The Shere Maria melody, also known as the Parakles or Trinity melody, is a beautiful and simple Coptic Christian hymn used in liturgical services such as the glorification ritual and wedding ceremonies. The instructor Bula Manir teaches this melody using a color-coded system (black, blue, green, red) to help students memorize the notes, with the melody consisting of seven steps that go up with four notes and down with three notes. The lyrics praise the Virgin Mary as the Queen and unfading vine, celebrating her role in the incarnation of the Son of God.

Added:Okay, let's learn together the Shari Maria melody, which we call the Parakles, the Trinity melody, or the Blessing melody. As we're used to, it's a very beautiful melody that's sung right after the Tenusht, and it's also sung in the glorification ritual. It can be sung in the glorification ritual during the wedding procession, and it's also sung in the wedding ceremony when the bride and groom leave.
Finally, a very beautiful melody is sung. Its words are beautiful. You'll notice that I've put the meaning of each word in the "Meaning" section below so we know what we're saying.
The melody is very beautiful and simple, with no deep blending, just a few very slight vibrations. You'll find that I've used some colors: black, blue, green, and red.
All the greens are the same, the reds are the same, and the blues are the same. They all look alike.
If we just memorize this part and this part, consider the melody finished. Everything that follows is for you to read. You'll find yourself reading and going along right away.
Listen to this first part so that... What we remember, I know you know, but the composition, what do we say? Peace to Mary, the Queen, the unfading vine, which no one has plowed, and in which the cluster of life was found, the Son of God, truly incarnate of the Virgin, who gave birth to Him and saved us and forgave our sins. What we are saying is a Gospel for the Astudhura.
What do we say? Sher Mariati Rotivo, if they told me to, let's go to the end [singing] Fa or Oros [singing] sweet melodies, beautiful melodies, Sher Mariati or Rotivo, if they told me, but Sher Re Mari, come on, this Sher Mari, another Mari, after that, ya Ti or, and we repeat it, Rotivo, you see, these are the same, come on from the beginning, Sher Mariti Rotivo, if they told me, you'll find it in an arrow pointing down, I want to tell you that it goes down, if they told me, come on, this, if they told me, another, if they told me, the whole line, keep it, Sher Mariti Roti [singing], if I'm going again, this line, ha Maria Ti or Roti or, the tremors, I made them in this color so you wouldn't be surprised, I said choose A color that hasn't come before, let's relax, let's do a few notes, and pay attention to the vibrations. Come on again, let's do a few notes, let's do a few notes. It's made up of seven steps, going up with four and down with three. Look at how the four are doing, let's do a few notes, God, how beautiful!
Come on, say it again, let's do a few notes, let's do another few notes. Of course, where did the first one come from? From the one before it, they told me to do the words. Come on again, let's do a few notes, then four notes that are the same, a ta am. These four are the same, ha thi a ta am or fi a fa or also si it tam ba or once again si im ba or air or or come on, let's do a dir [singing] or or also ar or and you'll notice that these three will come a lot, or or or come on, come on or or or eros also or or or any place where you find it taking the blue color, then it will be taking the same note, okay, so it's thi a ta am ba or or ar or O o o o o o o Os, come on, what else? Ha fi [singing] A ba o ar o o s shri mariti rotifu anoni antarakh fi [singing] aba o o ar o o o os, okay, let's say it again. Come on, everyone memorize it and say it and raise your voice. Don't worry, as long as we're learning, say it and raise your voice. If you get confused, it's okay, we'll correct each other. Come on, go ahead. Ha shri mariti rotifu an qalluni an atr khalwa fi ati anta o ar ya al- akhbar, is this part good or are there problems? Let's say it again, let's say it again, again, go ahead. Ha shri mariti rotifu an qalluni arkhalu fi aba [singing] ar o o os, the next one is what the quarters look like. You'll find green, red, blue, green, green, red, blue, and so on. Everything will be like this, and sometimes you'll enter something like this in the middle to just close the quarter.
Look at how the beginning of this green one looks. Game PS [Singing] This green one is the beginning, PS [Singing] Mah, come on, try it, PS again, PS, mah, PS, maht, and it's over.
Come on, say it, PS. And the red one goes up, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, so it's O, this is here, and its eight is two, come on, come on, come on, come on, and this is also its time is two. Come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, so it's O, this is here, and its eight is two, come on... Mi once again, Abshiri Mafnuti Khan, or just like that. These three phrases are the whole melody.
Look at what's coming: green, red, blue.
Notice, green, red, blue. Yes, it's all like that. That's it, the matter is over, unless you find very small pieces that enter a new one, like this line, for example, to close the quarter. Okay, let's just say these three before we take this: Ha Afj Bs Mahnton Ankhit Abshiri Amfnutikhn. Are these two lines good or are there anything wrong with them?
This one alone, Afshi, another, another, another, what is this?
The ID is left from the mnemonic that's here.
This is Afshi.
Come on, this is Afshi.
