[00:00:00]So, one question I had just to start, what is maybe one of the biggest misconceptions about the chamber?

[00:00:08]One of the biggest that we [laughter] can solve every problem. I think one of the biggest misconceptions is that the chamber is has a sole focus on any specific topic.

[00:00:21]And I say that because our chamber of commerce, not all chambers are this way, ours has such a diverse industry base.

[00:00:28]>> Mhm. So, sometimes it's confusing for members that if their priority isn't the chamber's priority.

[00:00:35]>> Sure. And our priority is the growth of the community, a healthy community. But like a real simple example, we have mental health groups that are part of the chamber and we have education groups as part of the chamber. Well, if there's a bill in Pierre advocating for dollars, one might sacrifice the other.

[00:00:52]>> Sure. So, we we need those parties understand in some cases we don't take sides on that. We may, we potentially could take sides on that. Um, but that's one of the biggest misconceptions folks have when they join the chamber of commerce, you will support me on every single matter and that's just that's just not the case.
