Crypto - This Chart Says Altcoins Are At The Biggest Opportunity In Years

I'm going to show you through data why I'm expecting alcoins in the next several months to go and pump like crazy to outperform everything else. And also I'm going to give you some price targets. But now guys, why we should be having an expectation that alcoins are going to pump in the next several months. Now, this video guys, of course, is not financial advice, so do always your own research, but why I'm expecting alcoins to pump and I'm talking about in the next six to even 12 months. Now, the situation is the following. Bitcoin was able to rebound very well from $60,000 to $84 to $85,000 and some of the altcoins are started to wake up. Why this has happened? The reason number one is because of the crypto uh clarity act. So we saw that right now there is um some rumors that the cryptoclarity act which is going to enable banks to offer crypto services to their clients is going to be uh enabled.

[00:01:22]Okay. So that's already a very good catalyst to say in the nearby future if banks are going to be able to go and offer crypto to to their clients that is going to be very positive for not only Bitcoin but also for uh alcoins. Number two and let's be honest here okay there is a very strong list right now of ETFs okay so we have now crypto ETFs which were issued by so many uh hedge funds you can see from Bitcoin Solana XRP. for all these list from here. Okay. Uh many hedge funds and institutionals have released their ETF which means that whenever we are going to see hype coming back into the market and the market guys as you know it's very greedy. Okay, those specific alcoins in my opinion are going to be the one that are going to go and pump like crazy because whenever you have an ETF inflows guys, clients don't just put $100, $2 to $100, they put lots of money. So to me, if I even just looking at now that we have a structure with ETF, it's already a very good um starting point. And number three guys, this is actually a very good point.

[00:02:33]Whenever we see pumps within the market, okay, in regards to risk assets, okay, risk assets in general pump with the expectation of inflation coming down. So of like we can say deflation. So there is deflation, people can borrow more money, more risk assets can go and pump like crazy. The one of the main reason why in my opinion okay again no financial advice but one of the main reason why I think that the price of alcoins and also BTC has been suppressed because there is uncertainty in regards to monetary policy within the Federal Reserve and the central bank which means that at the moment what's happening right now is that um for example the Fed doesn't want to cut interest rates because CPI is too high because inflation is accelerating but If you take a chart from here, okay, true inflation guy, this is the real measurement of inflation which usually leads by 6 weeks CPI, you can see that the we don't have inflation here is a 1.9%.

[00:03:41]And all of this has been done. Okay, these numbers has been so elevated especially in the last part from February only because of the war within Iran and the US. this one plus also the housing sector. So whenever those metrics are going to we can say normalize because of course if Donald Trump is going to end its war is going to do all of that okay the price of oil should be going down and then from here okay we are going to be seeing a significant reduction in um inflation and potentially leading to deflation.

[00:04:17]Now why I'm going to show you today I am shortterm a little bit bullish medium-term a bit concerned but longer term super bullish. Okay, this is going to be the the what I I think you know is going to be happening and then of course put in the comments what you think about all this uh theory. So at the moment you can see we are still a little bit elevated.

[00:04:40]We're going to have a new Fed chair which is going to come and cut interest rates. And the expectation in my opinion is that what we could be seeing for example looking at the crypto total market cap okay is going to be that we should be able with the crypto total market cap which is okay all the market capitalization of all the crypto like Bitcoin, Ethereum and so much more. We should be able to go and continue our uptrend probably up to this area from here. Okay, we could be pumping until maybe you know this month, next month or um this blue line here guys represents we can say the line that is going to put us again into a an uptrend. So it's the line that divides a downtrend from an uptrend from we can say a probably multi-week uh trend. So if you're going to be able to reclaim this line from here called the anchored VWAP, there is a very good chance the bottom is already in and then we should be able to go and continue to the upside. Now, the only thing which I'm a little bit concerned um at the moment, okay, that is telling me that I could be seeing still a flush or or or a correction before our amazing parabolic run like I was talking about is the fact that number one, the S&P 500 is going parabolic. And as you can see, we are now really far away from our again anchor VWAP deviation from here. Okay.

[00:06:16]And uh we're now really stretch going into a point where you can see from here these bands here that in general I could be expecting a little bit of a correction. Okay, I don't know what is going to be the catalyst that our friends market makers are going to use to justify another drop. But at the same time, the expectation that if I had to think about the we can say the the stock market, okay, is that this S&P 500 is going just completely crazy. Okay, so I wouldn't be surprised that before we're going to see we can say like a parabolic meltup, which guys, my expectation is going to be that S&P can go in the next 6 to 12 months even from 8,500 to 9,000.

