FIFA footballs are manufactured through a sophisticated process involving rigorous quality testing (including roundness, water optic, and durability tests), high-tech laser cutting for precision, and a lean manufacturing system where workers perform specialized tasks in sequence; the world's largest football factory produces over 60,000 balls daily during major tournaments like the World Cup, using advanced materials like polyurethane and thermoplastic polyurethane instead of traditional leather.

FIFA FOOTBALLS are made here Can the worldcupBall be made here??
Added:All the balls from all the World Cups are here. They're here.
>> This is the ball for 2022 in Qatar.
>> And now masha'Allah will be going on in future also. You can see a lot of footballs here, too. So, can someone please tell us Okay, can someone please tell us which balls are from which World Cups?
>> Brazuca was the ball played in Brazil.
>> Yes, masha'Allah.
>> Name is Brazuca ball.
>> Okay.
>> This is the official match ball of the World Cup which was held in Brazil in 2014. This is the Telstar >> This is the ball for the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
>> This was the ball >> It was played in uh Qatar.
>> Do we leave?
>> Come to the lab. Here, balls are tested in these machines extreme hot and cold weather as I guess that's right. And here different bags and balls are being tested. Here, a bag is being tested.
And look here, this is the bag. Balls are being tested here.
And look at the bag hanging on this side. Very high-tech. Tests are being conducted here. How cool. Look here, they are checking the roundness of the round ball. And here, look at the water optic. This water optic water optic is being tested [snorts] here.
There's water in this machine at the bottom and they are pressing from above.
So, So, before this getting equipment, we saw different tests. Very high-tech tests were being performed and then like I mentioned, we saw the bag test there. After that, we saw the roundness test and the surface test. Similarly, we did the water optic test and this is being done here. Two of the balls now this is testing what impact a ball a product like a ball if it is being played in aggressive conditions. Well, a ball and don't just don't your hand on it.
This is the capacity tester which we use for bags after they're big. If a bag is being rubbed against trousers while traveling, if it rubs against the trousers, then there should be no color transfer in it under any circumstances under any circumstances.
Similarly, this is the zipper tester of the uh in which we see that after how many times the zipper of the bag is damaged after use uh It is also counting. This counter is installed here.
And the minimum is 500 now. So, far we have not done so many tests in the lab.
We're going to see the sugar test where the ball is being tested using different different uh sugar uh machines.
>> Forward model football and the logos of our various football companies are displayed here.
>> Where we headed next?
>> We'll head to the production floors.
>> Okay, we just arrived at the main factory.
We're entering the production floor.
>> This is where the football manufacturing process begins.
>> Different colors will all be printed on the sheet.
>> Similarly, you see of different colors are coming in different colors.
>> After this is on the printing. Different colors are being printed.
>> High-tech laser cutting is being done there. This is a unique cutting process exclusive to forward where where we cut it with a laser.
Laser cutting means that we reduce the waste in this way.
And similarly, when it's a waste it is reduced there's a reduction in speed.
And similarly, it's quality is also an improved version. It's quality.
>> Here is the stitching of the ball.
>> That no one here stitches the complete ball. This this is production in a lean manufacturing system. Each person has a job that takes a few seconds.
And after completing their few second job, they pass over to the next one.
>> And that's this is the second step of production. When it reaches this stage, it has these two halves.
>> And this worker is simply joining these two halves.
>> And the ball is ready.
>> They insert the blade and after inserting the blade they only leave that small portion of it.
>> This is the blade.
>> Yes, this is the blade.
>> And it's split out of there followed by laser cutting.
And after laser cutting it swings.
>> This is the conditioning bridge.
Basically, the hair is stuck in place for 24 hours.
>> This is for >> for conditioning purposes.
>> Not to prevent early loss to ensure proper conditioning.
Which section are you going to now?
>> This is our warehouse and dispatch dispatch section. From here, shipments are going to different countries like Europe, USA, France, Argentina.
All of Spain, Germany, France, Mexico.
All of Spain, Germany, France, Mexico.
>> USA, China also going from here? Big thing.
>> Yes. This is an airless [clears throat] mini mobile without any blade. There is no air in it, no bladder. Without air in place of air.
Masood Akhtar Saeed, founder, owner, and chairman of Forward Group and company. The World Cup ball has gone from here.
Right now.
This last ball I cannot say how much, but uh I don't know. Enormous production is taking place is during the recent World Cup Russia we're producing over 60,000 to 70,000 balls per day per say.
Our average is around 500 balls produced.
>> Thank God this is the world's largest football factory. Previously, only a few Chinese factories had these things.
Then thank God they organized our system specifically Gabriel specifically and development section.
We hired engineers. Currently, we have around 100 engineers.
As dedicated researchers and engineers along with this, there's a laboratory which is the world's first integrated laboratory in which 90 plus tests are available.
This is because when you engage in research, we develop many things and then get patented internationally or nationally.
Through this, when we present them to our customers, the impact is different.
Therefore, thank God we've grown and as opposed to Chinese companies.
Furthermore, we've launched our own brand up. H J Hassan Associates known as H K.
H K and we've set up factories in future football factory and a shoe factory in Egypt, which thank God are also operational. Recently their inauguration took place in about 4 months.
Also happening rapidly, thank God. That these things is primarily for the African market and for Europe. Adidas is gaining popularity there, too.
>> You are the pride of Pakistan because thank God you're raising the profile of Pakistan in in a field where the Pakistani team isn't doing particularly well. In fact, we don't even see any teams in football, but you are you're number one in the world. Mashallah, you've received numerous awards here.
This is the Sitara e-Imtiaz, yeah?
>> We received this Sitara e-Imtiaz 4 years ago.
And on March 25th of this year, thank God, the government presented another civil award, which we probably call it e-Imtiaz.
It's a unique award.
And I'm the only person in the country who has received this award from the government in their history.
The other awards are awarded by various prime ministers or presidents.
>> Yes.
>> These are the ones given our companies that are the best exporters.
>> These awards you see are Adidas awards.
>> Yes. These are awards given in different disciplines.
It embodies qualities of Adidas sustainability and manufacturing excellence demonstrating that Adidas manufacturing system.
