[00:00:00]Let me de-influence [music] you from faceless YouTube. For some context, I did faceless YouTube for the last 3 years, and I can tell you from personal experience it is not worth it. At first, I enjoyed making the videos cuz they were about topics that I [music] enjoyed learning about, but as time went on, it just felt more like a >> [music] >> job where I needed to put out as much quantity as possible. I stopped learning and it became kind of soulless where I was just focused on ad revenue. I also didn't have the same opportunities that other creators have because I was a faceless [music] channel. Nobody knew who I was, and a lot of brands don't want to work with. Also, YouTube [music] decided to put in a new inauthentic content policy, which basically demonetized [music] any channel where the videos have a similar template. My videos were definitely very similar [music] to one another, and I'm not complaining that I got demonetized cuz it allowed me to actually [music] create a personal brand and do something that I've wanted to do for the last few years. I'm going to make more of these videos where I talk about the truth [music] behind faceless YouTube and how it's not as good as people say it is.
