[00:00:00]Hi, recently a lot of patients I'm seeing who have got spondylolisthesis, which but which are just with back pain, there is no radicular pain. And these patients generally have these kind of spondylolisthesis in the lower lumbar region, generally L5-S1 or L4-5 since a long long period of time, but they have become symptomatic recently. It might be just because they have lifted anything or it has just had a some slip. But these patients generally don't need any surgery and these can be managed conservatively more with core strengthening exercises.

[00:00:36]The only exercise which is avoided in these is back extension exercises.
