But we know that sometimes on the social media we we find that Manila is not safe. is not don't go to Manila and probably a lot of foreigners when they come here they just get a layover in Manila and then they go to the island >> from your from your experience even though you just arrived today.

[00:03:57]>> What advice would you give those people?

[00:03:59]>> Well, when I'm traveling I always go to like the Tik Toks and the Instagrams to find like the locals where where they go, where they eat, where they vibe, where the thing is. So I will always go from experience from people who actually live here cuz they know how the life here is and just the news and things you don't believe everything you read.

[00:05:22]>> Well, I would say I'm a very introvert person, but I've traveled by myself and I've surprised myself by meeting new groups and just joining new people and yeah.

[00:05:34]So yeah, as I was saying, I've been hearing stories from friends, family that also travel um about things that happened to him unfortunately.

[00:05:44]But and that also made me more cautious about traveling by myself and traveling at night, going out, those kind of things.

[00:20:10]>> There's so much opportunity here that people need to strongly recognize and embrace. Yes, it's a third world country. Yes, there's a lot of struggle here. But I see a lot of opportunity here that people need to just focus and just do it. And there's there's a lot of ways to really do good here.

[00:20:33]>> Okay. 15 years on and off. What is something you wish I mean what is something that the Philippines can learn from the states?

[00:20:44]>> That's a great question. I don't have a good answer. Learn from the States >> or vice versa. What is something that the state can learn from the Philippines?

[00:20:54]>> That's another great question. Um, >> you know, bottom line, >> you got to show up every day.

[00:21:02]>> Whether you're in >> if you're a Filipino that wants to come to the United States, don't go for the glitz and glamour. Don't move to California. Don't move to New York City.

[00:21:13]Go to Iowa. Go to Nebraska. Go where it's boring. Make that money. Invest your money in a boring ass place and then move to the the glitz and glamour.

[00:21:25]So, so for a Filipino that wants to immigrate to United States, don't go to the flashy great, don't go to California.

[00:21:34]Go to the middle of the country where they really need hardworking people. The real estate's cheap. Make your money there. Then go for the flashy places.

[00:21:43]>> And what advice would you give to a foreigner coming to the Philippines from your own experience?

[00:21:48]>> Don't trust anybody online until you meet them in person.

[00:21:52]>> Okay. Okay. Okay. If you don't meet >> That's the best advice you'll ever give.

[00:21:56]>> Yeah. If you don't meet them in person, then they don't exist.
