The key insight from Rich Dad Poor Dad is that instead of working for money, you can have your money work for you, which allows you to earn more than traditional employment where your income is limited by what employers are willing to pay; entrepreneurs who take risks and figure out how their money can work for them can set the market for their own value.

This Book Made Me Stop Working for MoneyAdded:
1999 I read a book that literally changed my life. Written by Robert Kiyosaki, Rich Dad Poor Dad. And it it showed me that instead of working for my money, you can also have your money working for you at the same time. And when your money works for you, you will actually make more money than you just working for for your money. What do I mean by that? You get a job out of college working for a a law firm, a physician, a banker, whatever it is. They're going to pay you a certain amount of money and tell you that's what you're worth.
But at that point your money's not working for you.
To be an entrepreneur, you have to take all the risks and have you figure out how your money can actually work for you and it will set the market for your value.
