[00:00:08]I just had a lot of bad business in the past. Finally doing everything by myself.

[00:00:25]Boom, we got desks already installed.

[00:00:31]And stuff we got to fix.

[00:00:33]Here's one office. It's probably going to be my office. Biggest one. Key box.

[00:00:43]It's like chairs for like meetings or desks for meetings.

[00:00:49]It's the lobby. The goal is to put a McLaren right here. That's the goal.

[00:01:28]Boom, I want to get like a mechanic or I don't know, maybe someone who does detailing or like car wrapping.

[00:01:36]Something car related. But I'm going to have to do that in here. I might get lifts too, cuz it comes with these.

[00:01:55]And here, if we go back we got all this the people who we rented from left all their oil which is super illegal so I'm either going to figure out how to move that to dispose of it or have them deal with it.

[00:02:56]Someone had actually stolen it and broke all the windows to get in it so I need to get that thing fixed. Got the Volvo, Chevy, Mercedes, truck.

[00:03:06]I just got this sign temporary so I could get the dealer open cuz they make you get a sign with like your information on it.

[00:03:14]Then you got to send it in. But yeah.

[00:03:23]How the hell am I going to get up But yeah, it's on a really busy road.

[00:04:27]Yo, what up? Just got done cleaning the dealer. All dirty, long day. I'd show you guys, but it's dark outside.

[00:04:35]So, uh I'll give you an update tomorrow morning.

[00:04:44]Sup, guys? I just want to give you a little update on the dealer. So, me and my family got pretty much everything done. We had to go through a bunch of stuff because we have our sign Mountain Motors here, but it was too close to another dealership called Mountain Motors.

[00:05:00]So, we had to switch the name, and that was a pain. Do all the inspections over again, get a lot of stuff like redone.

[00:05:08]So, the last week has just been terrible, but uh we're about to open now. It should be here in the next week.

[00:05:15]Um I'll show you everything that we've done so far.

[00:05:19]So, not much has changed on the inside.

[00:05:21]I mean, we got this little chair.

[00:05:24]Got TV. Just a little starter desk cuz we need to make some money first before we can make this place actually really nice. Um the floors need to be mopped still.

[00:05:34]There's the sign I was telling you about. Got some couches, like a little chill area.

[00:05:39]Uh ch- Let's see.

[00:05:44]In here, clean the ground up.

[00:05:46]Got a going to cook up.

[00:05:49]Just got some stuff, cleaning supplies.

[00:05:53]Uh we finally got some power.

[00:05:57]So, that's good.

[00:06:03]So, yeah, you remember how everything kind of looked before.

[00:06:08]Picked all the weeds.

[00:06:10]Power washed the ground.

[00:06:14]Made this back look nice. This is going to be fenced off.

[00:06:18]So, it's like boom, we get all this.

[00:06:23]Got all those weeds out of here. Got all the nails off the ground. I probably found like 500 plus nails on the ground.

[00:06:31]So, that saved a lot of headache.

[00:06:34]That corner it's good. Didn't pull the weeds there yet. But we pulled all the weeds up in the front.

[00:07:09]We had to do this like you have to like fence this off or something for the inspections. Like, we've been going through it with the inspection.

[00:07:23]So boom, we got this new Honda.

[00:07:28]New Hyundai.

[00:07:31]Got that Saturn Vue.

[00:07:33]We got Hyundai Elantra over there.

[00:07:37]But yeah, I just barely put this up.

[00:07:40]Got to call the guy for the inspection.

[00:07:44]The landscaping's pretty much done. We sprayed all the weeds, so most of them will die down here soon, too.

[00:07:50]And just got to clean the inside a little more, and we're ready to go.

[00:08:25]Yo, what up, guys? After all this waiting time, we're good to go. Had to deal with that, you know, the old sign thing. But, we got it figured out. We had to name it something else, but it's okay. It'll do for now.

[00:08:42]Right there. Got a couple of cars on the lot. My connection brought me these last week or two. And then, bro, so yesterday, just picked up everything.

[00:08:53]Got my license. I'm ready to start selling cars. Let's go. I got a buyer's guide. I got our title extensions.

[00:09:03]I got our contracts of sale.

[00:09:05]And I got the application to register your car. Bang. And I got my dealer plates. These dealer plates, I can drive any car I want. So, I go get a car that has a full tank of gas from the auction.

[00:09:18]Bang, throw on a dealer plate. I already paid for insurance and stuff for the dealer, so I can drive whatever I want.

[00:09:25]Full tank of gas, got a full tank of gas for the week. Buy another car. Boom, do it again. Um, yeah, still a little dirty. Not much stuff in here. But, since we're open now, I'm going to transform everything. It's going to look super good. Um I have like no money right now. I got a couple thousand spend at the auction. My connection is selling me a few cars today. So, hopefully I get those for cheap. That'll be in another video. But, yeah, dude, we're ready to go. This So, we searched like the average dealership this size makes like over 100,000 profit a month. And I'm going to make it happen. Just watch and see. But, yeah, we're ready to go, dude.