[00:07:00]But before I wouldn't be surprised if we are going to see a drop a flush which is going to put lots of people uh on the side and then they're going to go and pump up again. So if this we can say um scenario is going to be happening okay of seeing a little bit of a drop okay my expectation is going to be the following in this area okay this area of we can say the crypto total market cap okay represents a very important supply area okay so if we're going to see probably like a blackstoneone event a flash I don't know how you want to call it my expectation is that the crypto total market cap could be doing something like this go into this level of support we can say of supply. Okay. And then when market makers are going to be ready my expectation is that eventually in the next maybe 6 to 12 months. Okay. End of we can say um 2027 I could be expecting the crypto total market cap to go and reach this area in between 5.86 86 trillions to 6.7 trillions. What is going to be the fundamental reason this drop down to here? It could be maybe in relation to again potential deflation, fear of recession, um Donald Trump attacking Iran. We don't know that. But I wouldn't be surprised if you're going to go down to here. And the reason why I'm saying that is because I can see lots of supplying building up down to here.

[00:08:37]Okay. So the question that everybody is asking me is the bottom in. We don't know that yet. Okay. But at the same time, if we're going to go down to here, I'm going to go and accumulate like crazy. [00:10:16]So another very cool chart you know that we can actually observe which I show you so many times about alcoins alcoin season is the others versus bitcoin.

[00:10:28]Okay they can see lots of people telling me oh alcoins are dead they will never recover and all of that. And if I show you what happened in the past, every time, every time we went and touched these levels, okay, in 2017, 19, 21, 25, okay, we always had a very strong reaction, okay? So if history is about to repeat, okay, the the four cycle, I don't know what is going to be repeat, right? If history is about to repeat, okay, at least looking at where we are at the moment, we should be seeing altcoins to go and outperform BTC in the future. And how are they going to be able to perform? It could be after the Clarity Act. It could be because of the crypto ETFs as well that the you know institutionals can offer to their clients which could be causing lots of inflows. We don't know that yet. The only thing we know at the moment from a data point of view that nobody can argue is that you can see from here okay every time we went to this level then we had a very strong reaction and as you can see at the moment all of these guys it's liquidation and also selling order blocks historical sold selling order blocks. So if history okay is about to repeat very important the expectation is going to be that the other so the alcoins versus bitcoin is going to be able to go up to this area. Okay. Again you can see that we had form during October you know the the infamous crash in October where prices went down to here. Okay. The others versus Bitcoin alcoins got totally destroyed. We went down to this level. You can see that maybe maybe my expectation is that if Bitcoin brings up let's say like a parabolic move leaving every everything else um behind um we could be seeing this probably week to get filled which means that alcoins won't do nothing compared to BDC but after the expectation is going to be is going to be this and you can see this very clearly right now also another we can say good piece of information that we can see is about the Bitcoin dominance chart. I'm going to show you right now the Bitcoin dominance uh where we are. So the Bitcoin dominance chart I'm going to just go and cancel all this just for you to have a good understanding. So you can see that right now the Bitcoin dominance chart we are still hanging around this important like volutric level. Okay. So basically, Bitcoin has been stuck, you know, between alcoins and Bitcoin in between this middle line. And my expectation, okay, we don't know that yet. We don't know that yet, unfortunately. But at the same time, my expectation is that in the nearby future, okay, in the next several months, in the future, not nearby future, we should be see probably the Bitcoin dominance to go and retest and retouched like it happened historically.

[00:13:28]those buy order blocks down to here. So we have an order block coming at this lower volumetric level around 52%. And we have a second one coming to around 43 to 44%. Meaning that if this Bitcoin dominance is going to drop, which if you probably notice if you watch again this others versus Bitcoin chart, this chart is a complete inverted chart. It's the complete opposite, which means that if Bitcoin dominance is going to go and drop down to here, we should be seeing alcoins to go and pump like crazy. But at the same time, I'm not excluding the possibility that the Bitcoin dominance, especially especially if we're going to see BTC to go and form like a parabolic move, which is possible. I could be expecting as well that BTC could be doing something like that. is going to go and full and fill this week up to here and then we're going to see finally money flowing from BTC into the shitcoins because remember guys I believe all these alcoins are just complete rubbish. Okay, I know lots of people talk about the technology and I'm a little bit skeptical about that but that's the uh expectation. Okay, so again um it all comes to this. You need to have a strategy. You need to understand if you have dry powder and this happens and all coins go and drop, you're going to be successful because that's what I basically, you know, teach or uh guide in our amazing VIP group guys. We are eight professional traders, but we basically do analysis every single day. We have crypto trading ideas. We do spot trading everything that you need to know to succeed here because I can tell you that if a scenario like that is going to be happening, we have a strategy to understand exactly which alcoins we are going to buy, they're going to be some alcoins better than the other. And that's what we're going to do. So, of course, they're going to be all rel, you know, all revealed um inside here. Now, another very good piece of information I want to show you for this, we can say um alcoin season, I think, is the USD dominance, which I talk about so many times into my daily updates. Now the USD dominance right it's an inverse correlation of the total crypto market which means that whenever this one goes up it means that money is flowing into tetar into us and as you can see from from those levels right now we are almost forming a potential we can say double top scenario now there is still some liquidity above here okay there's still some we can say liquidations uh liquidity some selling orders above this above this area and that's the reason why um when people ask me like you know is this the Bitcoin bottom are we going to see another drop I'm still I will say a little bit a little bit skeptical that maybe this might not be the bottom and what they could try to do our friends market makers is to go and drop the market basically you know pump the USD which means they're going to drop the market to potentially 55 60k uh bitcoin but if you observe curve.

