Rhode Island, Missouri, Kansas, Tennessee, New York. um in California as you know um Travis just bought a house in Missouri or in Kansas but he plays in Missouri but I thought that the Kansas City Chiefs now have moved onto the side of uh KC that's in in Kansas instead of Missouri but anyway that's more sports >> I can't tell you cuz I don't want >> they're thinking about moving a stadium like the stadium I thought they already thought I thought that they already did it or I might be wrong >> not to Tony is an expert on this stuff so >> I'm sure he has properties in both Kansas and Missouri so you know, makes sense that they're deciding those. You know, Taylor Swift has some roots down in Tennessee. And um, of course, you know, they probably all spend time out here in California. Rhode Island in New York. Um, I guess >> she has a house in Rhode Island.

It's near the ocean. It's like on a hill. I wouldn't pay more than 1 million for a house in Rhode Island. Rhode Island's, you know, the smallest state that we have.

[00:02:25]>> Well, bottom line, to be honest with you, I and everybody else is mostly shocked that a prenup is even in discussion.

[00:02:39]>> Yes. Maybe she's a little bit more richer. But, um, I'm I'm I'm very surprised as well. What are your thoughts on it? So, I think in and I was thinking about this this morning when I was recording the TMZ Minute, which was our radio minute of stories, >> okay?

[00:02:55]>> And I was thinking I bet you, you know, all of us, and I don't want to say commoners, but all of us commoners, we're like, oh, like prenups, like there's no way that like it's something that comes up in a relationship where someone loves each other that truly loves each other. Prenups, no way. But in this world, I believe that celebrities, >> they they know what relationship I get in, no matter what marriage I jump into, >> a prenup is going to be something that has to happen regardless. I don't even think that that it really matters to them that >> No. And you know what? Some people do look like marriage is a business deal.

[00:03:31]Um, you know, people at that level in height, you know, I get it. You know, they want to make sure their assets are protected because anything can happen.

[00:03:40]And that's where, you know, broke people. No, I'm just playing. But that's where other people are like, "Oh, prenups are so like you're you're preparing for a breakup. You're preparing for something to go wrong.

[00:03:50]You're having something in place when you shouldn't go into the marriage thinking like that." I understand that point of view. But if you're really forward thinking and you're kind of thinking like, you know what, life happens, people change, 30 years down the line, we might both not see each other like that. Let me just make sure I have what I came in with protected and you have what you came in with protected as well.

[00:04:12]>> Going into a marriage without a prenup at this level is like going into a marriage um is like basically having no savings your entire life. So >> people have savings accounts, right?

[00:04:24]>> Okay, >> we all say they all say put money away, put money away, put money away for that rainy day and you say, "Well, my car is doing great. My house is great. I don't need to make any repairs." That doesn't mean you don't stack money away just in case for when it does happen. Doesn't mean you're Doesn't mean you're planning on it happening, but it does happen.

[00:04:42]These things happen. Celebrities know more than anybody when this happens.

Nothing no nothing but a handshake, I guess you can call it. And she's so smart. She's like, "Great. Thanks. Give me my extra money on the side." And that's what I call smart.

M >> when you look at for example Kevin Cosner last two years Kevin Cosner and I I forgot his wife's his ex-wife's name but it was a mess because there was a prenup in place but she still challenged the prenup not being enough money for >> rightfully so as she should have sometimes sometimes it's just like I get it you what you came in with you should leave with but >> if there's like during the marriage if you make a contrillion dollars and I was your wife through it all and I'm up at night with you and I'm cooking you dinner and cleaning your clothes and XYZ XYZ. I don't know their situation, but I'm basically supporting you in other ways. Maybe not contributing exactly to your businesses, but I'm supporting you in other ways. I should get a little chunk of the change.

[00:07:02]>> A man being a man and not thinking what his mind and thinking with other parts of his body. And you were the dummy who married a hot chick cuz she was hot. And now she and you didn't think she was smart enough to to fool you because she going to use her looks to her advantage.

[00:07:17]Let's be honest. And so you were the dummy and now you getting fooled. Now you mad. And now you don't want to give up no money. No. That's why I'm like, judge, let him learn his lesson.

And it's because they're using their looks to their advantage. And that's why you see these NBA players, these NFL players, they get these hot chicks and they get babies and they get married and whatever. And then they get robbed in the end and they're like, "Oh, cry me a river."

[00:08:28]>> But back to Taylor and Travis. So apparently Rhode Island is considered Yeah. the strongest overall fit for Taylor's wealth level.

[00:08:37]>> New York's being the weakest.

[00:08:38]>> Um Tennessee favorable for wealthy entertainers. I believe that the riskiest Yeah, New York. New York is the riskiest place for a prenup to be drafted because there's closely um they they closely scrutinize prenups that judges do and sometimes invalidate them.

[00:08:56]So pick the state >> New York got real people in there and they understand like now >> I I love this for them like like what two smart people here and and props to Taylor too.

[00:09:05]>> It's a business she's very businessoriented. Yeah, because at any point >> she's a smart girl, >> by the way. Marriage, it's from marriage on is the money you make from the marriage on. Yes.

[00:09:19]>> That's the prenup. That's the >> There's sometimes little areas where you can, you know what I mean?

[00:09:25]>> You can go backwards a little bit. you can get in and and and get, you know, and maybe like if there was a business set up in the marriage and that business is projected to do well for the next >> 20 years after the marriage is being, you know, divorce is happening, maybe you could still get that little, you know, you can get some equity or whatever. I don't know.

