2026 UPDATE | DESTROYED HOUSE, MERCH, I WANT A BAND

[00:00:00]What is up guys? The vlogger man finally returns. The triumphant return. Whether you like it or not, I am back. I'm trying to reap the rewards of golden hour, but without doing this.

[00:00:12]Anyway, hi. Uh, I'm back. I had, you know, high hopes for the beginning of this year to be fully back to vlogging.

[00:00:19]Had a lot on and then actually uh some of the most stressful things of my life happened and uh it's pushed it back. But here we are, end of April and I am officially back. What happened? Well, obviously I'm in Nashville, living in Nashville. That's been stressful. I did a vlog on that. As of now, it's less stressful. But what happened was I went back to see my parents in the UK at Christmas. While I was there, there was an ice storm in Nashville and uh that basically took out my house. Completely took it out.

[00:01:00]tree on it. Had to, you know, I had 3 days left of the trip seeing my parent.

[00:01:04]Had to phone someone to come and rescue the cats. There was a tree in the roof.

[00:01:09]It was leaking and the landlord did nothing. Literally nothing until, well, they did nothing. They've still done nothing. Um, so just been dealing with that and haven't really, although that's good vlogging stuff, haven't really uh sort of wanted to pick up a camera and be like, "Hey guys, look how [ __ ] everything is." So, that happened. So, we had to move. And as of like last week, um, we've moved to a different place. As you can see, it's a bit better. Uh, didn't want to didn't want to move and like get a place that was kind of nice because expensive.

[00:01:46]got a slightly better place. Pretty cool. It's more expensive, but we move.

[00:01:49]I'm here for a good while, I think. So, it might as well live a little bit more comfortably. So, then that was that. I haven't even checked in after the last stray tour, have I?

[00:02:07]Still don't have a band. I'm still streaming Sundays and Thursdays. Looking for a band. Here's the thing. Here's what I want to do. I've figured it out.

[00:02:13]What I want to do is either passion projects, froggy, mushy stuff that's not going to make any money, time, time signatures, dream theater, like muso bollocks that's not going to make any money, but that will enrich my soul. Or the bag, hey, active radio rock band, here's five grand a week. That's it.

[00:02:33]That's my two. I'm not going like to join a midlevel band that I'm not that into the music just to go on tour. Like, I'm not doing it. I mean, I I either want extreme bag and I won't care about the music. There's some bands I wouldn't play for or no bag and I'm just in love with the music. Hope, you know, ideally a mixture of the both, but you know, that's it. Doing the podcast. Just been [ __ ] smashing that goddamn podcast.

[00:02:59]I've been planning going to all the Danny Whmer festivals with the podcast.

[00:03:02]I've got a little room, got a little setup. I hope it's going to be good. And I'm predicting that I'm going to have too much content to do that because I think I'm going to have too much content. I think I'm going to have to go up to do once a week, which I've started doing. Hopefully, it's good. Hopefully, you're enjoying it. It's more money.

[00:03:18]It's more money outgoing. Got Pay Simon for twice as many episodes. The sponsors only pay per month. So, it's less money in, more money out, but I think it's going to be worth it. I like the episodes being like current. Oh, Clavicular got mobbed. I want that on the episode that week. I want to be a the I want to be Moggging Ground Zero. I don't want to be like never forget Mog.

[00:03:47]I haven't got any money, guys. Merch has been an absolute nightmare as well. Not even including not having a [ __ ] house. We were literally We had no power for 2 weeks. Not even including that.

[00:04:00]Last winter. Couple of factories [ __ ] up. printed stuff backwards. Printed stuff wrong. Cost me a lot of money. I was like, you know what? I'm finding new places. I'm getting new places. Let's just start again. One of those new places in China. Ethically, I checked.

[00:04:14]It's ethical. Put an order in. End of January. It's Chinese New Year. Whole of February. The whole of China gets off. I don't know if they're lying to me, but apparently the whole of China gets February off. That brings us to March, right? Check this out. Look at this t-shirt I'm wearing. Doesn't that look wonderful? Doesn't that Oh, look at that print. Let me show you what turned up from China again. Look at this.