After that, Sarikhsakhn, and this one alone, Sarikhsakhn again, Sarikhsakhn. The Sa has two beats. Here, I'll give you this line or this Alif. Sarikhsakhn, I'll make you a beat and two beats.
Come on, another Sarikh with the one before it. Ifshi ha ai ifshi sarksakh [singing] Again, these two words, sorry, so they stick more.
Ha ai ifshi sarksakh ti barth tiar th four like the ladder tiar th come on ha tiar th ahi tiar come on, come on ti barth again ti barth up to here like this again ti barth after that we go up and we closed it tiartho again ti barth I go up and we go down come on ti bar go up anus again tiar s so the last line this whole we divided into four parts what we say is this ifshi alone takes from the one before it hot and you notice we keep going down arnksakh and take from it and go down ti barth and come up come on let's try ifshi ha ifshi sarkh tiaros again my darlings sorry ifshi ha saksakh tiarth so we say the whole quarter ifjim come on stay house [singing] ankhi abshiri amfenutikhna mi [singing] aifshi sarf tiarth and what's the news Okay, let's say both together from the beginning.
Please, share, Mariti, Orouti, they told me that I'm going to... [singing] Ankhis, Abshir, Amfnutikhn, Mi, Afchi, Sarikh, Tiarthinus, what's the news? The third one, before the text, present time, its time is two, okay, should we take it again or are you tired? Let's take another piece. Look at what's coming. We know the composition of the meat, so what's coming is all easy. Look here, red, green, and red and blue.
What do we say? Asmim, Mi, C, M, Oof, Absout, I, M, come on, these, ha, Asmi, Si [singing] Amf, look, M, we know it, and the blue appeared, Afka, Ofina, An, Evol, the shape they wrote the meat with. You'll find yourself saying it all the time. The topic is easy. Let's say this part again. Asmi, look [singing] Oqan, Ofina, Evol, the news is good, or should we say it again? Let's say this part once more, ha, Asmi, Si Amsouki [cheers] Ti oqen ofina an evol [singing] The next one, we take this too, you know, we take this part, but this is very easy, I want you to say it now, what do we say, ah, diet and caretaker, and good, I removed green and red, what do we say, diet or caretaker, come on, this is diet or complete, lower, removed, walking again, this line, ha ar ji caretaker, lower, sh, and the blue appeared, han dead [singing] Any shafs, come, a bitayo, again, ha hami, any shafs, come, a bitayo, so let's say the two lines together, diet, ha arijin, otiishhanmi [cheers] [singing] Any shafs, come, who rides the next one? Okay, try saying it together: "Ha Jiosio Reksfo Khiti," but it's very easy. The topic is easy again.
This last part, I say, "Once, G Up Logo."
If you follow these rhythms, you'll immediately say, "G Log." I have n't finished yet. Of you or I Afshis Reksfo Onkhiti [singing]. We'll fix this more when we take the next part, God willing.
Next time, let's say the whole quarter together once.
Areejin, I know I've tired you out a lot. We've been long today, sorry.
What's its Arabic version? "You found grace, O bride.
Many have spoken of your dignity, for the word of the Father came and was incarnate from you." It can be said in Arabic, but there's also a Paralexan version. It's Arabic, but it's composed in Arabic, more balanced than this, but it can be said in Arabic, of course. It doesn't prevent us. Okay, let's say this quarter once, and then we'll start from the beginning and record it. Best game or most important, lower [singing].
I removed anime, any shafs, come with a bit, bring logo [singing].
Afi Afshi became Sefo Khiti Nim, next time, God willing, we'll just start from the beginning and record.
Record, Youssef, a very beautiful melody glorifying the Virgin. What do we say in the praise of the Virgin? Whoever praises her, she is clever, she intercedes for him thousands. Do you know how clever she is? This is the clever one, this part is like this: the clever one intercedes for him thousands. So, the more we do, the better. The melodies of the Virgin are beautiful, we love them, and whenever we come, we start anything, we start with the Virgin. It goes with us like this.
Come on, record the first lesson from the Paralex, the melody of blessing or the melody of the Trinity: Sheri Maria, Sheri Maria, Tio Rotifu, if they told me to cut, to rest in Ata Amba, or Ar, or Us Afj Pi Asma Ankhi [singing], Abshiri Amfnuti, Khn Out Mi [singing], Ay Afchi Sarikh Tiarth, Was Asmi Am Afsouti [singing], Am Afqano Ovina Anful Arjam Omut [singing] Oti Shelt Hanili Ay Shars Aditayo Jibi Logos Tfiot Ay Uchisriksifu O Khiti [singing] Nim Ansa [singing] Hijanqai As Armaf Amfno Ti Ifi Iro [singing] Ji Anu Mi Ana Ram [singing] Qah Arma Afmiru O A O A Aa I said the part that we haven't taken yet we'll take it next time but I said first you record it so we can close the quarter I've tired you with me God willing we'll live next time we finish it Finish it all that's left in it not much I mean adi 1 a Finish it quickly I mean OK.