[00:16:29]What's happening down to here? Okay, all the buying order blocks and all the liquidity down. It's it's down to here, guys. Okay, which means that if we're going to see again a drop down to we can say uh 2% Bitcoin dominance of 1.8, I mean, alcoins are going to perform like crazy. That's that's that's a given.

[00:16:51]That's um you know we can see last time you can see that we had a a very strong um pump within the altcoins market was in 20123.

[00:17:03]Okay 2024 look at this. We were here 223 and then we went down to here. Okay.

[00:17:10]Only with this one so many altcoins went and pump like uh seven or 8x. Right now the liquidity it's here it's here and it's here. So if you're going to go down even more, okay, like that, expect also to outperform um anything else. Another reason why I would say that I could be expecting also alcoins to pump is the fact um compared to anything else like you know gold, stocks, anything crypto has done nothing in the past. So by I guess applying this rule, somebody could expect and again it's my personal opinion, but somebody could expect that money could be flown in the nearby future into into crypto. And of course, we're going to see alcoins to pump. And the last piece of information I would like to give you today, which is also, you know, important is to have a look at the others market cap. So this guys, it's the market capitalization of all the uh altcoins excluding um Bitcoin and also the the top 10. So Ethereum, Solana, the the top 10 by by market cap.

[00:18:18]So to me what I can observe right now it's the u is the following. You can see that first of all if I do like a pl proper classical you know charting um I can notice that we are getting uh compress on both sides. as you can see like almost like a symmetrical triangle from here that uh is probably going to continue to range potentially arrange like that. Okay, but eventually it's probably going to break. So if you apply the height of the symmetrical triangle and you bring it here like that, it gives you a target okay in between 760 billion to $920 billion. I'm going to go and refer back to what I show you before about the the crypto total market cap and uh basically I was saying that uh the total market cap could be going to in between 5.86 trillions or 6.7 trillions. So right now we are only at 2.7 trillion. So even let's say to give you like you know a little bit of math bitcoin right now is at 81,000. Okay, $81,000.

[00:19:33]My expectation is that BTC could be going up maybe for this we can say bull cycle, bull market, I don't know how you want to call it. Um the expectation for me is going to be that we should be seeing Bitcoin to go to in between let's say 150 to 200,000. Okay. So even if you're going to go let's say now we are at 2.7 okay 2.7 trillions and the Bitcoin market cap I don't remember how much um how much it was I think it was around uh uh 1.7 it must have been 1.5 1.7 so even if Bitcoin is going to double from current prices okay we're going to see probably a 3.53.7 trillion dollar market cap right um if even we're going to go up to 586 6 trillion guys we still have around 2 to2.5 trillions left and right now right now you know the total crypto alcoins market cap is around I think it's like one trillion or something like that so it would be really making sense that even if Bitcoin is going to go and you know double in value we still have got so much market capitalization that the money could be flowing um into altcoins.

[00:20:52]Okay. So, the expectation of seeing this and we're going to go and pump to 760 to $900 billion is not that crazy. However, pay attention to this. Pay attention that if BTC and I put these two lines very well. If BTC is going to go now, okay, because remember stock market is alltime high right now. There is could be a fear of recession if we're going to see deflation. It could be like another black swan event incoming that is going to push the stock market down. Alcoins are going to go down even more. So what I'm saying right now is the bottom in my opinion could not be in. Okay, we could be still seeing a drop down to those levels like a deviation down to here and then we can see the real the real pump up to here. So that's why and that's the reason why I'm still holding some of my dry powder into my portfolio in case we are going to see this kind of scenario play out. So shorter term still a little bit we can say concerned about the the whole situation what's going on right now but if I need to think about more like a medium to long term and looking how the macroeconomic right now is shaping up for the next few you know several months also for a few years the expectation is that I could be seeing alcoins to go and pump to those levels and what does it imply if we're going to go up to those levels level. So from current prices, the expectation to me is that alcoins could be able to do maybe a in between like a six to even like a 15x from current levels. Okay? Some altcoins, in my opinion, they will never reach a new alltime high again. So I'm not here to come to tell you the the high to tell you like everything is going to go up like crazy. Okay? I'm not telling you that. But I'm telling you that there is a good chance. For example, Avalanche. Okay? avalanche. If you're expecting something like that, okay, I don't think this is going to happen. Sorry to to to run the show to to ruin your show, but if I guess we're going to see what I'm predicting right now, okay, and we can be a little bit more um we can say, you know, realist in regards to to this situation. Okay, the expectation will be that um Avalanche could be able to go and retest maybe is its golden pocket area around uh 76 to maybe $90 before going down again. Okay.

[00:23:30]So, I'm not expecting personally something like that. I'm expecting more of we can say um retest of this golden pocket and then go down. But the expectation again if Solana goes from $10 to like 70 to 80 that's going to be already a very good advantage. Guys, thank you so much for watching this video.
