And if you have a case in court, you really want to make sure you don't miss your hearing because if you miss your court hearing date, then you can get ordered deported in absentia.

[00:00:42]You would get an order of removal in absentia, which can sometimes be very very hard to reopen because the only times that you can sometimes really open it is if you can prove to immigration that you never got your hearing notice or there's some other extraordinary reason why you cannot attend, okay?
