails again. And Thoon's massive global network, which by the way, if you're not aware of it, is 140 plus countries, 90 plus currencies, billions of mobile wallets and bank accounts.

[00:14:25]That right there should be your main takeaway from this video. So a little bit more before I wrap it up. You may be asking, uh, you know, Maximus, who is Thoons and why do they even matter other than what with what I mentioned? Well, again, I want you to picture this. Use your imagination and if anything, look at the visuals, right? That's why I provide it to you. So, think of thunes as a super highway for payouts. It's kind of funny how thunes is pronounced, right? Like some people call it ths, you know? Kind of reminds me of Mike Tyson.

[00:14:56]They specialize in moving money quickly and cheaply to places where traditional banking is slow or expensive, especially emerging markets in mobile money wallets. huge in Africa, Southeast Asia, Latin America, etc. Businesses and platforms use funds to pay freelancers, gig workers, or send remittances without building their own connections to every local bank or wallet in every country.

[00:15:19]The Ripple Suns partnership, the key context is that Ripple and funds have worked together since 2020. They expanded the partnership to significantly in uh support itself since 2025. The expansion integrates Ripple's payments into Stun's direct global network. Ripple payments can use the XRP ledger and XRP for ondemand liquidity.

[00:15:43]The use case where XRP acts as a neutral bridge currency. You sell your local currency for XRP. Send the XRP instantly and cheaply across the ledger. Then convert the destination currency. No preund accounts in foreign currency.

[00:16:05]Sun's customers can access faster, cheaper options in some corridors via Ripple. Ripple connected payments can tap into Sun's huge last mile reach, especially mobile wallets. So why is this US launch ins basically significant for you who hold XRP? Well, I'm Mike Tyson. Number one, want to point out that more doors are going to be open to the US market. Suns now has direct tier one bank connectivity plus full US regulatory licenses. It combines with the Ripple partnership. This creates a compliant institutional grade path pathways, excuse me, where XP liquidity could be used for payments moving into or through the United States. Number two, expenseible volume for XP. is basically a bridge asset. XRP strongest real use case is providing instant liquidity in crossber flows where traditional rails are slow or costly.

[00:17:02]Unlike me when I used to like float like butterfly and sting like a bee with my mentor Muhammad Ali s already move serious volume globally adding seamless US realtime capability makes corridors viable for ondemand liquidity style solutions. Number three, reduces friction intermediaries. Direct connections plus licenses mean fewer middlemen, excuse me, lower cost and faster settlement. Exactly the problems the XRP ODL was designed to solve. Number four, it's part of a bigger pattern. This is one of several coin infrastructure bills, partnerships, integrations, regulatory licenses that expand where Ripples tech and potentially XRP can plug in. It's not hype, it's being led.

Well, number one, fundamentally, it's positive, but it's gradual, right? This strengthens the long-term utility story. More networks plus more quarters plus better US connectivity equals more potential demand for XRP when it's the most efficient option for liquidity. Utility grows in steps like this. So while it's not immediate like flip of the switch moment, the announcement itself doesn't say we are now using XRP and thun's transactions whereas Mike Tyson would say it's the combination of the existing/expanded partnership plus this new US capability that opens the path. Yeah, that path forward everybody actual XRP volume will depend on economics implementation and customer demand over time which brings us to like regulatory tailwinds. So full US money transmitter licenses on both sides. Yeah, you would have Ripple and thunes. And for from what I gather, that's going to have like a matter of a lot of of things going on for institutional comfort and compliance.

[00:18:56]But in context for you, me and everybody else in the current market, well, price action may be noisy and of course driven by macro bitcoin sentiment or regulatory headlines like the Clarity Act. Let's face it, we're covering a lot about the Clarity Act, are we not? Everybody is.

[00:19:09]These are the underlying developments that matter for sustained adoption.

[00:19:14]Infrastructure news like this often gets overshadowed and it does by short-term volatility but compounds over months and years whether you realize it or not. So basically what's the bottom line? Well, this is another brick in the wall for real payment utility for the XRP ledger and Ripple's ecosystem. It gives XRP more legitimate regulated pathways into global and now stronger US money movement for holders of XRP. It's basically confirmation of the long-term thesis rather than a sudden callous, but these kinds of integrations are exactly what builds durable value for a bridge asset. Look more into it if you're new to it all. So, in a nutshell, even though I keep saying that, from what I gathered, whether smoke or my analogy, you have to realize we highlight together a real development with a bullish lens backed by the official Thoon's announcement and the documented partnership. Boy oh boy is it ever worth watching on how Thoons and similar providers actually route volumes going forward. So do me a solid if you happen to listen to the entire outline and simply type in this key person into the comments and that is Mike Tyson because it lets me know if you listen to it all.