[00:04:51]Uh, so I had to go back to the start again. And we're back to being made in America. USA. I've got some some other stuff's made other places. But I'll be honest with you, I did a stalemate with my original printers where I was like, "Hey, I'm not going to print anything cuz it's too expensive." And they were like, "Okay, well, no, then we're not going to do that." And then we did 3 months of not selling any merch and I had to go to them and say, "Hey, we're down 75% versus last year. Do you want to make it a little bit [ __ ] cheaper, please?" And they went, "Actually, yeah, cuz none of us are making money." So, we're back. Merch is back. Here's a little merch spread. Basically, I have really messed up and I don't have the time or the money to get a photographer for this next round of downbeat merch that has taken me 3 months to make. So, you're going to get one of these like Instagram Tik Tok style things. It's very cringe. I'm cringing inside. My butthole is like this right now, but we're going to do it. Let's go. You're going to have to put up with some cats in the meantime as well. First off, the slam t-shirt is completely redesigned.

[00:05:50]The reason this stuff took so long was uh I went fully custom on everything and I've been working with factories to make everything look really good. Slam t-shirt fit kind of stays the same.

[00:06:00]Quite a lot thicker, not too thick, but it just sits a little bit nicer.

[00:06:04]Oversized fit. I'm wearing it with the tech pants. Sort of a baggy boy day. And we got this in another color. This is it in what we're calling crimson. Sort of a blood color. The other one was gray.

[00:06:16]Can't remember what I'm calling the gray. Pavement or something. There's a cat. Told you. But this is like a crimson, very deep red. Same fit, same style. I know what you're thinking. Why didn't you do that in a hoodie? Well, guess what? Slam hoodie. Totally redesigned. This why it took so long, guys. Everything is completely custommade. Way better quality. What have I got on there? A bit of cat hair.

[00:06:40]Big in the shoulders. No drawstrings.

[00:06:42]For some reason, that's a high fashion these days, so we're going to go with it. These are beautiful. I think they're sitting at 380 GSM for these. You know, quite heavy, but not too heavy. Heavy enough to have a cool fit to them. If you got big arms, they're going to look bigger. If you got small arms, they're going to look bigger. Wish I'd layered that with a different t-shirt. But yeah, it's probably the best hoodie I've ever seen in my life, to be honest with you.

I saw the colors. I was like, I have those. Yoink. Got the bougie shorts on the bottom. These are the my favorite shorts that we make.

[00:07:38]Don't know if you know, but again, no drawstrings in the hoodie means high fashion. And for some reason, extra sized drawstrings in the bottom means even higher fashion. I hate that guy.

[00:07:51]But if I saw him, I'd be like, "You look sick." But you're definitely full of yourself. And I'd be right. Love that colorway. If I still mosh, this would be my moshing fit. This be a fit for the moshers.

[00:08:04][ __ ] still packing as well. Absolute banger. What you don't see is uh I actually have to go and do my hair every single time because I take the t-shirt off. Bit of a old school vibe. I'm on a vintage black t-shirt again, fully custom. The reason this took so long, I got this stuff printed in China before I was like, I'm going to save some money here. Took 3 months to get here and it was absolutely [ __ ] Back to being made in America and it does show really. That is a high quality t-shirt. I love the look of a faded vintage blank.

[00:09:27]No, I couldn't. Actually, I tried a wacky shoe. It didn't work. This This works for me. I think that's quite good for a little summer fit. I buy buy I own the company. I get an XL for if I want to wear them just slightly above the knee in the Hoochie shorts and then my actual size is a medium and they sit like this if I'm in the gym. I want to get those quads out. Anyway, that's it.

[00:09:48]Um I'm sorry I didn't have a photo shoot. Don't know what I'm going to do about the website. Um hopefully this works. Not too embarrassing. Very embarrassing to do. probably took as much time as paying a photographer, but um no one had any time and I didn't have any money. So that's what you get. Would love it if you picked something up.
