[00:00:20]Love people loudly. Tell them while they can still hear it. Bake the cake. No, wait. Bake two of them. One for yourself and one for your grumpy neighbor. Take the trip. Follow the howl. Paint the river. Sing into microphones. Write your story. Wear the outfit you've been saving. Saving for what? The exact right time and place? That can be the grocery store. You see, half the fun is making them wonder about you.

[00:00:49]My love, make me a promise. Be patient with yourself, but not with time because this is the season of ass moving. Go be it, and you know what it is. It's a thing that's been begging you to become something more than business and bones.