[00:10:19]He is under fire. Uh, as we know his his his daughter, can we say daughter? So, so, so just so you know, Angelina Jolie adopted Zahara.

[00:10:33]>> I would say Zahara.

[00:10:34]>> Zahara. I'm sorry. That's what I said this morning. Actually, to Rhode Island.

[00:10:36]Uh, Zahara >> was adopted when she was 7 months old by Jolie before the marriage.

[00:10:43]>> Am I correct about that? I want to make sure I'm correct about So, Angela Angelina Jolie adopted uh Zahara when she was 7 months. And then later on when she married uh Brad Pitt, he um legally adopted her and another child that was adopted by Angelina Jolie.

[00:10:58]>> Um and of course, you know, they went on and had their own. But um >> yes, so he has uh been a little playing deadbeat these days. Um, and I get it, arangement, relationships happen, but he did not show up. And so much so that he went on to not even contact the family to show up to Zahara's um, college graduation. She just graduated from Spellman College. Congratulations to her. She >> That's Atlanta, right?

[00:11:22]>> Atlanta. She is um, she just crossed AKA. Um, the shorty I'm in as well.

[00:11:26]>> Oh, wow.

[00:11:27]>> Um, yes. So, she just crossed AKA not too long ago and we saw Angelina Jolie at that ceremony as well as Jazelle Bryant from Real House of PTOAC with her daughter crossing in the same line. Um, but Brad Pitt was MIA and he did not show up and our sources tell us that he didn't even give a call, text um or email or mail uh away to get any tickets to this graduation ceremony, which sucks.

[00:11:52]>> Before or after. And and supposedly, you know, she she recently dropped the pit name from her name. Now she just goes by Zahara Mar Marley Jolie.

[00:12:01]>> Not just her, the other two siblings.

[00:12:03]>> Yes. The other two as well, >> which is uh Shiloh dropped Pit.

[00:12:06]>> Um Viven also.

[00:12:09]>> Yes. Vivian. Yeah. So there's some there's some something going on. Um they call it, you know, he's estranged from them. Um, but you know, it makes it makes me it hurts my heart because I've gone through the same thing where when your parents can't get along and they don't see eye to eye, so one chooses not to show up and the only person that suffers as a child.

[00:12:31]>> Really sad. Really sad. I mean, like, think about it. Like I I'm looking back at my graduation.

[00:12:36]>> Can you imagine like my dad not showing up?

[00:12:38]>> Yeah.

[00:12:39]>> You know, and and like this this really like they they had arrangement before, but this really puts the nail in the coffin here. And there is a source who who gave a quote about this saying Zahara's mom and siblings who have been involved over the four-year special years were present in cheering her and her Spellelman sisters on. Nothing prevented him from showing up for her or even or ever visiting her. The day was all about her accomplishments, not whether he was willing to attend. And uh also um they say that he believed outreach would be quote unwelcome due to ongoing hostility tied to Angelina Jolie.

[00:13:15]>> You know what I have two thoughts on this one. I think it yes is sad because no one suffers but the child. So having two now that I'm adult having two grown adults who can't get it together is quite sad because you're only hindering the success and love of the child. But two, now that I am an adult and Zahara is very much an adult. She's graduating from college, not high school. Um, she's an adult. So, yes, I kind of get Brad on one side. He's just like, you know what, if they're not talking to me, you know, and they don't want to accept, you know, me reaching out or I, you know, he didn't reach out in this instance, but who says he hasn't reached out, you know, recently in the past about anything else. But if they're kind of like, we don't mess with you, then I get it. It's like, I wouldn't be welcome there. I would go and maybe they wouldn't even speak to me and that would be a whole moment because it's not like they're just regular people. people would see that and you know it would become a story. It would. So I get a lot of publicity. Yeah. So I get that half.

[00:14:09]Um and hopefully he just does things on the side. Maybe >> hopefully we don't know yet, but hopefully he reached out and sent her a graduation gift. Hopefully some money.

[00:14:18]Um but you know, I didn't get to walk for um college graduation. I graduated in May 2020, but I could only imagine the money I was going to get. Um but you know, it's two sides of it. the parents need to be grown and reconciled some type of way for the betterment of the children. Um but on the other half, the children are grown now. And um if he wanted to come, it has nothing to do with Angelina Jolie. He didn't even have to speak to her. He could have reached out to Zahara himself and made it made sure that he was present some way somehow for her.

[00:14:50]>> Well, this makes me just think that something really really went wrong over the years. There's a lot we definitely don't know about. Yeah, >> I know that the most notable uh situation that was spoken about in this whole estrangement was the do you remember this the plane trip where he allegedly was abusive on the plane?

[00:15:12]>> I have no idea about these two >> and he was and and nothing no charges were brought or anything. No, I don't.

[00:15:17]that that's been the long that's been the long time story about what went wrong and that looking back and hearing that story that nothing was proven and nothing was unproven. Does that make sense?

[00:15:29]>> Okay.

[00:15:30]>> And now seeing the kids who were on the flight that time now dropping his name and we don't know what else happened.

[00:15:36]And if that happened on a plane where there were public people like pilots on there, then potentially there were other times all the way up to 2016. And that's a tough situation, you know, and he does have to be the better person, but maybe he thought that right now it's just not the time to do that. And again, like you said, you made a really good point that if he shows up, it becomes a huge spotlight on him. Yes.

[00:16:01]>> And like I said, we're not too in the know, so we can only go off what we know. uh what sources are telling us, who knows what happens be behind closed doors. Um so until then, until like the truth comes to light, you can only, you know, give so much of the benefit of the doubt.
