Eastern European women often feel different from Western women due to cultural and historical factors including public everyday life that encourages social interaction, historical challenges like war and economic instability that necessitate strong social networks for survival, and family bonds that create stronger interpersonal connections, making appearance a form of respect and beauty a source of power in their social context.

Why Women in Eastern Europe Feel DifferentAdded:
Um hello, my name is George. Welcome back to my channel. And for today's video, I want to talk about um for today's video, um I want to make a video as a sort of sort of like a sort I mean, maybe you could say like a response, but I remember uh watching two weeks ago a video by the YouTuber um Marina McBain where or or maybe or or maybe that that's her name was and she was basically talking about she was basically talking about how current American culture has caused um American women to shrink themselves essentially.
So yeah, and I felt kind of inspired to make a sort of like a so not not necessarily a like a comparison video, but more of a continuation of the of the Eastern European being fetishized sort of video and and kind of inspired by those videos too and by by by her video essentially. So yeah. um what is it that kind of like makes Eastern European women um I don't know maybe different so yeah so um a lot of time so I want you to understand is that in life uh that the everyday life in in in in Eastern Europe is still very public which means that um there There are uh and and and obviously there are walkable there are um walkable spaces uh where you can sit outside and see each other con constantly. Um uh that that kind of um uh shapes your behavior to kind of like to to be more social in a way. And and And that kind of thing kind of like puts you in and that kind of um where even if you don't like it, you are in a position to kind of like be social.
So uh so yeah there is one as so there is one obvious aspect to that um um which also kind of encourages um uh people in and obviously women to kind of be more put together um and like uh and like um be more uh socially a aware as a result um uh in in Eastern Europe. Due to the region's history where um there was where there was work where there was and kind of still is um war corruption, scarcity, economic instability for we that essentially has caused um generations of women to kind of cultivate a sort of like a sort of like a heavy uh uh uh sort of like a net of like a social net where um where everyone's survival kind of depends on human and in in interactions and women are were and and still are and are kind of the the the the people that sort of like are kind of keeping it are kind of like uh are sort of like um uh were were the thing that were the people that um created this sort of opportunity for for for for more survival. And also the fact that um uh people have like um uh stronger f stronger family bonds and things like that which also ba which also basically had to basically mean that people uh again had to um interact with each other constantly for survival and for other purposes. Obviously um in Eastern Europe appearance is often treated more is more like respect for yourself for public life and femininity. Beauty is often treated as as a power. Um it's it's created with different and and it also creates different incentives.
Um that's not to say that there are um American women who are elegant and which there are and also there are Eastern European women who completely reject um traditional roles completely um and uh the and um also the the thing that kind of um uh then The and also the the the the the thing that like um also kind of has to be mentioned is that again there is um there is there is so there is obviously this family aspect like um people here t tend to have like stronger social bonds and and all and with that thing and everything to to together as you could imagine kind of creates is um the kind of like is is the thing that like guarantees um so the the survival not just in more in in harsher conditions but in but in not I mean I mean uh in and in daily life. So so yeah um so yeah um yeah you I can say obviously that um people are harsher here, but like it's it's still kind of honesty.
It's not like Americans who kind of like run around the problem and they they they don't really name it or really uh resolve it obviously. And so yeah, um I was inspired to kind of like continue to to kind of like um to I was inspired to kind of like um to to kind of like speak about these things and because of the so because of the video I made about um uh Eastern European women being objectified. And uh again um this this YouTuber by the name by the name of um Marina McBain and and the videos she made like two weeks ago. These are two the these are the the the the two videos that sort of like um inspired me to do this. And um just like in the previous video and and also just like in the previous video and in and in this one I wanted to mention that like I'm this is this whole video is just about uh I'm I'm still talking about just people uh everyday people normal people that like are very are are obviously very like um are very valuable um in in in in a lot of ways and in in in a in in in harsher conditions and in more more like more normal everyday conditions like um this region I wouldn't I wouldn't say that I wouldn't necessarily say that like um there is this sort of like equality key. But like um due to the region's history, there is this there is this sort of like realization that yes, we need that that there is a need for social connections and and women being being the and I mean well uh I mean well it it's not like any anybody is incapable of these things but but but like But but like his but but like um uh that's not to say it's just like his historically on a on a daily level like uh them being a women being able to be be being able to kind of in interact with each other and being able to read people. That's uh that that's a con that is a very valuable skill when to for for for survival and for other things obviously and and yeah I still want to mention that like the the women in my region of of the world are just people and as at at the end of the day they're not they're not some fantasy just I still value these people. So yeah, um, thank you so much for watching. Please like and subscribe and I will see you in my next video. Goodbye.
